Designed in the 1960s by modernist architect Andrew Geller, this just-renovated house is a well-designed combination of original mid-century accents and modern amenities. Boasting huge windows, cathedral ceilings and new hardwood floors throughout, the house has 2.5 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a wonderful outdoor shower, a year-round fireplace, a large deck, a twinkly al fresco dining area—and a resident bunny rabbit who comes out at dusk and dawn. Guests are welcomed (encouraged, actually) to use the beach wagon, bikes and/ or electric scooters for beach trips and/ or coffee / lobster roll / BBC runs at the nearby marina spots.
