It is large, private, with a bedroom, dinning room, bathroom and extra large Living room. It has lots of sunlight and is well appointed located on the 2nd floor of the house. The living room has a sofa, chair, an LCD TV and a day bed which sleeps 2, an air-mattress can be provided to accommodate a fifth person. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a night table, wardrobe and a closet. The Kitchen/Dining room has a small refrigerator, an induction heat plate, microwave, large convectional toaster and a coffee machine. - "We were very please with the location of this apartment. Located 2 houses from the bus stop that takes you directly to the New York Port Authority bus station, we had no trouble navigating. At the port Authority, you can walk to time square and theaters, or catch the subway or new york busses. Right across the street is a small mall with a grocery store, liquor store, take out restaurants and other conveniences. This is also where you'll park with the parking pass provided to you. The neighborhood is very safe, lots of eateries and shops within walking distance. I messaged Emilio a few times before and during our trip for advice on how to navigate to certain places, and to see if early check-in was possible since we arrived from Kentucky a few hours earlier than expected, and he was very accommodating and helpful. The apartment had everything needed and was charming with all the comforts of a home. Don't think twice about booking this place. More than worth the money! - "The garden themed accommodations were clean and cheerful. There were common areas in the kitchen, living room and sunroom. The sunroom had plenty of space with seating for my family of six whilst overlooking the Hudson and New York skyline. This is where we spent most of our time together in the space. There were 4 bedrooms but the one on the main floor was absent a door. Overall, the rooms and beds were fresh and comfy. The bathroom had the usual and expected toiletries. The kitchen has a lot of countertops space if you’re the type to cook, and typical range, oven, full fridge, etc. We had a little perceived problem with the door, being unfamiliar with the way it latched. The gentleman answered immediately and was patient, kind and helpful. Reassured me. The neighborhood is quiet, slow, a welcome change after a day in NYC. We ate out for all of our meals and such. There’s a pastry shop a few minutes walk away from the flat in Union City that offered fresh baked goods. This was a really good space for a family!"

If you need to park your car, please note there is a 2-hour parking limit on most streets during the day and you are not able to leave your car overnight on most streets. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for your vehicle when it is parked on the street.

Secure parking is available for an additional fee in the locked and gated driveway behind the building. You must pay the parking fee in advance to the host. The fee is $25 per car per night. The driveway can fit up to 2 cars. You will be able to lock and unlock the driveway gate to access your vehicle. Contact us in advance of booking for more details and to know if parking is available and how to pay for parking. The parking space may not be available for your travel dates so please contact us before booking to find out.

Buses very near the apartment will take you to NYC in about 15 minutes.

You can reach this location by taxi, Uber, or bus. The easiest way to NYC Midtown Manhattan is to take NJ Transit Bus 123 at the corner of 24th St and Palisade Ave (one block away). The return bus leaves from Gate 214 in Port Authority Bus Terminal. It costs $4 per ride. The ride takes about 15 minutes.

Self check-in and check-out are available. There is a lockbox with keys at the entry door to the building. We will send you the code to the lock box on the day of your arrival, not earlier.

The check-in window is 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If you are planning to arrive after 11:00 pm, you must clear this with us. We will not be available to support you during check-in if you arrive very late at night (after 11:00 pm). We will not give refunds if you have issues checking in after 11:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. There is no luggage storage at the property.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will receive the email and/or text about 45-60 minutes after you confirm your booking. Please complete the verification prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will be given the choice between a refundable security deposit (non-refundable administrative fee for this option is $10) or a non-refundable damage waiver (the cost is $35 and is not refundable). This process is required. It is not optional. You will not be given access to the listing unless your status is `approved` from Truvi. You will need a valid credit card or debit card in order to complete this process. We are fully disclosing this here so that a guest cannot claim after booking that this was not disclosed. We will not give refunds for reservations if you choose not to comply or you are not approved.

Please note that this apartment is located in a historic, older building. Some recent guests have arrived with higher expectations than what we can provide given the age of the building. The apartment looks like the photos in the listing and we keep it clean but it is not a new apartment. It is a basic space with basic amenities. If you are looking for a functional and competitively priced place very close to New York City, this would be a good space for you. If you are looking for a modern and luxury stay, this is probably not the place for you.

We also just want to make clear that you are renting an apartment and not a hotel room. There are many differences between short-term apartment rentals and hotels, and some newer guests to this platform may not realize it. Hotels are large and often have many rooms, and the ability to change your room should issues arise. Hotels also have staff 24/7 that can help you with every issue or questions that you may have. On the other hand, we are a small operation and manage our listings to the best of our ability. We try hard to create a good experience for guests. We are including this disclaimer here because we have recently seen a rise in guests that seem to view listings as very similar to a hotel, but in reality the experience is quite different. Welcome to our cozy, conveniently located room just three stops from Times Square! This inviting space is perfect for female travelers who want easy access to the city's main attractions.

You'll be sharing the apartment with my cousin Thalia, who also has an adorable, friendly Boston Terrier. He’s crate-trained and stays in Thalia’s room when she’s not around, so you’ll have your space. However, please note that we may not be the best fit for those with dog allergies.

The room is located on the 4th floor of a charming building without an elevator. While it’s a few flights up, the location and ambiance make it more than worthwhile!

There is a small lake in front of the apartment where you could walk around it, extremely quiet and safe neighborhood.
We do NOT have space to park. We DO NOT provide parking service.

During your stay
During your stay I will be available to help you with anything you need or answer any questions you have via text message or in person if we are at home at the same time.

If you want something more like taking a shower before check-in time, you must make the reservation the day before.

Other things to note
The apartment is on the second floor of the house. Just two blocks from the main avenue where Market, laundry, restaurants are located.

During the winter the heating system we have in our apartment makes a little noise, like water passing inside a pipe, for noise-sensitive guests take this detail into account, I would say it’s not really a big deal.

The bus stops right steps from outside my door and costs only $3 to midtown manhattan. The ferry is a short walk and is only $9. Uber, Lyft and cabs are also available.

NEIGHBORHOOD :-
Located on the prestigious Blvd East, sitting at the edge of a 200' (65m) cliff with a breathtaking view. The Blvd has several small parks along the walkway.
The supermarket is a 3 min walk and you can order or dine from a variety of restaurants (including the best Colombian breakfast in the area!!).
Very quiet and safe neighborhood. I Promises that you'll love it.


GETTING AROUND :-

You are literally 1 block away from the bus stop where you can hop on a shuttle ($3) or transit bus to Port Authority 7 mins!!. The buses sometimes stops and pick up in front of the building, wave if you see a bus. Or if you want to treat yourself, you can walk down the cliff stairs and enjoy a short ferry cruise to Midtown. Highly recommend at least once during your stay! Free parking for four hours on the street and with our residential parking that will be provided to you(fees apply). $25 Uber ride from Newark (25 mins).

To get to Manhattan from Union City, NJ, you can take the NJ Transit, which provides direct service to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown. Alternatively, you can take the bus to the Hoboken PATH station for another route into the city. The PATH train, offers two main lines: one to 33rd Street in Midtown and another to the World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan. This combination of bus and PATH gives you flexible and efficient options for reaching various parts of NYC.

Super comfortable apartment / rooms that are well equipped with new and comfortable furnishings

Large bedroom with memory foam bed, sleeps up to 2 people(for those looking to save big on their trip) and bedroom also has an air mattress that sleeps 1 person.

The apartment has everything required for a perfect NY stay and includes all bedding, linens, pillows, comforters, blankets and towels, cloths hangers, iron, iron board.

There is an Iron /Iron board in home.
There’s a laundry in the building. This is a shared laundry space.. Guest are welcome to use it and it require a fee to wash and dry. Long term or short term guest are required to do their own laundry. We do not offer that service. If you would like cleaning service during your stay, pls let us know as we might be able to arrange that for a fees. If you need extra beddings, we could provide that, please let us know. Note that the AC is available and due to cold weather it might be removed from the window. Heating is central to the building and automatically turned on when weather drops. If you request we can put the AC in for you. Feel free to turn on fan as well.
The apartment is the third floor, second flight walkup.

Street Parking is only free for couple hours, you’ll need a pass to leave your car parked longer, ask about the pass in advance

The bus stops right steps from outside my door and costs only $3 to midtown manhattan. The ferry is a short walk and is only $9. Uber, Lyft and cabs are also available.

TRANSPORTATION:
Catch the 24/7 shuttle bus around the corner and go directly to Manhattan's Midtown/Port Authority - one block away from Times Square for $3.50 a seat. It's what all the locals use.On your way back, Entrance to the terminal is on 8ave between 40st-41st. When enter the terminal Take the first escalator say "gate 1-56", than turn right to gate 1-56
Take the stairs all the way down to gate 56 on the right.
On the shuttle bus will be a sign: Peterson.ask the driver to stop at the "Post Office" -that is the first stop once the bus come out of the tunnel(URL HIDDEN)City bus "NJ Transit" runs every 20 minutes (during commute hours) to Manhattan & every 12 minutes to Hoboken - home of the Cake Boss. Easy bus access to Jersey Garden Outlet Mall, which is much closer and as good as Woodbury Commons.

MORE ON LOCATION:
We are much closer to Midtown Manhattan, Times Sq, Theater District, Madison Square Garden, Grand Central, Empire State Building, Saint Patrick's Cathedral and Rockefeller Center, than staying in some parts of Manhattan: Wall St, LES, Upper East or West Side above 70th St, all parts of Brooklyn and definitely much closer than staying in Queens/Bronx. Only 2.6 miles to Times Sq, 2.4mi to Madison Square Garden (MSG), and 2.7mi to Empire State Building 2.1 miles from Port Authority.

ARRIVAL:
If you travel by plane, we can arrange for a car service pickup. The driver will hand you the apartment keys, and could help you with the luggage into the apt. Car service from Newark is $80, from JFK is $125 (Tip and Toll are not included)

There’s a laundry in the building. This is a shared laundry space. Guest are welcome to use it and it require a fee to wash and dry. Long term or short term guest are required to do their own laundry. We do not offer that service. If you would like cleaning service during your stay, pls let us know as we can arrange that for a fees. If you need extra beddings, we could provide that, please let us know..
The apartment is the third floor, second flight walkup.
The 4 to 6 people Dinning table is foldable and can be set up by guest for work space or for Dinning purposes with foldable seats.

The super easy access to everywhere and the no expense spared luxury is key to the charm of my apartment. I am right on Boulevard East so the transport links and views are unrivaled. There are multiple cafes, shops, parks, public community pay pool and attractions close to hand.

The Pools are very nice community pools, and Not situated in the building.
The laundry is a paid build laundry. You’ll need coin to operate it. We do not have control over the fees and the look of the space.
There is, Surveilence Security system in building and home entrances area both to monitor and to increase security when no one is home.

The water Parks and play grounds are very nice do check them out with your kids and family/ friends. If you prefer life indoors then the smart tv app and movies selections and free WiFi should keep you entertained .

The bus stops right steps from outside my door and costs only $3 to midtown manhattan. The ferry is a short walk and is only $9. Uber, Lyft and cabs are also available.

This is a stylish, well-appointed, and very large apartment in the beautiful and upscale neighborhood of WEEHAWKEN. It has TWO real bedrooms, TWO full bathroom, as well as a separate dining and living room!

The space
This apartment is a large 2bedroom+2baths+1den, on the 1st floor of a 3-unit building. It is located in the quiet, waterfront neighborhood of Weehawken, a tightknit and super safe community composed of families and young professionals (most other rentals are in the less appealing neighborhoods of Union City and West New York).

The space features the following:

-The apartment is a massive 1200sf, with access to a shared backyard.

-Both bedrooms have comfy queen size beds.

-Large, separate living room and dining room. The living room is connected to a light-filled den/office.

-Huge kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave.

-Bus stops are 1-2min walking, serviced by multiple bus lines (4-5 routes) going into Manhattan. Don’t be tied down to a single, infrequent bus line!
