- "very nice" - "Get stay" - "Really quirky boutique hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. My room was large with a living area and nicely appointed bathroom. I also had a balcony. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the bar/restaurant had nice drinks and a decent buffet breakfast. I didn’t use the gym or sauna (the sauna appears to not be on permanently) but that area looked fine. To get onto the main underground train network you need to walk over a bridge which takes about 10-15 minutes. The neighbourhood it’s located in feels safe and there are some bars and restaurants in walking distance. My only minor gripes were that the air conditioning unit in my room was a bit noisy, the free WiFi needed reconnecting annoyingly regularly and on one evening I couldn’t use the bar due to a private function. However I was really pleased with my room and the location wasn’t too bad to get into Manhatten. "

This bedroom is newly renovated, with access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and dinning area on the ground floor of a basement and three story building located the up and coming Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, New York. This room is designed with a single bed and a dresser, hardwood flooring . Please note there are no windows in the room, but there are windows in the kitchen.. Clean linens and towels are provided. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove with oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster oven and all the kitchen supplies. A few essentials are provided such as coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. The bathroom features a bathtub, sink and toilet. Welcome to your cozy and well-appointed room! This space offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room features a full-size bed with a comfortable mattress, fresh linens, and fluffy towels to ensure a restful night's sleep and a refreshing start to your day.

It's important to note that this room does not feature an external window. However, the ceilings are very tall at 14 feet.

Our loft is spread across three floors, offering a unique living experience. We have two shared full bathrooms for your convenience. The number of roommates in the loft can vary, typically ranging from as few as two to as many as eight individuals, depending on the season.

Our residents come from diverse backgrounds, including Pratt students, aspiring film directors, working jazz musicians, and international youth backpacking the world, to name a few.

You will pay a flat monthly fee and everything comes included. No utility bills, no unexpected maintenance costs.

Our Coliving space includes a spacious dining room, chill zone with a huge TV, and a kitchen, allowing you plenty of room to cook, work and relax, all while getting to know people from all around the world.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal.
It also included: salt, pepper, sugar, coffee grounds, tea, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked.
We provide many bathroom essentials and there are never queues - you’ll never have to wait…
We provide regular weekly cleaning so you can focus fully on your work or study.
All our cleaning supplies are eco-friendly and allergen-free.
