- "It's was close to NJT anybody going over to NY city not wanting to drive ,very convenient. From front of the house the drive way on the left is much better. I had a few questions for the Host, when I tapped on the ask the host questions, I was sent back to the main Expedia site. We figured things out. Thank you for everything!" - "I was unsure about this location for our NYC trip. The communication was fantastic with the owners. Upon entering, it smelled so good and was very clean. The beds were comfortable, it has an iron and board, towels and all the starter things you need such as coffee, paper towels, tp, dish soap and bathroom soap. We were dumb though. We booked knowing there was a trundle bed. We found it in the smaller room but there were no sheets. We found at checkout that it was under the larger bed that the trundle and sheets were located. For those traveling to NYC. There is a bus stop but it was hard to figure out the 112 bus from NYC although it is right by the house. We walked about .5 mile to the N. Elizabeth train and rode in and out of there to Penn Station. It was a quick ride and safe. The owners were so thoughtful with leaving snacks that were used as quick snacks on our busy days and even providing body wash, lotion and shampoo and conditioner. Parking is directly behind the house. Dont use the neighbor's parking like we did. Newark airport is super close. Def recommend staying here!"

- "We were in town for medical appts in Manhattan, and after 10 days in hotels w tiny rooms and hefty price tags, found this little gem in Elizabeth, NJ. The apt provided so much space for two of us, with all the amenities for living (laundry, cooking). It was decorated like a home away from home. Sonya was our coordinator, and wow, she was amazing, responding in minutes to our needs and questions. Parking was super easy in the street, through longer-term stays have access to the free attached parking garage; the nearby town center had great, friendly vibes. The drive into Manhattan in non-peak hours was reasonable at about 40-45 mins. Great solution for anyone needing to be near Manhattan for longer periods."

Neighborhood is improving with homes being remodeled all around. Checking in was seamless. Host was very responsive. The property is as shown. Very clean. Furniture is small and couch is a bit hard but the place suited our needs. We didn’t spend much time in the property. Nice large screen tv with Netflix included. We stayed four nights, but unfortunately nights one and four we could not sleep at all due to parties upstairs. Owner was very nice and tried to solve the issue but it was quite loud, and that is the only reason I am not giving the property five stars. Otherwise I would have. I wish he had offered a discount, it would have been fair. "

- "Wonderful property. It was clean and spacious. I loved when we entered into our room that there was a welcome sign, and a bottle of wine on the coffee table, along with water bottles. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, silverware, pots, pans, and several utensils, and I enjoyed the coffee and tea options. My absolute favorite thing is when a property provides shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash as it’s one less thing for me to pack, and they certainly provided wonderful products. The bedroom was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in, and the side tables had built in ports to plug our phones and other devices. I love when I don’t have to search or move things to reach an outlet! The host obviously has great attention for detail in decor and making it a functional space to stay. They were also great with communication. I never once had to reach out and ask for anything. This location was conveniently located close to my friends who I was visiting for a wedding. I can see us staying here again for our next visit! I will say, I’m not from an area who has to use or find street parking, so that was a new experience for me, but surprisingly, it wasn’t too difficult to find. "

Please refrain from smoking from inside and outside of the house. A violation fee of $250 will be applied. If you watch someone smoking in the house, please take a video or pic and sent that to us.

4-No Pets
We do not allow pets in our house. A violation fee of $250 will be charge for unauthorized pet.

5-Quiet Hours
We request all the guests to respect the quiet hours 10pm- 07.00am.

6-Parking
There are certain parking rules in this area. You can only park on the street. Make sure not to block driveways to houses or park in areas where there are hydrants, which are marked with a yellow line. You cannot park in front of any garage entrance, private spaces or inside a garage.

It’s important to read the signs on the sidewalk where you’re parking. On cleaning days, you must move your car at the designated times. So after parking, carefully check the signs.

7-Some issue in the night.
Please do not open the door for anyone, if a guest is saying that he has reservation and mobile is off, ask him full name, last four digits of mobile and send those to us, we will try to help from our side.


8-Extra cleaning
Please note that we provide cleaning per stay. If you need to clean the room again or extra towels, there will be a nominal fee for that.

09-Report

Any cleaning or damage issue must have report within 3 hours of check-in time, otherwise we are not responsible for any refund or solution.

10-Early check-in and Late check out
We are very strict with early check in and late check out as it disturb upcoming guest reservations and cleaning schedule.

Check in time is 03.00pm and exception can be made with the collaboration fo the team. We don't offer a late check-out. But you can extend the stay with us in the chat.

Violation of the late check-out occurs a fee of next day reservation. We will involve Airbnb authorities to help us with that.

12- Please note that you have booked a room, for the share spaces guests needs to maintain the cleaning. Housekeeping clean the bathroom weekly only.
