Wedding Hill Farm is a 110 acre sheep farm in Washington County NY, located about 20 minutes from both Saratoga Springs NY and Arlington VT. Wedding Hill is in the foothills of Vermont's Green Mountains, and borders the Battenkill River, a world-famous trout stream that originates in Vermont and flows to the Hudson River in New York.

The area is known for fly-fishing, tubing, kayaking, and cycling. Its many farm communities supply milk throughout the Northeast, and its many small farms produce grass-fed beef and lamb, pastured pork, chicken, and organic vegetables.

The campsite can be accessed by vehicles with clearances typical of SUVs and station wagons. Otherwise, the campsite is a short walk up Wedding Hill. We have installed an outhouse near the camping area. Due to the current situation we will require at least two days between use by different parties.

The Space:
Private hilltop campsite on a working sheep farm. Just 20 minutes from both Saratoga Springs NY and Arlington VT.

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

Group Camping: We welcome campers with larger parties, but the standard Tentrr setup only includes the canvas tent plus the additional pop-up dome tent. You may need and are encouraged to bring additional camping gear of your own if you plan on camping with a large party.

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation. You may have as many campers in your party up to the maximum limit that is set for the listing, but please note that the only bed provided as a standard amenity is the one set up inside the canvas tent.

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

What you should bring:
-S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat
-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling
-Bedding and pillows
-Lanterns and lighting

Other Things to Note:
We will happily assist campers in arranging tubing or kayaking adventures, fly-fishing, hiking, swimming in the Battenkill or at other nearby locations, cycling and other outdoor pursuits. Participation in appropriately distanced farm chores can also be arranged.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Summary:
Make some memories, start family traditions! Come and enjoy our little slice of heaven, right on the Hudson River, with a 1 acre pond w/sandy beach, right outside your tent! (The spring fed pond is refilled each season and is FULL between MID TO LATE JUNE, depending on weather. Toward the end of the season (late August) it becomes more overgrown with nature, making less swimming area, but still usable.) We're on 160 acres. Included in your stay are two sit upon kayaks and beach toys available for pond play, along with 3 regular kayaks, with life jackets for river exploration. Firewood is included for your stay! Fishing in the Hudson is catch and release. Bedding and paddle boards can be ordered under "Extras" for an extra fee.

There's so much to see and do in the area! Three great ice creams places with 10 minutes!! (Ice Cream Man, Farmer's Daughter and King Dairy) Just a 15 minute drive to Saratoga Springs, NY and the famous racetrack. Also, river rafting, boating, hiking & exploring the Adirondacks or Vermont. Explore the Canal Locks just 5 miles from us. Bennington Pottery is a 45 minute drive. Museums and culture in nearby Albany. Or shop at the outlets in either Lake George or Manchester, Vt, just 45 or 60 mins. Town is a 10 minute drive for food, etc. SPAC (Saratoga Performing Arts Center) has great summer concerts!

We have a few farm animals: chickens and calves. Drive up site, unless a lot of recent rain, and then parking would be on the road, approx. 250 feet from site. (see photos) We're excited to host you!

You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise.

Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform, and you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed inside (each site is different, see photos for the exact setup). Larger groups can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided (you’re welcome to bring your own camping gear too). You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

You'll want to watch and supervise children at all times with all the water closeby. The pond is approximately 5' deep at the center, and the tent site is about 100' from the river. We are about 250 feet, with a slight downward incline, from a country road with low traffic.

My husband and I spent a pleasant and relaxing weekend here, thanks in large part to Kristin's thoughtfulness and communication. Everything we could possibly have needed was either on site or available within a 15 minute drive. Close to Saratoga Springs, Revolutionary War sites, and excellent ice cream! I almost hate to share it because the whole campsite feels like a wonderful secret. Book it and enjoy."

Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. We have renovated this Rv to be an enjoyable experience visiting the Saratoga area.

The space
This is a Rv we remodeled that is located on our property. You have access to it and the yard. This is a RV so it does only have a 20 gallon water tank. The hot water is on demand,You turn on a button and it takes about 10 minutes to get hot. We will refill water as often as you need. The 2 TVs have antennas that provide 7-10 channels, both tv's has Amazon Prime and Netflix. We are located on 3 acres with lots of wildlife. We have amazing woodpeckers, lots of squirrels, and on occasions turkeys.This is a perfect spot to enjoy nature but still be close to all amenities this region has to offer. The RV stays warm in the winter ishas new insulation and subfloor was installed. We provide snow removal.

You have full access to the 3 acre property. There is a charcoal grill and patio set with propane fire pit. We have a lot of birds and squirrels to watch. We get some amazing woodpeckers here. We do have 11 cemetery’s dating to the 1700 on the property in the back corner.

Other things to note
This is a RV with limitations such as having to refill water and waiting on water to heat up. We lived in this for a year durning a remodel. When we renovated the RV we made it as spacious and comfortable as we could. . If you are traveling with a dog and need to leave it in the airbnb for an extended time please communicate with us, we are very understanding but don't want damage done. we can offer solutions so your pet gets yard time and enjoy there vacation too.

This adorable camper is fully furnished, comfortable and cozy, and the perfect place to use as a launching pad for all of your fun activities. Just minutes from.SPAC, Saratoga racetrack, downtown Saratoga Springs, with all of its dining and entertainment options, and a short drive to the beautiful Adirondacks and all they have to offer with lakes and hiking.

The space
This camper has a master bedroom with a queen bed, a separate bunk room with three bunkbeds and a couch/futon that can be used as a sleeping surface. The living room couch also converts into a futon if needed. There is a full-size refrigerator and freezer and stove and cooktop in the kitchen and there is an outdoor kitchen with a Blackstone cooktop and mini fridge.

This camper is on the backside of a property with 2 private residences. There is a huge field that can be used by guests, but also maybe shared by the other residents.

The space
The cook is going to enjoy having choices for every meal, whether to use the full kitchen amenities inside or the outdoor kitchen while visiting with others relaxing under the 13' power awning. With the inclusion of a walk-around queen bed in the front bedroom, plus the sofa and booth dinette in the combined kitchen and living area, and the double-size bunks next to the bathroom sink and private toilet and toilet room, there is plenty of room to sleep eight or nine people each night. And the power awnings plus outdoor speakers give you an additional living area for everyone

This one of a kind 1975 motoryacht has been restored and completely customized. The vessel outfitted with the most beautiful Mahogany, Birds eye Mable, Carpathian Elm, and Douglas Fir inlaid with Jotoba. It has been converted to a single stateroom with a queen bed, and offers a very large couch in the salon and bench/bed across from galley for additional accommodations. Docked at the Schyler Yacht Basin with private access and parking on the island.

The space
The vessel is docked at the Schuyler Yacht Basin. Our dock is on the private island with private parking and access. The Marina has a resturant/bar onsite as well as bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities.

Guest access
Guest must be able to step 18" to board the vessel.

Please do not enter the engine room or press any button at the helm. Do not swim off the dock at this marina, or ANY marina with power on the docks. Thank you!
