Check-in was a breeze, the apartment was clean and stay-ready, and everything we needed was within walking distance. We loved that there was a driveway to park our car, that was a huge added bonus! The neighborhood(s) were quiet, and we felt completely safe when walking back from the train station late at night. The Walmart was less than clean or organized, but we made it through LOL Walgreens is right next to the train station along with Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins, so it was nice to be able to stop there on the way home to get anything we may need on a spur of the moment. The owner was kind, and helpful, and responded to anything we needed in a timely manner. The trains were easy to navigate and, again, we felt safe and made it back and forth to NYC with ease. - "We rented Mina’s place for a 4 day stay. It was comfortable, clean and inviting. Transit was VERY easy to access and having a garage to store our car in was great. We were able to make it into NYC and back every day with ease. Mina was VERY communicative and a great host. There were multiport charging stations at each ideal location from bedside to desk to dining table. There was a water filter in the fridge! The shower was an amazing contraption with energy efficient tankless water heating. Many lighted mirrors and a full LG washer/dryer in the unit. Two large screen TVs and internet connection to boost. There was even complimentary Kurig coffee pods and all the kitchen items needed for a temporary stay. To top it off, it came with dedicated parking and a very responsive property manager. Mina was great with readily available information, even late at night. We loved the location as it allowed us several options on getting into Manhattan as well as to easily go up state to visit the Appalachian Trail parks. The only thing to know is that this is the top level unit of a 4 unit apartment building. We didn’t mind the stairs up as it gave us a good work out. The neighborhood is generally quiet with a nice park within walking distance. There are also shops and a neighborhood market just a few blocks away. We also frequented the Costco Gas Station that was about a 10 minute drive away. In all, this was a great location for us, at a great price for something so close to Jersey and New York cities. The height of the ceiling is a little over 6 feet (~6'2"). So if you are a tall person (i.e. Over 6 ft tall) you may not be able to enjoy the comforts this apartment offers.

This is half basement location. we left sanitizer in the house for clients use, for each client left, we do thoroughly disinfect of the whole place. It takes 30-40 minutes to NYC by lightrail and Path train. Close to Cruise,Turnpike,Costco, park,light rail and bus stops… walking distance to All kind of restaurants and grocery stores.The mattresses & most stuff were shopped from Costco . 1 gig fiber Wi-Fi. $10 cash for parking fee. The room is on the 3 rd floor and a shared-bathroom.
