- "DO NOT STAY HERE!!! By far the worst experience I’ve had on Hotels.com. These guys are scam artist slumlord airbnb guys, and my whole experience with the hosts and the Hotels.com was awful. When I booked it was a new listing with no reviews, so I took a chance. The pictures looked good and I like the neighborhood. But when I was leaving for my trip I checked the listing and saw that they had double booked someone and had refused to give them a refund. When I hadn’t been sent my check-in information the day before i was leaving, I called the property and one of the guys was super rude to me. It didn’t feel good, so I tried to cancel and get a refund, but they wouldn’t budge. Hotels.com refused to help me too, despite the fact that the property was not following any kind of standard protocol that I’ve experience on any rental app. By the time I landed in NY, I still hadn’t received the address of the property or check-in instructions. Spending the first hour of my trip in the airport on the phone begging Hotels.com agents to help me wasn’t fun. Be warned, they will not treat you well. The apartment is super run-down, and not very clean. Not enough towels. I’ve stayed at a wide variety of airbnb’s in NY and this one was the worst by a mile. Don’t stay here!!!"

A lot of care has been taken to ensure all amenities meet expectations so we kindly ask to please be considerate when using all appliances/facilities. Please take extra care whenever transporting luggage in and out of the apartment on our delicate floors that tend to scratch easily. Kindly remove your shoes when inside the apartment.

Do NOT use towels to remove make-up, wipe up other liquids or for floor or surface clean up, a fee will be charged if there are any stains on the towels (or other linens) that we cannot remove. We provide makeup remover towelettes and paper towels that can be used for make-up removal or cleaning.

Any additional overnight guests must be booked during your initial reservation; otherwise, they are not permitted during your stay.

We kindly ask that loud music or conversations are not extended beyond 10 pm on weekdays and 12 am on weekends.

Absolutely no filming, parties, events, or gatherings of any kind - If this is breached, it will result in immediate eviction.

Visitors are allowed, but there cannot be any more than 5 people in the apartment, including the guests (e.g if 2 guests reserve the apartment, there can be up to 3 visitors), and the visitors cannot stay overnight, so they must leave by 12am.

Absolutely no smoking or pets are allowed during your stay inside or outside of the apartment (i.e front stoop or backyard). If you are caught smoking or having pets on the premises, there will be additional cleaning charges, which could also result in your immediate eviction. FYI .. there are smoke monitors installed in the apartment; any tampering with them to hide smoking activities will also result in your immediate eviction.

If utilizing the backyard, we kindly ask that any food be prepared inside the apartment. Using the outdoor grill is not permitted.

Trash and recyclable items (glass, aluminum, plastic containers, and bottles) must be discarded in the appropriate receptacles inside the apartment.

Please alert us if anything (dishes, glasses, etc. ) is broken during your stay. This is so we can replace them in time for our next guest.

Saraghina, Peaches, etc. JMZ and the G train are a 10-15 min walk with easy access to Manhattan. 30 minutes to the Lower East Side/Downtown.

It was stocked with amenities in the kitchen: a long with towels, fans, irons, etc. The residents upstairs were a bit heavy-footed at times, so that was a bit annoying, but hey, what are you going to do about that? Lol. The flies in the kitchen and living room area were a bit annoying, but it was just due to being on the Garden level where the trash containers are located. The trash containers were tidy and emptied on a regular basis. The neighborhood is great! It definitely feels like you are in Brooklyn ! We loved that. You also can't beat the fact that the grocery store and laundry mat are right on the corner. We also commuted everyday to Manhattan so we couldn't have asked for a better commute! The buses were right there!! The only other thing I can think of is for fire safety, there should have been another door to exit from instead of just the front door. The place needed a few minor items that I'm sure Sam will have already taken care off. It would have been nice to meet Sam but the key access to the place makes it really convenient for your arrival.
