The space
The forward stateroom has a queen size bed. The midship stateroom has 2 bunkbeds. The cockpit is a perfect place to relax and enjoy a peaceful waterfront evening or morning sunrise. The galley is well equipped with fridge, keurig and microwave. Head (bathroom) includes shower, toilet and sink. Marina offers bathrooms and showers if you do not want to shower on the boat.

The Outlier Inn features 12 unique accommodation options, available for individual nightly bookings with a two night minimum. There are 7 year-round, winterized accommodations with private indoor facilities and heat, and 5 seasonal accommodations with private outhouses and communal outdoor kitchens, showers (hot water!), and dining. While there are communal gathering spaces on the property, each accommodation has it’s own privacy and it’s own picnic table, charcoal grill and firepit. Guests are encouraged to spend time interacting with our sheep, goats, alpacas and chickens, and perusing our 24 hour self-service Barn Shop. There is a spring-fed, swimmable pond on the property as well as a communal sauna, accessible by all guests. There is also a Rails-to-Trails hiking trail accessible from the property which leads to a park with a lake and children’s playground and to the neighboring hamlet of Mountaindale.

Tiny House 3 is a cozy and bright and built out of rough-hewn local pine and hemlock. It features a sleeping loft with a full-size bed as well as a single day bed, for a total of up to 3 guests. There is a writing nook and a closet. There are electrical outlets and Wifi. There are fans for the summer and an electric space heater for early spring and fall. Tiny House 3 guests have a private firepit, charcoal grill, hammock and outhouse. They have access to the communal outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower with hot water on demand, and covered outdoor dining area. They also have access to the communal sauna. RIVER ACCESS: Campers on the upper campgrounds have access to the River from 8am to 7pm. Campers must walk on the path and may not walk onto the River campgrounds. It is a seven minute walk down to the River.

QUIET HOURS: 10:30pm to 7am. The owners will be on the land.

Tucked alongside our nature trail to the River and with a great view of the River’s beauty, Okama Abon is our new favorite spot. The Outlier Inn features 12 unique accommodation options, available for individual nightly bookings with a two night minimum. There are 7 year-round, winterized accommodations with private indoor facilities and heat, and 5 seasonal accommodations with private outhouses and communal outdoor kitchens, showers (hot water!), and dining. While there are communal gathering spaces on the property, each accommodation has it’s own privacy and it’s own picnic table, charcoal grill and firepit. Guests are encouraged to spend time interacting with our sheep, goats, alpacas and chickens, and perusing our 24 hour self-service Barn Shop. There is a spring-fed, swimmable pond on the property as well as a communal sauna, accessible by all guests. There is also a Rails-to-Trails hiking trail accessible from the property which leads to a park with a lake and children’s playground and to the neighboring hamlet of Mountaindale.

Tiny House 4 is a unique accommodation, built entirely out of recycled materials. It features a wall of antique windows which look out into the forest. Tiny House 4 has a sleeping loft with a full-size bed as well as a single day bed, for a total of up to 3 guests. There is a writing nook and a closet. There are electrical outlets and Wifi. There are fans for the summer and an electric space heater for early spring and fall. Tiny House 3 guests have a private firepit, charcoal grill, hammock and outhouse. They have access to the communal outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower with hot water on demand, and covered outdoor dining area. They also have access to the communal sauna. Available mid-April to mid-November.

LOCATION: Want to camp with a large group? No problem! The Yokahu Bell Tent is a 300 square foot tent that can hold all of your needs. Eight people can stay comfortably in our bell tent. We offer 4 air mattress inside, so all you need is yourself and a sleeping bag to lay atop. This campsite also has the space for two more people with their own sleeping Matt, and there is space for 2 extra camping tents for an additional fee, this must be scheduled ahead of time.

This campsite has its own fire pit too. Please do not create your own fire pit. The site is 2 to 3 mins from your vehicle.

AMENITIES: We have five compostable outdoor bathrooms, 1 near the Yokahu Bell Tent, and one near the kitchen, one outdoor shower not too far with hot and cold water. An outdoor kitchen with a sink, stove, and basic utensils is available for all campers to use. The kitchen is a communal space, so campers must clean up after use. From this site it’s 3 mins.

(As highlighted above) An indoor tent heater to keep you warm is available to rent upon request. Bundles of wood and fire starters are available for purchase (please do not bring your own wood, it can hurt the woods due to bugs). A single quad pickup to bring your belongings down to your campsite as well as a single quad return to your vehicle at the entrance of the land is available for purchase as long as prior arrangements are made $25.

PROVISIONS: Our land is home to an array of life. With this in mind, we highly recommend that you bring and use a bug repellent, properly check your body each evening before bed, and properly check your body when you return home. In addition, it is important that you store your food above your campsite in a tree or in your vehicle. As campers in the Northeast, wildlife including bears; so it is imperative that you are not sleeping with the food that you bring. Our purpose is to preserve the land, so we ask that you do not disturb any of the trees or foliage by carving into them, sitting on them, breaking them, or removing them. We prefer to not have alcohol on the land, but if you wish to indulge, keep it at your site, and ensure that the land is kept as it was or better when you arrived. Please drink responsibly and respectfully on your campsite only.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: A few excellent local restaurants include The Pickled Owl, The Red Dot vegan, Nelly’s Latin, and Tilly’s Diner. Hiking trails in Thompson Park, Minnewaska State Park Preserve, and Sam’s Point. There are privacy curtains, electrical outlets and colorful lights which turn the dome into a glowing bubble. There is Wifi and A/C for the summer and heat for the early spring and fall. Dome guests have a private clawfoot bathtub with hot water, and a private picnic table, charcoal grill, firepit and hammock. Small Dome guests have a private outhouse and access to the communal outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower with hot water, and covered outdoor dining area. The space
The Buckboard wagon is located at the Catskill Wagon Outpost. There are 4 wagons on the property, along with Pioneer and Western Themed Cabins. Each wagon has a king-sized bed along with a set of twin bunk beds. A kitchenette consisting of a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker is also included in each wagon. Bathhouse is located steps away from your front door. Outside you have your very own firepit, table, and chairs.

Guest access
The entire property hosts 4 wagons and 2 themed cabins that are a step back in time onto themselves. River access is directly across the road, where a deck is available for star gazing or reading a book and listening to the sounds of trout jumping about. A pavilion is located in the center of the property for common use. Separate bathhouses provide you with the privacy and luxury of a spa bathroom and shower. Each unit is an individual locked accommodation for our guests.

Other things to note
Spacious accommodations with campfire cooking options, close enough to the quaint country town of Roscoe, NY, where you can find many fine dining establishments and country stores to explore. The property can be enjoyed as a semi-private getaway or shared as a family/group outing.

Electric bikes, bikes, Kayaks, and canoes can be rented at our sister property, Roscoe Campsite Park. Shuttle service can be arranged to various destinations in our area. Inquire about Canoe trips on the Delaware River.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. 2013 31’ Airstream with full kitchen and close to EVERYTHING! Can be combined with our Hudson Valley Loft listing for a larger group traveling together. The Airstream is nestled back in a wooded part of the property on over an acre. It has a covered canopy over the whole camper. You’ll feel like you’re camping in the woods while being around the corner from all the conveniences! It lives like a TINY HOUSE! Connected to water, electric and sewer.

The space
The property is over an acre with a well maintained yard and wooded slope. The Airstream is nestled back in the wooded area for privacy with the front door opening into the wooded outdoors. The property is around the corner from a shopping area with a grocery store, restaurants, gas and laundry mat all within walking distance. There is also a newly constructed apartment (Hudson Valley Loft) on the property that can be combined with the airstream for larger groups. The main residence is on property also with each area having completely different private entrances and space.

The Airstream has a covered roof canopy, including an overhang, on the entrance side that you may enjoy.

This lovingly restored 1963 Shasta Camper is a fun and unique experience. Complete with all original curved plywood detailing, enjoy a cute & kitschy throwback equipped with 2 full size beds, original kitchen with working propane stove, sink, electricity and fans. The design is breezy with lots of windows and air throughout. Outside enjoy a private table, firepit, and Adirondack chairs and all the amenities of Gatherwild Ranch including stand alone clawfoot tubs.

The space
Gatherwild is an upscale, design-forward farmstay founded and lovingly run by creatives and artists Laura Sink and Paul Jacobsen. Inspired by life upstate, Gatherwild offers guests everything from a pick-your-own veggie garden to artist-led workshops, to luxury amenities – including new to this year sunset deck, bathhouse, cold plunge tubs and sauna – for a unique glamping experience in the HV.

This accommodation is one of 8 curated spaces on the property and shares a spacious and newly renovated bathhouse with Moroccan artisan tiled showers which is a short path away. We offer private tubs for cooling off on hot days and a cedar sauna for cooler temps. String lights glow inside in the evening, and the stargazing here is spectacular. Enjoy the barn lounge equipped with cornhole, ping pong, darts, craft corner, alongside outside treenets and hammock groves as well as inside workstation and hi speed WiFi for those that need to get some work done.

Choose to cook dinner in the centralized outdoor kitchen, or grill at your private site, dine in town at Gaskins restaurant or head to one of our vibrant neighboring towns for a bite. Visit the many local breweries, cideries and wineries in the surrounding area or watch the sunset over the Hudson River and enjoy the bounty of the Hudson Valley.

Guest access
You are free to roam the acres. There are walking paths, a barn lounge, farm animals to visit with, a large garden, a small shop, and farm fresh food offering in the summer. The outdoor kitchen is protected and can be used in sun or rain, it contains all of the cooking utensils & pots and pans, a propane stove & cooktop, charcoal grill and shared outlets for charging devices. There are bikes to borrow; note it is not a great location to learn, please be an experienced cyclist to ride.

All accommodations are weather proof. Usually more fun in the sun, but rain gives reason to sip wine in the outdoor kitchen looking out or snuggle inside.

We sell ice and firewood on site.

We welcome dogs for an additional $25 non-refundable pet deposit. Please be mindful of cleanliness of dogs on the linens and carpets. Any damage above normal laundering will be charged in addition.

There is WiFi on the campground but your in the mountains in the woods. If you want to disconnect and be with the beauty of nature this is the perfect place.
