Also enjoy the outdoor fireplace with an addition bbq. Kids will have a great time hang out in the ninja playground. The apartment is only 3 minutes’ walk to the nearby rocky beach.

Other things to note
This is a duplex house, it is quite and have a private access with a private driveway. Also note that the stairs leading to the apt are little steal.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: If a reservation is booked within 30 days of check-in, reservations must be cancelled outside of 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival forfeit the total cost of the accommodation.
If a reservation is booked outside of 30 days of check-in, the rate is entirely non-refundable and does not permit any modifications, name changes, or cancellations. Rates outside of 30 days of check-in are discounted for advance purchase and they are non-refundable.

I have two jack russells who are friendly to humans but territorial and aggressive to other dogs (hence the 'no dogs' policy). Sharing the property with other guests that have dogs would be stressful and the non stop barking would be disruptive to the normally quiet premises

there are steps leading to the front door. bedrooms and bathrooms are on the top level, and there are stairs leading to the pool. could be difficult to navigate for guests with disabilities

This 180 sqft tiny home is situated on a large lot, but enclosed with fencing for your privacy and space for pets to roam around freely. Yes, small furry friends are welcome! The tiny home has a queen bed and is suited for a maximum of two guests. The home is equip with a stall shower, small bathroom sink, and full flus toilet. The kitchen contains a 2 burner induction cooktop, a half fridge, a coffee press, toaster, and crockpot. Please note: there is no washer or dryer unit in the tiny home. However, there is a local laundromat about 3 minutes away from the property. The tiny home also has an A/C and heat wall unit. There is WiFi, but no TV!

Outside you'll have access to your private BBQ, fire pit and seating area.

The tiny home has a small hot water tank for showers and dishes. In addition, there is a septic tank solely for the home that is cleaned on a weekly basis.
