The apartment was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Location is great for downtown activities but the Yellow Cab fares can get a bit steep if you are venturing to midtown and beyond. Dutch Street only exists for one block and most cabbies won't have heard of it so I often had to key the address into their Google Maps. Also, you may have to walk a couple of blocks to find a cab - OK if its not raining. Overall we were very pleased with the choice and as a family requiring 3 rooms would book again - far preferable to hotel rates"

We needed extra towels at 5am, sent a message, got a response in minutes and a bag of fresh towels were at our door by 7am. The area is very safe and there is a coffee shop and very nice market extremely close as well as plenty of nice restaurants.
