All seasons are beautiful on Peconic Bay; spring's fresh flowers and birds, summer's glorious warm sun and water, falls' harvest and turning leaves. There is an outdoor shower and changing room and bedroom AC units for summer, and propane gas heater and space heaters for off season.

Rental includes access to bicycles, sea kayak, paddle board, tennis rackets, life jackets, fishing rods, beach toys, cards, games, jigsaw puzzles, and books for all ages. Use of tennis courts can be arranged for an additional $200 association fee.

It was so easy to go back and forth from the beach to the house without having to worry about packing lunch or driving and parking. The bay beach is great for swimming and water sports. Mostly we appreciated relaxing on the beach or on the generous deck at the house. There is plenty to do in the vicinity but we found no need to leave the house at all except for grocery shopping.
