Inspired by the peaceful atmosphere of a classical Chinese garden, the primary bath is a true spa experience that will make you feel like pampered royalty. Enjoy a relaxing soak in our extra big tub (lavender bath salts on us). We are two blocks to LIRR, four blocks to the 7 subway (ride it to the end to go to Hudson Yards), and multiple bus lines on the corner. One subway stop or a 30 minute urban hike will take you to a Mets game, or to Arthur Ash Stadium for the U.S. Open!

It’s an easy stroll to the Queens Botanical Gardens, shopping malls, mainstream and Asian specialty grocery stores, and diverse retailers selling K-beauty, anime collectibles, Asian housewares and so much more. Explore the eclectic street vendors along Main Street, where you may find a treasure, or at least a souvenir, amongst the antiques for sale.
Other things to note
Notice that this is a busy urban location with traffic, sirens and occasionally a plane on its way to Laguardia when the wind blows a certain way as LGA is only 15 mins away.

The kitchen has a large fridge and oven; there is a pot or two for the casual meal. You are welcome to do your own cooking just make sure you clean up after yourself as to keep all guests happy.

3. If you lose your keys, it costs you $150 + material cost to replace it. Please prepare $150 when you receive a new key.

8. UNLIMITED KEURIG COFFEE, DRINKING WATER & OTHER ESSENTIALS: Unlimited KEURIG coffee for guests is in the shared kitchen. Each Private Room has 2 bath towels & 2 face towels provided one time, iron & ironing board, hair blower, hangers, baseboard heaters, and AC in summer. Free body wash, shampoo and conditioner are in the shared bathroom. The drinking water is supplied by the kitchen faucet. Public water supply in the city where this house is located is safe to drink. If you need something not listed, you must buy them, and the host will not re-imburse you.
9. WHY YOUR DOOR KNOB HAS NO LOCK: New York Laws require your room to have no locks. You will leave the room close but unlocked when you leave. A Ring Video Camera is on top of your door to alert if any person enters your room. DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR IF SOMEONE KNOCKS ON YOUR DOOR. THE HOST OR HIS STAFF WILL NEVER KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR. THE HOST WILL ONLY MESSAGE YOU THRU AIRBNB OR TEXT YOU THRU YOUR PHONE. As a guest yourself, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KNOCK THE DOOR OF OTHER GUESTS. Call the Host if someone knocks on your door because it’s a privacy violation tantamount to eviction penalty. If you open the unlocked door of other guests, you committed “Trespassing” and violated my House Rules.
10. THE NEW YORK ROOM LAW: Based on New York Family House Dwelling Laws, the room cannot be left locked if you are not inside the room. Only hotels, motels, inns, and other licensed and commercial accommodation facilities are allowed to put locks on the door knobs. My house is a family dwelling house and strictly observes the New York Family House Dwelling Law. So the Door Knob has no lock when the guest leaves the room. However, the room can be locked with an internal chain lock and slide lock when you are inside the room. Above the room door is an expensive and interactive RING CAMERA which allows you to receive alerts in real time through your smart phone if someone comes near your door or enters your room while you are away and you can immediately talk to or warn the person. New York family dwelling houses can be penalized from $10,000 to $60,000 per room if the host put a lock on your door knob. If you are uncomfortable with this set-up, please do not book this room. If you book this room, you have to message the host your email address and follow the link sent to your email how to activate and have real time access to the Ring Camera above your room for your security and privacy during your stay.
11. SERIOUS WARNING: If you smoke cigarette, e-cigarette or weed, vape, or do drugs in your room, a detector SMOKE-NICOTINE-DRUG-VAPOR alarm will sound off and I will terminate your stay. You will be evicted by the police and penalized $1,000 thru your Airbnb account.
12. VERY IMPORTANT NEIGHBORHOOD SAFETY AWARENESS: The host believes that his neighborhood is safe. You are responsible to search online the safety data of my neighborhood.
13. SECURITY CAMERAS: They are installed in the hallway, kitchen, living room, front door, back door. There is no SECURITY CAMERA in your room, or in the bathroom. The SECURITY CAMERA is reviewed by the police if there is an incident.
14. ENERGY SAVING MOTION LIGHTS: They are installed in the living room, and hallway so you do not need to switch on or off.
15. TRESPASSING. Touching the mailbox or entering the house after check-out without host’s permission is trespassing violation under US Federal & State Trespassing laws with punishment of 2-year jail time and $2,000 fine. The host is very strict on this. The Security Camera is reviewed by the police as evidence.
16. HOUSE CONSIDERATIONS. The house is an ancestral house. Noise is easily transmitted through its thin walls. The floors, stairs, and doors create creaking noise.
17. PRIVATE ROOM: You book a Private Room in a standard American house, not a commercial building. The room is small, very minimalist, and functionally utilitarian in terms of limited room space. Each room has its own bathroom. This shares kitchen, and living room in the house.
18. NO PETS ALLOWED: The host has pet allergy. Pets are not allowed. However, service pet is allowed with documentation per Airbnb policy.
19. NO IN-HOUSE GUESTS PERMITTED. Entering other Private Rooms is not allowed. You are not allowed to let other persons from other Private Rooms in the house to enter your room. Transact your business outside your room.
20. RECEIVING MAILS AND PACKAGES: You are allowed to use the address to receive mails and packages. The host is not responsible for your lost mails and packages. After you check-out, your mails will be thrown in the garbage.
21. DROP-OFF: Free early drop-off of luggage before check-in is allowed in your room after 10AM. You cannot leave your things after you check-out.

31. KITCHEN, AND BATHROOM CLEANLINESS. Clean the bathroom after you use. If it is dirty, call the host. Clean the kitchen after use. Wash and dry the kitchen sink, kitchen countertop, pots, pans, plates, stove, oven, and other kitchen equipment after you use and put them back to their places. The host will penalize and evict you if you will not wash any kitchen equipment or utensils that you use. The video camera will have a record of anyone leaving their unwashed items.
32. MARK YOUR FOOD IN THE REFRIGERATOR. You share the refrigerator with other guests. You are required to put a sticker dot with your room number on every food you place in the refrigerator. The dot markings are provided. Food with no dots is thrown every day.
33. IF YOU STEAL FOOD OF OTHER GUESTS FROM THE REFRIGERATOR, YOU WILL BE EVICTED: The video camera records who puts in and who gets food out from the refrigerator. You will be EVICTED immediately if you wrongly get other food or steal other food in the refrigerator.
34. RODENTS, PESTS, & WILD ANIMALS. This Airbnb accommodation is a Private House. So, this house could be affected by rodents, pests, and other uninvited animals. This house is managed, maintained, and exterminated monthly by one of the largest and best pest exterminators in America. So, this house is free of rodents, pests, & wild animals. However, due to proximity to the body of water, Subway Train, restaurants, and commercial establishments in the city; mice, rats, other pests, and wild animals might be found outside, or inside the house in rare and isolated situations. Call the host immediately when this happens. You cannot cancel your booking if you see a rodent, pest, or any uninvited animal in the property. It is beyond the host if in isolated case this happens. The host can call his paid pest exterminator.
35. 5-STAR FEEDBACK: During your stay, call the host instantly to resolve any discomfort so the host will earn your 5-star feedback. If you give a 4-star or below, this Private Room will not appear for a week in any search. Share your experience to the host to improve your stay. In this way, you provide a better place to future guests and see the improvements when you come back.

1. Bedbugs : In New York City, bedbugs are everywhere. 99% chance, you bring them into your room. If you bring it, you have to deal with the problem with your own cost before it spreads out. *Please ask host how to exterminate it.
2. Host is not responsible for any troubles between roommates or stolen or damages to personal belongings by unexpected problem like leaking.
3. If you lose your keys, it costs you $150 + material cost to replace it. Please prepare $150 when you receive a new key.
4. If you put yourself in-lock. It cost you $40 for I open the door for you. It may take couple of hours or it could be next day.

Optional -
1. If you need an AC (Air Conditioner), you can rent it for $3 per day.
2. Central heating is usually set for 68F. If you feel cold you can rent a electric heater during winter time, you can rent it from us $3 perl day.

*There is no key lock on your bedroom’s door.

A very spacious bedroom with a brand new King size bed on the 2nd floor.
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in Queens area, close to Broadway LIRR station (8min walk), bus station, many restaurants, Asian groceries New Age Market, bars, etc. There is a full bathroom and kitchenette shared with other guests on the same floor. Each room is equipped with a window air conditioner, and central heating. The common areas get cleaned once a week by professionals.

The main entry door has a Smart lock with a special code. The code will be provided to enter property after reservation is confirmed, a day prior to the check-in.
Note: The 3 bedrooms are listed in Airbnb for this 2nd floor so you will be sharing common areas with other guests, up to 3 people at once including yourself (bathroom, hallway, kitchenette, entry way, etc). There is no laundry onsite.
The kitchenette includes a hot plate, microwave, and a mini fridge only (no sink, need to use bathroom to do dishes). The main entrance on the 2nd floor will be shared with guests staying on the 3rd floor.
DISCLAIMER: No smoking, drugs including Marijuana, or parties allowed indoors or outside within 25ft perimeter. Any rules that are broken (especially our no smoking rule) will be fined $350 minimum and immediate cancellation with no refund.

- Check-in time is 4pm and Check-out time is 11am. contact host if early checkin or late checkout is needed. it cannot be guaranteed but we will try our best to help out (2 days minimum; otherwise $40 extra charge will be incurred).

- Pots, pans, cooking utensil, dishware, trash bags are provided.
- Shampoo, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, toilet paper, salt&pepper, any other food and drinking items are NOT provided. Guests to bring their own. 
- Bedding comforter: Please note that we provide high-quality down comforters to ensure your comfort and warmth. If you prefer to bring your own, we recommend choosing a winter comforter in cold season, as NYC winters can be quite chilly. We want you to stay cozy and comfortable during your stay!
**Cancellation policy**: For long term stays, Airbnb only offers a Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable. This is the least strict option available on Airbnb for hosts. However, we understand unexpected events happen. With good reasons to cancel after this grace period before checkin, we can offer a full refund with $100 deduct as a cancelation fee.
**Abandoned Belongings**: Any personal belongings left in the rental property after the checkout time will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of these items, and the guest agrees to cover any associated costs.
**Overstaying Guests**: If a guest remains in the rental property beyond their checkout time without proper authorization, they will be considered in violation of this agreement. Unauthorized overstays may result in the guest being removed from the property, and the guest agrees to pay any associated costs, including but not limited to legal expenses.
**Guests should be mindful of their utility consumption during their stay. Excessive use of utilities, beyond normal usage, may result in additional charges. This includes but is not limited to water, electricity, and heating. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
**Access codes: access codes are shared 1 day before checkin. These codes cannot be shared with anyone else who is not an airbnb guest. This is a strict rule that we ask all our airbnb guests to follow and if it was found that non-airbnb guests have access to the house freely, the guest who shared the codes have to leave immediately with no refunds.
**Waiver of Liability: Our property is not be suitable for guests with disabilities. The Guest should be aware of and assume all risks related o their stay, including personal injury or property damage. The Guest agrees to cover any legal or repair costs incurred by the Property Owner or Airbnb related to the Guest's stay. The Guest acknowledges that the property includes stairs and does not have disability support features, and accepts these conditions as is. Please disclose any physical disabilities, mental health issues, or diseases before booking. Failure to do so may result in immediate cancellation and the need to cover all associated costs for the landlord, Airbnb, and others. Your cooperation ensures a safe environment for all.

Thank you for your interest in this cozy 9x10 private bedroom. This is a 2 family home where my family lives in the 1st floor. Our home is conveniently located close to mta bus lines Q12, Q28, Q65 and 5 min walk to LIRR. Perfect to traveling professionals. We are minutes from LGA airport and various hospitals.

The rental space is on the 2nd floor which has 3 bedrooms with 2 available to rent with shared living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom.

We do not have a washer or dryer in the apartment however there is a laundromat located just 2 blocks from the home. Many delicatessens and restaurants are also located within walking distance.

This is a lovely small bedroom in 4 bedroom apartment. We are within walking distance to three supermarkets, CVS, a deli right around the corner for your morning Breakfast, the laundromat and numerous busses (Q26, Q27, Q31); not too mention there plenty of street parking if you bring your car. There are numerous parks nearby as well if you enjoy morning walks. The neighborhood is quiet and spacious, close to the city yet without all the clutter and chaos.

Your bedroom has a turn lock, no key, so while you are sleeping you can lock your door for ease of mind.

The living room area has a large leather recliner to watch tv, we have a firestick plugged in with access to Hulu, HBO, Amazon Movies and more. The kitchen has a lovely dining room table.

There is a mini gym set up with yoga mats and a cycling bike & floor stepping machine, feel free to use our setup as much / as little as you like.

For extended stays we offer a turn down service at 65$ per additional clean of your room, otherwise you are responsible for maintaining the space as we only charge one cleaning fee at checkout.
