- "We booked this property for our trip to NYC. The location was not far aside from the tunnel traffic due to repairs.Commuting to and from NYC was between 40minutes to 2 hours.The exterior of the property was not mowed or cleaned up. There was an old book shelf/trash and glass in the drive way. The host also allowed a neighbor to park their van in the front yard of the property without letting us know until we reported it. The inside needs a good deep cleaning.I will say the host was very prompt responding during our stay. But prior to our stay the communication with the host took long periods to get responses and often required a follow up message after waiting a day or so to get a response.We were not given any check in information until 3:59 with our check in time being 4:00.We did ask for extra towels and a toaster which they sent over later the same day. There are no extra pillows or blankets at this property. It says it sleeps 12 but I would say 10 max and to be comfortable at 2 per bed I would say 8. There are two couches but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping on them and if you do, you’ll want to bring bedding.The air conditioning stopped working during our stay and the host fixed it within 24 hours so that was much appreciated as it was almost 90 that day. The washing machine is actually a washer/dryer combo but if you put it on wash and dry the timer says it takes over 5 hours to complete. "

Lovely fully Private room with separate entrance and a private bathroom very peaceful neighborhood which is located centrally close to 20 minutes to NYC, 1 min away from express bus to Manhattan very convenient. Streetside parking is available the unit includes a refrigerator, TV and microwave.

Not enough dishes, silverware, cups for the "12" that could supposedly could stay there. 2 bathrooms not one (pleasant surprise) but worse stocked house I have ever been in.And not enough beds to sleep 12. 4 beds does not make enough for 12. The towels left were full of hair luckily we had a few towels with us. The beds were very firm in both rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 bed in each room (listing says there are more beds than there are but we figured that out by looking at the pictures online) and 2 foam coaches that can be made into beds.The beds only had a flat sheet as the bottom sheet and no top sheet. - "Clean ,comfortable with relatively large kitchen area no issue other than tiny toilet which can easily be changed , prefer a shower than a tiny tub, a little noisy from running water and flushes from apartment above (?). We don’t have pet so finding few animal hair was annoying but you are coming with pets , shouldn’t have any problem. We stayed close to a month. Everything you need is nearby. There is parking space in driveway but someone always parked there so we parked in street which is not busy and will find parking easily. "
