It is near the subway which is important if you plan to visit other parts of NYC. There are so many Harlem highlights close to the home including the Apollo theater. We walked to the world famous, Harlem Breakfast Club where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. There are many eating establishments within walking distance of the home. Carmen, the host, was kind and extremely attentive. We had one incident with the shower, and Carmen had it immediatley fixed. In addition, she was very responsive to all my questions and happy to assist while we were preparing for our trip. If you want to have an authentic, yet comfortable and fun experience in NYC, I recommend this Harlem gem!"

Located on the second floor of a 1879 pre-war Upper East Side Townhouse, this cozy studio features 13 foot high ceilings, huge windows, 5-star quality linens and sheets, a fully stocked kitchen.

The space features a queen sized bed with a custom made, green upholstered headboard. The sofa becomes a twin sized bed which can sleep a grown adult or two small children.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. This includes salt/pepper/and coffee. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with great water pressure, (and more green walls to admire).

Are you traveling for work or working from home? We equipped the space with a premium West Elm desk for your WFH needs.

During the summer months, from May 15th to November 30th, air conditioning is available in the unit. This will ensure a comfortable and cool environment during your stay.

The check-out time is before check-out time on the last day of your reservation. Sometimes late check-out is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. Late fees will be charged for departures after check-out time that did not purchase a late check-out.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes able to be accommodated with an easy purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. If you have a need to check-in early or check-out late, you can also consider adjusting your reservation dates to be one day earlier or later so you have the place for as long as you need it.

NO REFUNDS
This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you, the Guest and the Owner or Manager of the property. Your reservation binds you to a specific period of time. There should be no expectation of refund and there will be no refund or relocation because you are disappointed with the property you have chosen to rent or in the event that something associated with the property is not working to your satisfaction. IDENTITY VERIFICATION

The reservation billing information must match the information on the government-issued ID of the Guest making the reservation. Reasons for refusing service to, or removing, a Guest or any other individual include, but are not limited to: refusal or failure to pay for accommodations; being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance such that the individual is disturbing the peace; seeking to use the apartment for an unlawful purpose; seeking to bring into the apartment an unlawfully-possessed firearm or any item, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons; destroying, damaging, or defacing the Property or threatening harm to the Property, other guests, or residents of the Property; causing or permitting persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of the apartment; or refusing to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by the Company, including, without limitation, the House Rules and any published rules and regulations.
