Welcome to this private 700 square feet (65 m2) apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and one full bathroom. Buses to NYC Manhattan right outside — 15 mins to Midtown Times Square NYC. Shopping and dining nearby within walking distance. This is a private apartment located in an older building with other apartments. If you want a simple and affordable place very close to New York City, this is a good fit. No parties, events, or smoking -- this is strictly enforced.
The bedrooms have sleeping for 2 people in each room (queen bed in each room). The living room has sleeper sofa for 2 more people — total of 6 can sleep in the apartment. Work desk in the living room for remote workers.
If you need to park your car, please note there is a 2-hour parking limit on most streets during the day and you are not able to leave your car overnight on most streets. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your vehicle when it is parked on the street.
Secure parking is available for an additional fee in the locked and gated driveway behind the building. You must pay the parking fee in advance to the host. The fee is $25 per car per night. The driveway can fit up to 2 cars. You will be able to lock and unlock the driveway gate to access your vehicle. Also, guests must leave the apartment in the condition they found it (e.g. no leftover food, nothing that creates a need for excessive or deep cleaning). Please wash all dishes that you use, remove food that you`ve brought in, and discard all trash. It’s important to note no toilet paper or paper towels will be provided. We were barely at the apartment because of our busy week. However, the neighbors were very loud. Each morning we would wake up to constant yelling and breaking of things against the wall that backs up the apartment. It was alarming and disruptive to safety. I know this is not in the owners control but something to be aware of. Also, the toilet doesn’t flush very well and the water tank doesn’t fill always. "

Welcome to our spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment that can comfortably accommodate 5-7 guests. Located just a quick 15-minute bus ride away from the hustle and bustle of NYC Times Square, this centrally located apartment offers amazing views of the city skyline and very quiet and safe neighborhood.
The newly remodeled bathroom is equipped with a big shower, plenty of pressure, and stocked with quality hair and body care products. The apartment features SUPER comfy beds with memory foam mattresses, including 1 queen bed, 2 Twin XL beds, a pull-out queen size couch, and a queen size air mattress that can be configured to any room.
The living room is perfect for relaxing and unwinding with board games like Monopoly and Risk, as well as access to streaming services like HBOMAX, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Apple TV on all TVs in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a freezer/refrigerator, gas stove and oven, and brand new top-quality pots and pans for meal prep or family home-cooked meals.

It is right across the Lincoln Tunnel and the Hudson River. 3.26 MILES AWAY FROM PORT AUTHORITY BUS TERMINAL AND TIMES SQUARE AREA. IT IS EASIER AND FASTER TO COMMUTE TO MIDTOWN MANHATTAN FROM OUR LOCATION THAN SOME PLACES IN NEW YORK LIKE THE BRONX, BROOKLYN AND QUEENS.

- It is 10 minutes away from Port Authority Bus Terminal / Times Square area

- "Once we arrived at the airport Myra was waiting to pick up our family and bring us to our apartment. The apartment was perfect and it even had a Christmas tree. All the beds were very comfortable and the stocked kitchen was wonderful. We had 3 adults and my three granddaughters and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Ruth and her husband were the perfect hosts and gave us many tips on getting into the city. She even resued us when we went past our bus stop on how to get back to the apartment. Definitely woud recomnend this property."

Beautiful Studio apartment located only 20 minutes to Time Square. The apartment is professionally decorated and furnished with detail to make your stay feeling like home. Ideal for singles or couples. Bus stop is only one block away, stores and supermarket walking distance.

• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

-Enjoy the back-deck w/BBQ, please make sure after use the gas to grill must be shut off at the tank and please clean the grill or this will be $60 extra cleaning fee.
BBQ Gas tanks are the responsibility of the tenant/occupant/guest to refill during their stay
-adult supervision at all times must be provided for the following Please supervise all young children on the back deck. We will not be responsible for any accidents that occur on the premises. Please be advise there is a 24/7 surveillance camera s located on the out door deck and front parking lot for our guest security.
-Please keep our place clean, place all trash from apartment into grey and black garbage pales that we provide. Please remove all garbage and trash out to the parking lot/driveway and place it into the trash cans. (Trash cans are located at the top left-hand side of the drive way. Recycling- Blue cans are for paper and cardboard. Red cans are for plastic or glass. Any fines passed to us will be forwarded to the renter.
-Please remember we have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside our building. For people who smoke there is a deck outside and a back garden to enjoy the awesome view of the amazing New York Skyline. (No Smoking inside the apartment and please close the slide/door as well as windows if you are smoking. We have a strict cleaning ADDITIONAL fee of $400 per room if we detect smoke inside the apartment or any odor relating.
- We will not be held responsible for any lost or left items in the unit. You take sole responsibility for all items brought to this unit. We will not be held responsible for any reimbursement what so ever.
-Remember to lock all windows and doors when you leave. We will not be responsible for any missing items.
-If house rules are not followed, we have the right to remove all guests from the property with no refund.
-Please return the street parking pass to avoid $50 replacement fee. Street Parking passes are $10 a night, street parking is difficult to find in this area.
INSTRUCTIONS for Street Parking
1. This permit entitles to park ONLY WITHIN a 4-block radius of the
address listed within The City of Union City.
2. Please hang the permit on rearview mirror with color side
facing out. Please also remember to remove the parking tag when
vehicle is in operation
3. Permits may not be sold, exchanged, or purchased from any
person or agency other than from the UCPA.
4. Permit does not authorize holder to park in fire zones,
parking meters, roadways, loading zones, and designated tow away zones, and or any other area not designated as a Residential Parking Zone.
-Private parking is available for $40 per 5 passengers car or suv this cost is per day/per night per vehicle/regular size car or $60 standard SUV. Please be aware, if you park in a private spot other than the spot allocated, you or your guests/visitor’s vehicles will be towed at the owner expense. You will be responsible to pay $120 for each spot, for each night, when parking in this lot without a previously booked /allocated spot.
-If private parking is required please inform us in advance so me may allocate a spot for each vehicle required. Please be advised the outdoor parking lot is under 24/7-hour surveillance to ensure our guest security.
-Any damaged or broken items MUST be brought to our attention immediately prior to your checkout or preferably during your stay.
-Please turn off the A/C, lights and appliances before you leave except for the dishwasher thanks. TVs cable boxes and lamps can STAY plugged in thank you.
-During your stay if the temperatures outside is a bit hot, please set thermostats to energy save mode.
-If you require any safety gates or special needs for children please request prior to booking, we’d be happy to accommodate special requests and having them ready for your arrival. -Please be advised we do charge $35 to $55 per additional guest, any guest who is present past 12am is considered an overnight guest. Please be honest and considerate of this rule. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Parking was going to be an issue but prearranged spot could be organized. With a bit of patience we always found a spot. The apartment was very clean, spacious and just what we needed. No matter when you step out the door there will be a bus within a few minutes from the stop. (3.50 to NYC) Use your maps and it will tell you what bus, subway, ferry to get on. Download the NJ transit app and you can buy your passes and just show phone. Uber from Newark airport was about $10 and we Ubered to the liberty ferry which was $6 and then saw Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty and took the other ferry to NY side which brings you to walking distance to Oneworld. There’s a lot to see and it may feel overwhelming at first but you will quickly get the hang of everything. Have fun we did! . . . If I had to point out any cons these below would be it. However they did not affect me they might some. Parking: you have to pay extra to park(I am sure this is most places you rent and I would encourage you not to bring a car as you don’t need it). - "The owner does not communicate with the client to give instructions until the same day of entering the reservation, I had to call Vrbo to confirm, the apartment did not have all the beds available for the amount of 6 people, and the kitchen lacks glasses, only 3 for 6 people that we rented, in addition there was the presence of cockroaches, it is a shame because it has a nice interior design and is located in a good place" - "If you need to stay in Union city it’s not a bad option. Centrally located with good access to transportation. The apartment is extremely dirty. Lots of stains on the walls and couch. Wasn’t great for a small child but we spent most of our time exploring the city. If you plan on cooking I’d think twice. Little to no utensils. No toaster or coffee maker. There was a couple random towels to use but that was about it. "
