A Bi-Coastal New York / Los Angeles interior designer owns this magnificent home that is fairly new to the Hamptons luxury rental market and is kept in excellent condition. This home is in a serene, quiet neighborhood away from major streets. This 2800 sq foot home boasts 10' ceilings throughout and has been re-vamped from top to bottom: new paint, lighting, furniture, Missoni and Ralph Lauren rugs and accessories. The first floor has a beautiful ship lap clad entry that leads to a fully equipped kitchen and large family room which opens out onto a new Meranti Mahogany 44' x 20' deck and in-ground gunite heated pool. Beautiful landscaping and a 6' fence by Warrens Nursery surrounds the backyard for privacy . New outdoor lounge furniture and dining set makes for wonderful evenings outdoors. The indoor dining room seats 10 comfortably. A stylish powder room is just off kitchen has been beautifully remodeled.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms: 2 master suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there is 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and 1 bedroom with two extra long twin beds. The Twin and Queen rooms share a Jack and Jill bath. All mattresses are brand new Tuft and Needle brand for the ultimate comfort. All sheets are 400 thread count Crane and Canopy white cotton and fluffy down pillows are on each bed. Each room is designed beautifully with designer furniture, rugs, artwork collected by the designer while traveling and one of a kind designer vintage accessories. Baths are equipped with Turkish cotton towels and all the accessories you will need. Check in is 4pm on day of arrival.
** Pool can be heated and pool heat is charged at $4.08 (inclusive of tax) per gallon. Pool heat charge is $75 per day. You must indicate you want pool heat 1 week prior to stay. Pool guy charges $50 for impromptu visit to turn it on.
A child pool safety fence can be erected for $150.
This property is perfectly situated between EH and Amagansett Villages. Close to everything!! 1.2 miles from the closest beach which is beautiful Indian Wells Beach in Amagansett. Please do not ask the address- because the home is rented in the off season and we do not want people going by and disturbing them (this has happened).

I had extensive damage from pets during the 2020 season that involved repair and replacement of items in my home. Bringing a pet without asking forfeits your entire deposit.

The room is provide to sleep 3 guest as it has 1 queen bed and futon.
Also, it has a coffee station in case one of our guest would like to start his/her morning with a cup of coffee. In case any guest have any leftover and would like it to be heat up, we also have a microwave as well as mini fridge to storage drinks so it can be cool for this hotter summer. Unfortunately, kitchen is not provide as well as room service. Probably, the others rooms will be occupied with other guest ,as well as, for me as the owner. But this room has its own bathroom, entrance and parking. There is a spare of soap, shampoo, body lotion and body wash.

Fabulous location, fully updated by an interior designer and her husband, this cottage has a charm and history (former headquarters of the Long Island Ocelot Club, est. 1957). Ten-minute walk to the shops and dining of Amagansett Square. Six-minute bike ride to Indian Wells beach or the Balsam Farms fresh produce stand.
We are first-time hosts, but have been guests at Vrbos many times, and we're excited to share our new home with you. We just finished a full home renovation. All the floors are stained white (shoes off please) and furniture is custom and comfortable. New window treatments and a few antique pieces to create a lovely mix.
The living room has gorgeous original 1950s windows that look out at the front yard - including the rose of Sharon tree and fire pit seating area. The blue den room is extra cozy, perfect for watching a movie on the Samsung Frame TV. Our bunk room is extra fun - a set of 2 twin bunk beds with transom windows that look out at the tree tops. The primary bed has a comfortable king size bed and looks out at the front yard, which gets gorgeous afternoon light.
The backyard has 25 foot high hedges adding amazing privacy. It also has a picnic table (seating for 6-8) , BBQ, and a (cold water only) outdoor shower to use when coming back from the beach. A two-person hammock and round tree swing also on the property. All areas accessible to guests.
We have a locked owner's closet in the primary bedroom and a locked owner's room in the basement.

Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $5,000 of damage protection. Coverage details are provided in the booking agreement.
