Guests have private access to the entire house.
Ocean Beach is the unofficial capital of Fire Island and has the greatest number of restaurants and shops. Overflowing with a small-town charm reminiscent of a simpler time, main street walks are lined with mom-and-pop markets and boutiques. Local children sell painted shell souvenirs out of red wagons. Just outside of town, Ocean Beach walkways are lined with a mix of traditional summer cottages and modern houses. The house is perfectly located setback fromthe bay near the town and all that the town offers. Close to the life-guarded swimming area and waterfront playground with plenty of fun things for the kids to play on while you relax on one of the many benches or Gazebo, and enjoy the most spectacular view.
We are pet friendly andlove dogs, but you MUST ask before booking, as sometimes guests who are very allergic have booked after you and we need to ensure that we provide a safe space for them, too. Please provide information such as age, breed, weight, if it is house-trained, or crate-trained, how much barking to expect and for how long it will be left alone at a time.
This is a Beach House. There is no Central Heating but Space Heaters are provided, if there is a chill.
Above all else, we value your privacy and are happy with whatever level of interaction you wish.
No cars are permitted, so water taxis, walking and biking are the best ways to navigate the island.

Each of our suites has a king bed and a pull out couch, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. Guests have access to a full bathroom, kitchenette complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop, and a private deck overlooking the Great South Bay.
All suites will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to arrival, and will be supplied with fresh linens and towels. Further housekeeping services are available throughout your stay upon request for an additional fee.

Our property includes 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5 adults) plus an over sized day bed in the living room (sleeps 6). There is a large deck with plenty of outdoor seating, grill and private outdoor shower. Upon request the second bedroom will be converted into a king size bed (see photos) The great room is perfect for dining and entertaining. This beach home is meticulously clean and fully stocked. There are very few rentals in the area that will live up to your expectations. This one will!

The kitchen is completely renovated and includes a brand new subzero refrigerator, top of the line new stainless steel appliances including a hot water tap pot filler over the stove. Fully stocked with plenty of plates, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils and accessories. The bedrooms were also renovated and include new beds, pillows, linens, bath and beach towels.

This apartment has everything you'll need for a carefree summer retreat - sheets, comforters, pillows, towels, SLEEPS 3 ( 25 and older accompanying children under 18 please, no sweet 16 parties, no prom parties, no pets without prior express approval) The apartment is a simple beach house, clean, comfortable and safe...however please do not expect luxury accoutrements or fresh from the showroom appliances/fixtures.

This is a shared property, other guests may be staying in another private, detached apartment. THERE ARE COMMON AREAS USED BY YOURSELF AND OTHER GUESTS.
There are lines of sight from adjoining homes and businesses FROM some of the exclusive areas TO yours and vice versa. The laundry is used by all guest and staff. Expect that you might encounter other guests or staff in COMMON areas. The location is at the edge of town, on the main street and normally fairly quiet, but Ocean Beach is a bustling summer community. Expect to hear occasional noise from nearby homes, businesses and streets.

There is no smoking indoors. Smoking in outdoor areas only please. The rental will be cleaned after your stay, new guests may be arriving at 3 pm. Before your departure the garbage must be taken out on the appropriate day. We would appreciate your vacuuming, mopping floors, wiping down countertops, microwave, shower sinks and wc. Please remove all food from refrigerator and freezer. . Please take all of your soaps, shampoos and other items from the shower and bathroom area. Excessive messiness could result in a deduction from your deposit to cover additional clean up costs. START EARLY. CHECK-OUT IS 10 AM

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The main floor of our beach house has a partial wrap-around deck and beautiful view of the ocean. For chilly nights, a wood burning fireplace adorns the Great Room. And for those balmy summer days, central air conditioning adds to you comfort. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath home has the beauty and tranquility of being steps away from the ocean; a seemingly endless pool of crystal blue water. At night, you have restaurants and nightlife a short walk away.

We've expected from the outside house pics, that we would have the house alone and a terrace with ocean view. So in the beginning we were a little bit disappointed, because there is only just a hint of ocean glance from the lower terrace. Fortunately there were no other guests at this time so we had some privacy. (You can hear every step when someone is walking upstairs. We could expietence that when the air condition people did some fixing upstairs ) All in all the rental procedure was smooth and friendly. All questions were immediately answered . We would definitely come again but try to rent the upper level"
