This lovely, spacious 4 bed/2bath home is quiet yet located near snowboarding, hiking, golfing, mountain biking, gorgeous scenery, and more. It is only 20 min to Windham, 30 to Hunter, and 9 miles from Living Stone.

The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen ready to cook in, a large dining area, ac, SMART TV, high speed internet, two dedicated work spaces, high end Nectar mattresses and pillows, feather down comforters, and more.

Long term stays receive complimentary house keeping.

The space
The rooms are spacious and the house is very quiet. The living room had additional space large enough for multiple people to do yoga. Each room/space has its own air conditioning unit.

We have just recently added a "Harry Potter Room" for kids.

Guest access
You will have full access to the main floor of the house plus the screened in porch and the outdoor deck connected to it. The snowboard/ski storage and the bike shed are shared spaces for all guests.

Other things to note
There are cameras on the exterior of the property for security purposes and to monitor for snow removal and maintenance. There are no security cameras inside the Airbnb.

Window ac units installed from June until September.

This is a no pets Airbnb and operated as an allergen friendly Airbnb. This is my home and I am extremely allergic to most pets. If evidence of pets is found, additional cleaning fees will be applied.

Not suitable for small children. There are no safety features and there is glass furniture and breakable items.

Stunning cabin glamping experience in a private area with a fire pit only two hours from NYC by car or train. The cabin has a full-size futon bed, clean bed linens, duvet, blankets, pillows and towels, and storage shelves for clothing. There is also a ladder to a loft with a twin mattress. There is electricity in the cabin, a space heater & kettle for tea/coffee, and spring water. There is an outdoor covered dining area & a fire pit. The private toilet tent is behind the cabin. Nearby hikes.

The space
The cabin is in a very quiet place, down a long driveway (so no traffic noise) and halfway up a mountain. The gravel road makes it easy for standard cars to access. Look for the eight ball mail box when finding the driveway entrance.

Guest access
The entire cabin and surrounding area is yours to enjoy. The dome house down the hill is our place but the woods are ours and you’re welcome to roam around.

We had some bad experiences with pets in the cabin in the past, but this is negotiable provided we agree on an additional cleaning fee.

Bedford Hills/Katonah area enjoy birds singing from your single bedroom. free parking, 1.8 miles from Metronorth train stop. you will be sharing kitchen and common areas with a friendly family. Pool barbecue, hiking and bike trails nearby. no smoking in the house. we have dogs and a cat. please don't let the puppy out the front door into the street.if you want to fit kids in there its fine with us and pets are ok, but we do have dogs. This is pretty much 1/4 the price of the local holiday Inn.

Serenity room is in North Yonkers, off Central Park Avenue, close to St. Lawrence
Hospital Bronxville, Sarah Lawrence College, Cross County Mall & Ridge Hill Mall. Our house is in a quiet, safe, cul de sac block. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops are nearby. You have your own fridge in the your room.

Metro north to Manhattan or take the Beeline bus 20 or 21 to connect to the NYC train.
Bus 20 to Montefiore hospital ( Moses Campus BX). Bus 8 to college of St. Vincent.
