- "The property was as described with a big and well equipped kitchen and also a large sized washer and dryer. The bathrooms are nicely renovated with every thing you might need. The location is very convenient and quick walk to Stony Brook Village. The bedrooms were well sized and as pictured. However, the beds could be a bit more comfortable. The two single beds squeaked a little bit. The property could also use a hair dryer and iron/ironing board. I brought those things with me but some others might want those things on the property."

- "Kerry was a great host! The home was new, clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The home and host exceeded our expectations. Kerry was friendly, available and very communicative. We’ll book again." - "We were a group of 3 brothers and wives plus a high schooler in LI for a family wedding. This home was perfect for us. The location was centrally located for all of the events we were there for. One couple had never used VRBO and truly loved the experience. Just an FYI, the basement bedroom does not have a door which was a little odd but my husband and I used the basement and it was ok, but it might make a difference for some guests."

This apartment offers a living room, dining area, bathroom, and a bedroom. The apartment is very spacious so you will never feel cramped and is stylish giving it a unique, creative vibe. The apartment is attached to the side of a house with the owners living on one side. The apartment is partitioned from the main house making it private. There is potential for minor noise sometimes. There are no hidden fees. The property is closer to the Stony brook hospital and university.
- "Easy communiction with owner and they are very accommodating. Bed is not a king. The shower is a Taft tub with a hand wand and a place to put it high on the wall. Using it this way did cause water on the floor. I ended up just holding in my hand leaving it in the tub. It worked perfectly, but may not be for all. Close to many places. I definitely would recomend." - "Enjoyed the property! Nicely located for my needs. Clean, nicely appointed, convenient."

Will certainly consider another stay in the future." - "Clean, with full amenities. A fully stocked bathroom cabinet (toothpaste, brush, shampoo) was a really nice touch !! - "This was our first visit to Long Island and we weren’t sure what we would find. To say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement! Both Long Island and this VRBO were wonderful places to visit and spend the weekend visiting with our friend at her birthday and then later attending her mother’s marriage to her lifelong friend. The food, service, wineries, restaurants were just wonderful. Most of all the people of Long Island all made us feel like we were still in South Carolina, with different “drawls” i.e. “furgetitboutit” rather than “y’all!” When we return to L. I. we’ll stay at this VRBO again. Both it and Debbie were just GREAT!!!"

- "We were all pleased with our accommodations. Everything was exceptionally clean with new appliances and an amazing outdoor space. We had perfect weather and spent most of our time outside. It was the perfect place for us to stay as it was close to the wedding venue." - "We chose this place based on it's proximity to our brother's wedding venue. The pictures really don't grasp how beautiful and well maintained this property is. The backyard had to be our favorite part with the two story patio, bar, fire table and pool. This was where we all got to hang out together every night and it was perfect. It seemed to be a decent neighborhood, only thing I will say is the neighbors were super nosy, the ones across the street had to watch us unpack our cars with great interest, we even called them out on it. We had only one hiccup that is worth mentioning. The light and fan in the in master bedroom are controlled by a remote, there is no switch anywhere for either. Our second night the light would not turn off with the remote. We tried all the various options, changing the batteries, looking for a manual switch but nothing worked. I reached out to the landlord who was extremely prompt to answer, but given the circumstances couldn't do much. I had told her I believed the circuit breaker just need to be flipped to reset the connection. She told me after that this did the trick. My only note, all the tables had the plates and settings staged as you see in the pics. This made us feel like we shouldn't move them but had to in order to use the tables, to eat. Maybe having the plates and such elsewhere would be more ideal? Other than that we had a great stay! This house had space for all of us to spread out and also for us to be together. Would recommend!"

- "This was the ABSOLUTE best home rental experience that I have ever had. I rented this home for my wedding weekend getaway with my groomsmen. The house was very spacious and well decorated. Everyone had an enjoyable stay and keeps asking me for the listing of this home. I am considering booking this same location in the future for a family getaway."
