It is full equipped and very nice. The mail with entrycode was too late from the agency, we were already in the plane and we didn´t had Internet in USA. But it was easy to communicate with our host to get it. The bus stop is less than 5 minutes away. You can go directly to New York Port Authority bus terminal (about 30 ... 40 minutes drive). At Port Authority it is also possible to buy a 10 drives card with some discount. Near the house is no supermarket, only small shops. A Wallmart is close but you need a car or use Uber/Taxi. The location is perfect for a nice trip to New York. Thanks to our hosts for this very pleasant stay!"

The second room has a double size bed, night table, lamp, air conditioning, and a full set of curtains. There is also an extra foldable memory foam twin mattress inside of the closet if needed. The Bathroom comes with a bath tub doble shower plunge, toilet, and vanity cabinet. The living room comes with a 55 Inch Samsung Smart TV, coffee table, and 2 sofa beds. 1 Is a twin for one person, and 1 is full for two people. The Kitchen has a dining table with 4 chairs, an airfrying Microwave, and fully equipped the essentials needed such as utensils, pots, a toaster, blender, a modern 6 burners ranger with oven, over ranger fan, and a refrigerator. The house has a white fence and a second security door before entering the house. The apartment is located in the second floor and it’s fully useable by the guest that books it. We can help you with anything related to the location, transportation, business, shopping , and dinning district. We do not have reserved parking , but you can easily find parking around the house, around the block, or you can find the community parking 2 blocks east from the house for $5 from 9PM to 9AM or buy one per day fo $4 dollars per night residential parking tickets monday thru friday only Weekends and holidays are free. The space
This apartment has plenty of space and sunlight. Great place for couples, families or those who are combining travel with work. High speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, Washer & Dryer and fully stocked kitchen.

Once you walk in you'll be treated to tons of lighting. The kitchen area is perfect for fixing up a quick meal before going on your adventures in the city or cooking up a feast for the whole family! Once you're done eating, our memory foam mattresses will cradle you as you rest like a new born baby.

Just a couple of blocks away there is a huge, beautiful park complete with all sort of activities; baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, running trails, dog parks, Cherry Blossom trees, slopes for sledding (kids), a large lake with restaurant.

Further down the block you come to JFK Blvd east a road along the cliffside that boasts fantastic views of the NYC skyline and easy access to NYC by express Buses that run every couple of minutes.


This town is one of the most desired in the proximity of New York City. Not far from the apartment there is an exquisite view of New York City skyline and the Hudson River. The commute by bus to 42nd Street (The Port Authority Bus Terminal) is approximately 20-30 minutes. Only a 1-minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop into Manhattan. There is a ferry that can also be used to go to Manhattan. We are also very close to Hoboken and Jersey City which are very well known for their delicious restaurants with spectacular Hudson River views.
