- "We were a little nervous about booking this because there were so few reviews at the time. However, communications with the hotel prior to the stay were excellent. Check in was straight forward. The apartment was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Location is great for downtown activities but the Yellow Cab fares can get a bit steep if you are venturing to midtown and beyond. Dutch Street only exists for one block and most cabbies won't have heard of it so I often had to key the address into their Google Maps. Also, you may have to walk a couple of blocks to find a cab - OK if its not raining. Overall we were very pleased with the choice and as a family requiring 3 rooms would book again - far preferable to hotel rates"

The area is very safe and there is a coffee shop and very nice market extremely close as well as plenty of nice restaurants. The space
The apartment is fully remodeled in 2020 and we are the first tenant in this building. Everything was new at that time.
New Bathroom and New Kitchen, also New floor and new painted wall.
We clean apartment weekly and try to keep apartment clean.

You have your own bedroom and 10bedroom 4bathroom apartment.
You will share kitchen with 9 other rooms. You will share bathroom with 3 other rooms.
room size is about 100sqft
It has full size bed, closet, desk, chair, side table, and stand light.

I am not living in this apartment, but feel free to text me if you have any question or any problem.

Other things to note
***** Before booking***********************
Under Fire Department of NY advisement, there is NO LOCK on the bedroom door, Only privacey bathroom lock is attached to the bedroom door.

This is NOT like HOTEL, HOSTEL, GUEST HOUSE...
This house is a normal shared house in New York.
You have housemates.
I ask guests to prepare your amenity by yourself.
There is no hotel service like daily clean, 24 hour security guard etc.
＊There are basic kitchen equipments like dishes, silver, microwaves, frying pan and etc. Off course, you can use them.
I also ask the cleaning by all housemates.

Please understand that and make a reservation.

－Rules for Commons Space－
1. Please keep common space clean.Please take shoes off.
2. Do not leave kitchen area while you are using kitchen stove.
3. Please keep the main door locked.
4. At night time, do not talk loudly and Please watch TV or movie with headphone.
5. No party, No Smoking, No Drugs
6. No Pet is arrowed.
7. Please do not leave your belongings in common space. Even if someone accidentally uses or throw it away. Host is not responsible for the loss.

－Common Troubles－
1. Bedbugs : In New York City, bedbugs are everywhere. 99% chance, you bring them into your room. If you bring it, you have to deal with the problem with your own cost before it spreads out. *Please ask host how to exterminate it.
2. Host is not responsible for any troubles between roommates or stolen or damages to personal belongings by unexpected problem like leaking.
3. If you lose your keys, it costs you $150 + material cost to replace it. Please prepare $150 when you receive a new key.
4. If you put yourself in-lock. It cost you $40 for I open the door for you. It may take couple of hours or it could be next day.

Optional -
1. If you need an AC (Air Conditioner), you can rent it for $3 per day.
2. Central heating is usually set for 68F. If you feel cold you can rent a electric heater during winter time, you can rent it from us $3 perl day.

This private house is located in very peaceful town and safe area and it is only walk distance from great restaurants, bars and shopping areas and also to subway station or very short ride into the city. It is also very close to town of Williamsburg where is very artistic, fun and popular to hang out just in walk distance. The room is cozy and clean, the bed is comfortable and furnitures are like new, kitchen is equipped and access to back yard.

The space
The best thing about this house that I love so much is "waking up the day with the birds songs" It is so great to live in that peaceful space in the middle of the New York and also, another best thing is starting my day by sipping my coffee after my meditation time at my back yard or reading my book there. I am so glad to have this beautiful, peaceful space to relax and rest while I was 20min. away to the city.

Living room, kitchen, bathroom and back yard are the common spaces of the house.

During your stay
I am open for the guest interaction. Anytime they need me they can call or text.

Other things to note
The best thing about the place that I love so much is "you are waking up the day with the bird sounds"
I feel gifted, it is a peace of mind while you are only 20 min away from the city.

The apartment is located in Woodside, Queens.
It is accessible enough to Metro and takes 9 minutes on foot to the 69st. station of MTA’s line 7, and 10 minutes to Roosevelt Ave – Jackson Heights station for 7, E, F, M and R train.
There are Asian supermarkets, grocery stores, banks, Seven Eleven convenience store, restaurants and bars near subway station. It takes 30 minutes approximately for Manhattan.

The space

I’m Shogo, Japanese male.
This house is located in a safe and residential area of Woodside. It is also recommended for people who are staying in New York for the first time！

As basic information on this house,
you will have a private room and shared bathroom and kitchen.
You have other 3 housemates, and share common spaces with them.

In the winter, the central heating on the hallway will work.
So you can take in warm air from the hallway.

This is furnished room with a twin-sized bed, desk, chair, closet, Free Wifi.
*Plants and ornaments in the pictures are not placed when guests are staying.
There is a key on the door of your room.
You would have a refreshing morning, and you would relax and get rid of the tiredness of the day at night.

Guests can access to and full use of all common areas (Big kitchen, bathroom and backyard).

At kichen, there are cooking equipments (dish, tableware, microwave, refrigerator etc) .
You can use all of them. And off course, you can enjoy cooking if you would like to do♪
