This private and fully furnished studio apartment is full of natural light and comes with all the amenities you might need for your extended stay. Either if you're traveling for school, work or pleasure this will be a great place to stay at. Along with a private room with a queen-size bed, you get your own kitchen and bathroom that will offer you all the privacy you need!

The space
This studio apartment is fully furnished and ready to move-in. Kitchen comes with plenty of cabinet space, mini fridge with freezer compartment, electric two-burner stove, sink, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, bowls, plates and utensils.

Bathroom comes with all basic amenities and two towels that are washed every week on a service day. Toilet paper will be provided only once at check-in. Starting Jan. 1st, 2025 according to NY State law 2021-S543 we won't be able to provide small toiletries to our guest.

Sleeping area is spacious and very comfortable. You got plenty of room around the bed and the workspace by the window will make any job easier and more pleasurable. It's almost like a Friday every day! Free Wi-Fi and cable TV will surely make you even happier.

And did we mention the AC that you can control yourself? Yeah, you will definitely thank us for that in the summer! Don't forget about the weekly cleaning for your apartment. Even though it's not optional it will make your life much easier.

Guest access
All our guests have free access to the lobby where you can relax with a book on the couch, pick up your food (yum!) or wait for your friend before starting the night-out! Management office is right next to the lobby if you need our assistance.

Other things to note
Cleaning service happens once a week on a scheduled day. We kindly ask you to remove all your belongings from the bed and preferably leave the apartment for the duration of service to make it faster. During cleaning you will get a fresh set of towels and bed linens, and your apartment will be refreshed.

You are welcome to receive mail and deliveries while staying with us. Just remember to put your apartment number in the address!
