- "Pros: We thought the pool was awesome and well heated, kids spent a lot of time playing in and around the pool. There were also many things for the kids to play inside the house - some toys, game console, etc. and in the backyard - trampoline, tricycle etc. The house was located in a nice neighborhood and close to the marina for fishing, boating and bicycle path. Our kids definitely enjoyed all the activities during our stay. Owner’s team was generally quick to respond if something needed to be fixed. Cons: The house takes a bit to figure out and get used to since there were a lot of automated amenities controlled by iPad that was confusing at first but nice once we got a hang of them. In addition to the basement, owner also had access to the third floor and regularly stayed there overnight during our stay. That was a surprise to us up on arrival since we did not expect that based on the listing description which only listed basement access by owner, but we did not need the additional space upstairs so we accepted that arrangement."
