This town is one of the most desired in the proximity of New York City. Not far from the apartment there is an exquisite view of New York City skyline and the Hudson River. The commute by bus to 42nd Street (The Port Authority Bus Terminal) is approximately 20-30 minutes. Only a 1-minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop into Manhattan. There is a ferry that can also be used to go to Manhattan. We are also very close to Hoboken and Jersey City which are very well known for their delicious restaurants with spectacular Hudson River views.

Frequent buses right in front of house, bring you to time square in 30 minutes! Simple private studio apartment with free garage parking (only fit small and midsized car/SUV. Can not use car after park) and all the basics you need to visit the big apple. Step outside of the house, you will have amazing manhattan skyline views. There is a huge park two blocks away from us.

If you plan on coming by car, you'll need parking permits so let me know in advance and I will get you some at $10 per day per car at vending machines. Parking can be chaotic after 9PM so you might need to look a little bit. Make sure to read the signs, there are street cleaning rules on Tuesday and Thursday.

To go to NYC by car, you have to pay a $17 toll.

The floor is made out with ceramic, if you are a chilly person bring sandals or wear socks :)
You have your own thermostat located close to the kitchenette if you feel cold. The floors are NOT heated though just the rest of the apartment is.

In addition to this we do NOT have a stove. If you plan on cooking with a stove, you would probably be better of staying else where. We do HAVE a microwave oven, toaster oven, and double burner that will allow you to heat and cook food at some capacity.
