Easy summer living at this bright contemporary ranch located steps from Moriches bay in Westhampton/Remsenburg. Open kitchen- dining area, living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, central air conditioning, and a private yard with a heated swimming pool. Take a stroll along the bay beach to overlook Moriches Bay and Dune Road.

Located on a small quiet block, this house is very open and inviting. From the private fenced in yard, you can smell the salt air and hear the rumbling of the motor boats go by. The house has many windows which bring in lots of light. We pride ourselves in presenting a spotless house for our renters to enjoy.

Bedroom configuration is as follows: each room has a queen size bed , master bedroom has a Tempurpedic mattress. Each bedroom is fully furnished with dressers and nightstands. There are 2 fully renovated bathrooms with heated floors and dual shower heads: one bathroom with a tub/shower and a second bathroom with a shower enclosure.

Renters have access to beautiful beaches on Dune road. Cupsogue Beach, located in the western end of Dune Road, has food concession, restrooms, first aid center, showers and changing rooms as well as band entertainment. These exquisite beaches have been rated as one of the top ten beaches in the country.

There are live shows at the Westhampton Performing Arts Center. Indoor and outdoor tennis is close by and public golf is a 15 minute drive. There are many marinas that offer charter and group fishing trips. There are also nature preserves nearby and town and county parks and beaches.

In our first night, we had an issue with the toilet and Tammy came to our rescue immediately. The kids built sandcastles, hunted for shells and played with friends in the shallow bay mere steps from the backyard. The house is located just a few minutes from a café, ice cream shop, delicious bakery and a seafood restaurant, not to mention several other local attractions and activities on and off the water. The second floor was equipped with beautiful water views and comfortable beds and bean bags that my kids loved lounging in. They are already asking when we can back. It was a joy to be on the water and air with a book and a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We made s’mores around the fire pit and watched a family of swans swim by every evening. Tami is an excellent communicator and added special touches like a welcome treat from a famous local cookie shop. The house had everything we could need - from linens to kid’s cups. Chic renovated, beach house on a lushly landscaped property in the charming hamlet of historic Remsenburg, 3 miles to Westhampton Beach center, and a short car ride or bike ride to ocean beaches. The electric sunsets from the roof deck and from the beach just steps from the house, will fill you with awe. Enjoy the multiple areas of the property designed for privacy, lounging, reading, and playing, which is surrounded by professional landscaping ensuring privacy.

The house is bright, sunny, and uplifting, perfect for getting restored. Most days, there's a cool breeze coming off the water from the bay, which is directly across the street. The sounds of the ocean are often heard in the distance. The air is sweet and refreshing.

The home is in mint condition, recently renovated, with two queen bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.

Rest well on comfortable, high end mattresses. Black out curtains on large bedroom windows control the sunlight. The en-suite bedroom has sliding doors out to a private deck, which is off the hot tub as well as a standing desk if you need to work.

There's plenty of closet and drawer space.

Each bedroom has a remote controlled ceiling fan. If you don't love AC, on many nights the breeze off of the bay is enough.

There's also a queen sleeper in the living room.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a Vitamix, and Brevelle coffee maker. The game room is sunny and large, and has a large flat screen TV.

Relax into a new, immaculate hot tub with stereo and lighting, with seating for seven adults. The surrounding trees are spotlit at night, which makes for a tranquil and soothing experience while soaking.

We are steps away from a quiet bay beach. You can easily cast off on our paddle board or kayak. Life jackets included.

Our location couldn't be more perfect as we are at the end of a beautiful lane in a quiet neighborhood, so it's easy to bike, walk, and jog. Beautiful ocean beaches are close by and easily accessible along Dune Road in Westhampton Beach.

Bike ride into the village of Westhampton Beach (three miles) or to the charming village of Eastport (2 miles) for coffee and scones. Just up the road there's also a bagel store, liquor store, Italian and Chinese restaurants, farm stands, and supermarkets. Tennis and Pickleball are a mile away.

The Tangier Outlets, Long Island Aquarium, Quogue Wildlife Center, Splish Splash Water Park, Parrish Art Museum, vineyards and breweries of the North Fork, and hiking trails are in close proximity to the home. Montauk is well worth the drive just to watch the surfers navigate the layers of beautiful waves at the tip of Long Island.

We have a welcome packet that details all of the nearby places and attractions that we recommend for anything that you might need.
