The apartment was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Location is great for downtown activities but the Yellow Cab fares can get a bit steep if you are venturing to midtown and beyond. Dutch Street only exists for one block and most cabbies won't have heard of it so I often had to key the address into their Google Maps. Also, you may have to walk a couple of blocks to find a cab - OK if its not raining. Overall we were very pleased with the choice and as a family requiring 3 rooms would book again - far preferable to hotel rates"

Other things to note
Unauthorized Late Checkout:
⏰ A charge of $75 per hour will apply for unauthorized late checkouts of 1-5 hours.

⏳ If the late checkout exceeds 5 hours, the guest will be charged for an additional 15-night stay, as we will be unable to accommodate the upcoming guest.

Cancellations:
🚫 If a cancellation occurs due to an unauthorized late checkout, the guest will be charged accordingly.
