- "We had an absolutely wonderful stay! I traveled with my husband and five month old baby as well as my German Shepherd. I cannot stress how nervous I was about my first overnight outing with baby. Debbie was absolutely amazing, she ran over a pack and play which was a lifesaver during our stay. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for easy meals, internet speeds were great so both my husband and I were able to get a bit of work done, and the overall layout of the property is perfect for a small family. Also a huge plus for us was that the property feels extremely private because of the surrounding vegetation. This is my first time renting for a vacation in general instead of staying at a hotel and we are definitely coming back! - "My husband and I needed a place to stay overnight, we had a wedding to attend in the area, Wayne’s place accommodated all our needs, the room is average size, fridge, freezer, chairs with a side table. The bathroom is clean and Wayne had little accessories you might need and forgot, shower cap, iron, ect. The surprise gift that came with the room (bottle of wine) was so welcoming. The dogs were very friendly as well. We highly recommend staying here and Wayne was so welcoming and nice."

- "We used this property as a home base for exploring Long Island and it is a good location for seeing the whole island including the south side beaches. 2+ hour drive to Montauk lighthouse but worth it. I agree with another reviewer that the listing is a bit misleading in that it implies you get the whole cabin, which you definitely do not. you get a basement apartment under the main cabin. However, my husband and I were quite content there- it is a cute space and roomy for 2 people with comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and nice TV. Parking is a bit dicey as you share it with the people living upstairs and it is tight even with a smaller car. The parking down on the street is a good option. Check in process was super easy and communication with the host was easy as well. Overall we were quite happy there."
