- "This studio rental was perfect! It was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need (spices, coffee, tea, half & half, snacks, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, firewood, s’mores stuff. I could go on and on!) The property was super quiet and, despite being shared with the hosts, felt very private. The hosts were helpful and friendly but gave us our privacy. There’s so much to do in the Saratoga Springs area. Check out the polo school for matches or harness racing at the casino and watch the thoroughbreds practice at the racetrack."

Spacious and bright. 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 with a new queen restonic bed and the other with 2 twin beds. Ample closet space. 1.5 baths. Full bath includes a washer and dryer. Queen bedroom and full bath both have a view of the main track at Saratoga Race Course. Full kitchen with Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and utensils.

We offer a large private space(1200 sq.feet)with a private keyless entrance. This is the entire lower level of our home with use of our outdoor pool(seasonal), firepit, grill and screened-in room. Situated in a small, quiet neighborhood adjacent to 170 acre nature preserve, to access for hiking. Minutes to SPAC & the State Park(2.4 miles), Downtown Saratoga(4 miles), the Race Track & Racino(5 miles). Groceries & more right up the road. The space
We have a large split-level home with a private yard and a 30X15' above ground oval pool with sundeck & plenty of seating. There is also a gas fire pit and large screen house for your use for those nice relaxing evenings. Enjoy the mornings with your coffee poolside or in the backyard while listening to the songbirds. It has one large bedroom with comfortable King Bed, 40" Roku TV, as well as a large closet with hangers, full sleeper sofa, large dresser and black out curtains. In the adjoining room, there is a Queen Bed and a Queen Sofa Couch with inner spring mattress and Smart TV. Both TV's have cable, and High Speed Internet, central air conditioning, and more. There is a private full bathroom with a brand new walk-in shower with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee machine and pods, full-size fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, stove/oven, microwave and stove. Private off-street parking in our driveway with room for 2 vehicles. There are extra pillows and blankets if needed as well as bathroom and pool towels for your use. We will be available by text for any questions or help. This is a NON-SMOKING home. There is also NO smoking in the screen house. Any non-compliance will incur a $250 fine. We do not allow pets or parties while you are visiting. PLEASE NOTE... there is an additional fee of $30 per person per guest over the number of four guests. Also, if you have a service or emotional animal, we ask that you provide the proper documentation for that. There will not be a charge unless there is excess cleaning that needs to be done after your departure. We do NOT allow pets and if one stays with your party, you will be charged an extra fee of $250. Guest access
We offer a separate keyless entrance from our driveway where you may park your vehicle. You will receive the key code the morning of check-in, as well as the Wifi password. We are close to gas stations, markets, liquor stores, restaurants, and the concert venue at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center(SPAC), as well as the Historic Race Track, Racino, lakes and downtown venues. Ballston Spa is a small historic Victorian Village just outside the city of Saratoga. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the 170-acre Nature Preserve just around the corner and our beautiful State Park just up the road.
Other things to note
Because of viral concerns, we are taking ample time to clean and disinfect all areas. We also leave additional cleaners in the space for your use. PLEASE....nothing other than toilet paper to be flushed down the toilet and PLEASE minimize grease down kitchen sink. There is a grinder pump on that level of the home and these things could hamper its use. Thank you!

One Bedroom apartment at the rear of a Victorian. Private entrance and off street parking. Just remodeled in 2019. The rest of the house is still in progress, we won't swing hammers while you visit. Outside deck, grill, and dining table for your use in the yard. Great location for getting to the City Center, Skidmore Saratoga Hospital (.7 mi.) or downtown Saratoga Springs (2 blocks to the Hilton and shuttle to Race Track or Racino or SPAC). Visitors come to Historic Saratoga Springs for the horses, restaurants, bars, spas, classic architecture, boutique shopping and the history of autos, dance, bottles, gambling, the American Revolution and Victorian Architecture. Or just sit on the front porch and watch the world go by.

This is a 2 story apartment with the bedroom upstairs with it's own TV and thermostats for heat and air conditioning. Ideal set up for one or two people, however, no pets or parties please. The entrance is off the alley along the side of the house and has a small lot. The outside doors are monitored by cameras for your protection. Keypad entry for apartment.

The Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. There is a coffee machine but why not wander the neighborhoods and grab a coffee while you explore? We provide a hair dryer, q-tips, cotton balls, towels, bottled water, coffee filters, a few spices and kitchen basics and Alexa. Anything else you may require we can discuss.

A few notes, no pets, no smoking, this is a neighborhood, so no late or loud parties as the neighbors need their quiet too. And if you are comfortable with it, we would love for you to leave your shoes at the door and relax.

Also, I am required to disclose I am a Licensed NY Real Estate Associate Broker and the property owner (since 1983). and if it matters, I only practice commercial real estate. But the law has its disclosure rules, so I play along.

The location is 2 blocks to the Hilton and you can catch at shuttle from there around town in the summer. 7/10 to the Saratoga Hospital or Golf & Polo Club. Saratoga Performing Arts Center and the Saratoga State Park, Golf Course, Auto Museum, Hall of Springs and Gideon Putnam are about 1.8 miles. The Racino, Morton's & Vapor Nightclub at 2.2 miles and Skidmore is within a mile and easily walkable. Saratoga Race Course is 1.6 miles or you can take the shuttle from behind the Hilton. Albany Airport is about 30 minutes south and Lake George is about 30 minutes north. Local taxis are great and there is also ride share or CDPHP community bikes available. Amtrak has a stop in Saratoga and the station is 1.8 miles away.

On this particular trip we were dressed up for the races, so for us it was too far to walk to the track, but only a 5 minute drive. It is walkable if you are ambitious (but it is always the walk back...) There's a cute back porch for morning coffee. Owner is very responsive. We'd come back."

Our home is a couple of blocks from Congress Park in Saratoga Springs, only a 10 minute walk to Broadway and 4 minute walk to the iconic Saratoga Race Track. The space is newly remodeled and full of amenities, including 9 foot ceilings, open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, granite and butcher block countertops, Italian tile and hardwood throughout, walk-in Master closet, tub, sunroom, Washer/Dryer in unit, wall mounted 50" flat screen TV, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. There is also off-street, private parking, a patio with grill and quiet backyard.

Great room: with 9-foot ceilings, butcher block bar with 3 stools, dining table for 4 to 6 people (extra chairs in bedrooms to accommodate more dinner guests), high-end Shafer Bros. wing-back arm chair and wall mounted 55" TV, kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, new cabinets.

The kitchen was supplied with coffee, basic spices, EVO, and balsamic, bathroom had soap and shampoo. There was milk, eggs, butter, and even beer left in the fridge. (Nice not to have to buy paper towels, salt & pepper as in another unit we stayed at). It’s a 5 min walk to the track, 15 min walk to the center of town. The owner was very responsive. The only downfall was a TV/internet issue, the owner is addressing this. We would certainly stay here again if we are in the area."
