The location was remote enough to give us a peaceful relaxing environment but close enough to town that we could zip in and out . The access to the beach pass was key so we could access most beaches with no problem . Sitting by the lake at night was serene . I really appreciated the beachy vibe and how great the owner was with us. Contacted me several times to make sure there was nothing we needed. A definite YES from me! A popular place for Stand Up Paddle boarding, incredible sunsets over the lake & a great beach for small children, you won't find yourself fighting over a parking spot because you are just steps away.

Walk over to the Crow's Nest for drinks or dinner. Ride your bike or drive to Ditch Plains. It's only a three minute bike ride. The bedroom has a queen gel memory foam bed & closet, with a dresser and desk with chair. The couch in the living room folds down to become a queen bed, so the house can sleep four guests. This is the perfect getaway for a couple, small family, or a group of friends to enjoy Montauk. There's also plenty of storage if you're spending the entire summer or for an extended winter stay.

Owner Noel Arikian is a local craftsman and artist who can give you excellent advice on restaurants & things to do. He is a wealth of knowledge about Montauk and everything wonderful it has to offer.

The first floor offers an open concept to ensure no fun times are missed. The house offers two master bedroom suites (one upstairs and one on the first floor), both with full bathrooms (downstairs has a large walk in shower while upstairs has a shower and a large soaker tub) and large walk in closets. There are two additional bedrooms located upstairs, one offering a full size bed. The other room has twin beds; these two rooms are joined by a full bathroom. The house also offers two separate laundry facilities, one upstairs and on downstairs. The kitchen is a great place to entertain with an island seating up to 5, while the dining room offers a beautiful handmade table seating 8-10. The living room and upstairs master bedroom offer flat screen smart tvs and the downstairs master has a small flatscreen tv. There is a private deck off of the upstairs master bedroom which provides the perfect spot to watch both the sunrise and sunset. Our home is located just off West Lake Drive, near Montauk Downs Golf Course, and a short drive into town, the marina, or to many of the beaches including Ditch Plains.

- "Our stay at Steve's property on Lake Montauk was great. The condo is wonderfully appointed, comfortable, clean, and has a lovely view of the like. We drove everywhere, but you can easily walk to close by restaurants and Goldberg's bagels. The condo had the convenience and comfort of a modern boutique hotel with the expanded benefit of much more space, 2.5 bathrooms, a private deck, and a full kitchen. Communication with Steve was seamless, and he was very responsive to all questions and requests. The one surprise was that despite having a coffee maker and tea kettle, and all other conveniences including lovely shampoo, conditioner, etc. there was no coffee or tea provided, as one would expect in nice hotel. Minor issue, however, but I thought it was important to mention so future visitors can plan accordingly. I would definitely come back. Thanks Steve."

If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.
