- "This lower level apartment was too cute! Just be careful on the stairs. There are "grip pads" (not sure what they are really called) on the stairs but they slide too. Other than that, I, along with my family and friends that came to see me while I was in town, were VERY impressed by this cute hidden gem. I had a small gathering on the large patio that moved into the apartment later. There is plenty of space/seating and they have extra folding chairs in the apartment. If you happen to run into the tenants upstairs, they all seem super nice. In conclusion, great location, really nice appliances, lively colors, nice cookware set, dishes/utensils (only needed to get a whine bottle opener) and great response time from the agent when needed. Hopefully this place will be available again on my next trip back home."

Prior to my trip, I told her about an event I was in town for, and she left a handwritten note welcoming me to her property and included the event; I appreciated that personal touch so much! I also loved the candies and treats left for us. The apartment was huge and unassuming! I was not expecting it to be so large. The kitchen is filled with modern appliance (I didn't use them, but it was nice to have the option). The bed in the master bedroom was comfy, and everything was spacious. Great care has been put into this listing by Michelle. The bathroom was clean and equipped with everything needed for the stay. Michelle provides a thorough binder with everything one needs to know while staying. Overall, the stay was wonderful and just what I needed. It would be fantastic for a larger group (it was just my partner and me)."

- "We had a great experience with this property. It was clean and comfortable. It does not have air conditioning, which was stated in the description of the rental. We did bring a couple of fans for at night, just in case. It was quite warm at night so we used the fans. The neighborhood was fairly quiet which was nice. The grounds are kept up and nice to sit out in the back listening to the birds. The hosts were easy to contact and fairly quick to responding with sny questions or concerns."

- "We are definitely making this our new home away from home. The towels are fluffly, the toilet paper is thick, the hard wood floors and charm of the apartment is nostalgic and calming. The teens loved having their own rooms and we all enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Better than any hotel by far. There are air conditioners is every room, so each person could choose their desired temperature for sleeping. Plus the parking right in front of the house is so practical when you have suitcases or groceries."
