Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please note that the building management can impose fines of up to $500 for violations of this rule.

Key Replacement/Lockout Fee:
A fee will be charged for missing or replacement keys, as well as incidents of lockout, according to the following schedule:

Lockout Price Log:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM: $75 lockout fee
- Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM: $150 lockout fee
- Friday (4:00 PM) - Monday (8:00 AM): $200 lockout fee

Late Check-Ins:
For check-ins after 7 PM, we may be able to accommodate your request for an additional fee ($60-$150), as we will need to arrange for someone to assist with your late arrival. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Key Fobs:
We provide one key fob per booking. If an additional key fob is needed, it can be arranged with a refundable deposit of $250. The deposit will be returned after checkout, provided all key fobs are returned in good condition.

Cozy room located in Manhattan Beach, the most peaceful and quiet area you can find in Brooklyn. It’s second floor of house. The room has a private wide balcony for resting and dining, next it has a private bathroom with shower and also there is big dresser too. The kitchen is together with living room. I’m living in the other room and we gonna share the living room. There is wifi internet provided in the house. The house is located 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes walk from metro station.

The space
Generally apartment includes two wide bedrooms and one big living room with kitchen. Every bedroom has its own private bathrooms and own balconies. One room is for airbnb guest and I’ll be living in the other room. Then there is big living room with kitchen.

Guest access
Please keep the place clean, trash in the bin, dirty towels in the basket, better to use plastic utensils, but if you’d prefer the silverware then after use you can leave them in the sink (no wash needed). I’m living in the same house with you and I don’t tolerate uncleanliness at all so please don't leave the room or kitchen messy after you. Also I’m not a big corporation or hotel to afford to buy unlimited towels or bed sheets every time. I understand it can get dirty when you use it, but if you gonna leave unwashable dirt on them like wiping shoes or make up etc. you gonna be charged for that too. The small fridge in the kitchen is for you and on the left side of that all kind of utensils placed in the rack. I leave hotel slippers for guests on the top of shoe rack. You can use yours or take any slipper on shoe rack or no slipper it's your choice, important is no shoes in property pls. Don’t drop ash or something burning onto artificial grass in balcony also don’t close balcony door when you are in balcony, you can get locked up there. No smoking in room or bathroom with ventilation on, only in balcony. The living room have 24/7 camera recording for safety reasons. I don’t charge any separate cleaning fee but if the room left messy then you gonna be charged extra cleaning fee. No address use for mail/ package. No party or loud music. No any extra guest without asking me.

During your stay
I’m a helpful person if my guest needs any help, you can text me or knock on my door if I’m home.

Other things to note
The street where the house located is No Parking street, you can get ticket there but you can stop at least unloading or picking up luggage etc. Also nearby Oriental Blvd or connecting streets you can find free parkings over there. Sometimes I can have spot in driveway for the guest but that would come with additional payment.

Ps: From May 15th to Sep 15th only the weekends, most of nearby streets is No Parking too, due to beach season.

The unit have a fireplace, in bedroom 1 king size bad in bedroom, another fireplace in living room, sofa bed in the living room and a folding bad. Also there is a water cooling machine, dehumidifier and electric fire place. The kitchenette have plates, knifes, glasses ,coffee machine with filters, microwave, toaster. Separate office space, that also can be used as a storage. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella as well as other umbrellas are in there.

Our cozy place with spectacular day & night views, is located in a quiet area 5 mins from the beach or the bay with great restaurants on the water. Enjoy the ocean, food stores, and easy access to the major subway lines, half an hour from the City.
