The location was a five minute walk to the 128/165/166 NJ transit bus which took us to and from 42nd St/Port Authority Bus Terminal where we hopped on subway for our NYC adventures. The manager communicated often to ensure we didn’t need anything and responded quickly. Checking in and out was very easy. Clean towels and sheets were ready for us on arrival. A/Cs, all appliances, and water pressure in the shower worked great and zero issues during our stay!The Roku TV had streaming apps and the WiFi worked great! Apple Maps and Google maps display what public transport(bus line and subway line) to take throughout once hit your destination and select “public transit icon”!The walkway in the hall to get to the apartment isn’t the most presentable but it looked like the building was about to be updated with new tile etc. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!"

- "Overall security of the building and location outside of the city but right by the city was great! We arrived in town early and was allowed to checkin in early which was an added bonus being that we had a track meet in the city the same day! Apartment was very clean and smelled amazing! Only downfall was the parking resident and public parking by the apartment was horrible. But there is a parking lot available for 12hours about 10-13 mins walking and it’s pretty cheap. The parking on the next block beside the apartment won’t happen unless you are in there early and I mean 11am-2pm. But other than that it was a great stay! "

The original property was a 2-bedroom and 1 bath with outdoor space. The owner sent three photos of the property we were moved to that showed the outside, the stairs and the kitchen. They told me it had two queen beds, one twin and a sofa bed. The property had 1 bedroom with a queen, a queen and a twin bed in the living room and a communal bathroom shared with another apartment on the same floor. The door to the apartment, while actually a door the wall did not extend down to the top of the door so there was a 1x2 foot hole to the hallway. The kitchen and living room had ants crawling around that we spent a bit of time killing when we saw them. I would not have been comfortable using that kitchen to prepare food. Had I known the bathroom was communal I would have not agreed to take the property. There was another family with 6 people, in an apartment that shared the hallway so trying to get ready to leave on the second day took an extra 45 minutes trying to get in and out. May work for someone alone or with a group that sees photos of exactly what they are getting, but that was not the case here. The location is decent, there's shopping and food around and it's a 30 minute Uber into the city. I did not appreciate the inaccurate description when I was asked if I was ok with the change."
