It’s important to note no toilet paper or paper towels will be provided. We were barely at the apartment because of our busy week. However, the neighbors were very loud. Each morning we would wake up to constant yelling and breaking of things against the wall that backs up the apartment. It was alarming and disruptive to safety. - "Once we arrived at the airport Myra was waiting to pick up our family and bring us to our apartment. The apartment was perfect and it even had a Christmas tree. All the beds were very comfortable and the stocked kitchen was wonderful. We had 3 adults and my three granddaughters and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Ruth and her husband were the perfect hosts and gave us many tips on getting into the city. She even resued us when we went past our bus stop on how to get back to the apartment. Definitely woud recomnend this property."

-Please keep our place clean, place all trash from apartment into grey and black garbage pales that we provide. Please remove all garbage and trash out to the parking lot/driveway and place it into the trash cans. (Trash cans are located at the top left-hand side of the drive way. Recycling- Blue cans are for paper and cardboard. Red cans are for plastic or glass. Any fines passed to us will be forwarded to the renter.
-Please remember we have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside our building. For people who smoke there is a deck outside and a back garden to enjoy the awesome view of the amazing New York Skyline. (No Smoking inside the apartment and please close the slide/door as well as windows if you are smoking. We have a strict cleaning ADDITIONAL fee of $400 per room if we detect smoke inside the apartment or any odor relating.
- We will not be held responsible for any lost or left items in the unit. You take sole responsibility for all items brought to this unit. We will not be held responsible for any reimbursement what so ever.
-Remember to lock all windows and doors when you leave. We will not be responsible for any missing items.

-Please return the street parking pass to avoid $50 replacement fee. Street Parking passes are $10 a night, street parking is difficult to find in this area.

-Private parking is available for $40 per 5 passengers car or suv this cost is per day/per night per vehicle/regular size car or $60 standard SUV. Please be aware, if you park in a private spot other than the spot allocated, you or your guests/visitor’s vehicles will be towed at the owner expense. You will be responsible to pay $120 for each spot, for each night, when parking in this lot without a previously booked /allocated spot.
-If private parking is required please inform us in advance so me may allocate a spot for each vehicle required. Please be advised the outdoor parking lot is under 24/7-hour surveillance to ensure our guest security.

-Any damaged or broken items MUST be brought to our attention immediately prior to your checkout or preferably during your stay.
-Please turn off the A/C, lights and appliances before you leave except for the dishwasher thanks. TVs cable boxes and lamps can STAY plugged in thank you.

Uber from Newark airport was about $10 and we Ubered to the liberty ferry which was $6 and then saw Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty and took the other ferry to NY side which brings you to walking distance to Oneworld. There’s a lot to see and it may feel overwhelming at first but you will quickly get the hang of everything. Have fun we did! . . . If I had to point out any cons these below would be it. However they did not affect me they might some. Parking: you have to pay extra to park(I am sure this is most places you rent and I would encourage you not to bring a car as you don’t need it). There are many public transportation options, all of which are 15 minutes to New York City, Subway to Path, Bus and Ferry. Parking in Union City is optional, but is not recommended as it is not easy to find parking.

Locally, Union City is rich with culture, there is a lot of Latin Cuisine and shops, as well as a bus to manhattan and the subway just 5 short blocks down on Bergenline Avenue. Walk just 3 short blocks to Boulevard East and you will find a breathtaking view of Manhattan for walks or strolls and as a treat, you can take the ferry to the financial district or 38th st where you can hop on one of their free buses. On Boulevard East, one can also take one of the frequently arriving buses to Manhattan.

Recycling- Blue cans are for paper and cardboard. Red cans are for plastic or glass. Any fines passed to us will be forwarded to the renter.
-Please remember we have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside our building. For people who smoke there is a deck outside and a back garden to enjoy the awesome view of the amazing New York Skyline. (No Smoking inside the apartment and please close the slide/door as well as windows if you are smoking. We have a strict cleaning ADDITIONAL fee of $400 per room if we detect smoke inside the apartment or any odor relating.
- We will not be held responsible for any lost or left items in the unit. You take sole responsibility for all items brought to this unit. We will not be held responsible for any reimbursement what so ever.
-Remember to lock all windows and doors when you leave. We will not be responsible for any missing items.

Please be aware, if you park in a private spot other than the spot allocated, you or your guests/visitor’s vehicles will be towed at the owner expense. You will be responsible to pay $120 for each spot, for each night, when parking in this lot without a previously booked /allocated spot.

During your stay
Once your booking is accepted, we will send an Airbnb message to confirm your booking and review house rules. Then we will contact you three days before your arrival to make sure that everything is okay on your side, and create a special lock code for your stay and give you some detailed information / instructions for a smooth check-in.

If you have any questions in the meantime, reach out to us any time. Most of our communication will be in the Airbnb message. At the same time, we will exchange the phone # and email address for more communication channels.

- Before you check in, you may sign the "Add a tenant lease amendment" to add your name to apartment rental lease together with other roommates.

- The apartment rental lease will be renewed whenever there is previous roommate leave or new roommate move in. You may need co-operate the lease updating when other roommate situation changed.

- When you checkout, you may need to sign the "Remove a tenant lease amendment" to remove your name from the apartment rental lease together with other roommates.

- This Airbnb booking does not give you the right to extend your stay in this apartment beyond your checkout day.

- In a safety/emergency situation, the host or representative of the host has the right to get into your room to handle the safety/emergency issues.

5). No overnight guest for more than 3 days per month.
6). No Party. No Event.
7). No Drugs. No smoking anywhere in the building, including balcony.
8). Clean after yourself (Kitchen & Bathroom). Wash all the pans, pots, dishes, bowls, etc cooking/dining ware immediately after you use them and put them back in your assigned kitchen cabinet. If you make the shared area dirty, we may send a warning for the first time. From the second time, we need to collect a fine of up to $30~$200 to pay for the cleaning of the apartment shared area after you). You stay may be terminated when the 3rd house rules vioaltion happened.
9). House temperature setting must stay between 68 ~ 72 degrees at all times.
10). Only use your assigned cabinets, cookware, dishes, cups, utensils. Do not borrow stuff without asking.
11). Do not eat other people's food
12). Treat other roommates like you would like to be treated. Respect and cooperate with our cleaning staff when he/she clean the apartment shared common area weekly.

There is a closet in your room with a lock on it. You can store your things and feel at home.

This is a co-living apartment on 3rd floor of a mix used building with 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This listing is for room A, a bigger room for 1 person or a couple with a queen-size bed, a working desk, a in room refrigerator, locked wardrobe and 18" high under bed space for storage. The kitchen, dining room and bathroom are shared with other roommates in other bedrooms of the same apartment. Apartment and bathrooms are fully stocked. You will join the lease for this entire furnished apartment with other roommates. All bills are included in the Airbnb total price. Weekly cleaning for the shared common area is provided.

Apartment is located in NJ, within 10/15 min bus ride to NYC Port Authority ( from there you have easy access to all subway and blocks from Time Square ) centrally located in NJ the apartment in one block from main st in which you can find everything you might need for your stay without paying NYC prices. Ideally don’t drive to NNJ or NYC since you will need to find parking space, but if you have to there is permit waiting for you inside. Street is illuminated and bright and area is safe.

Cozy one bedroom apartment with everything that you need for two people, moreover at a great price so you can save, and enjoy. The apartment is on a second floor of a two family home ( stairs) you access in the hall way, bedroom, full bathroom, small kitchen, living room. Any doubt or question, just ask :)
