- "Excellent location near the 911 Memorial and One World Trade Center. Lots to do in the area. Great shopping a short walk from the hotel. Staff were attentive and nice from the moment we arrived. They could have easy valet the car and charged me a $120/ night for parking, instead they tell me where the parking they use is around the corner and save me a ton. The next day, when I went to use the gym, I was pleasantly surprised to see 3 pelotons in addition to multiple treadmills, ellipticals and rowers. I returned to my clean room and found that they had brought a doggie bed and toy for the little guy. Everyone was super helpful and our stay couldn’t have been better. "

In the winter, the central heating on the hallway will work.

We're a beautiful household made up of a diverse and welcoming group of young people, and one lazy cat, and the best part is that we all really enjoy each other's company. You will often find at least two or three people in the backyard, chatting and sharing a beer. That being said, it is important to note that we are not a party house. Also important to note is that, however much we enjoy hanging out, we are also all very respectful of each other's privacy.

Your room is small but very cozy and has lots of room for storage! Equipped with a Twin-size bed, computer desk, direct backyard access, and you'll share a bathroom with only 1-2 other housemates.
