- "Canopy by Hilton is a great place to stay close to NJ Exchange Place if you plan to visit NYC using the public transport system. Although they don't have parking space, you can park your car right across the street at the Morgan at Provost Square. The price is about $30 per night. Also, you need to walk about 12 mins to reach the Path station. The room price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The rooms were great coupled with modern amenities. The service was also great. We had an issue with the heating system, they sent a space heater right away. Although they do not have any studio style room where you may have your kitchen with a microwave. In fact, they don't provide any microwave at all. So, if you just plan to eat outside, this is the place you are looking for."

The space
Our House is located in the Liberty State Park neighborhood and you are invited to enjoy the private room on second floor with separate bathroom (not a shared space) that has been completely renovated.

Rest of the house you will share with others. The kitchen is completely new and is fully supplied with dishes and cookware, and has a gas range, stainless steel refrigerator, granite counter top, microwave and dishwasher. Fresh bedding linens and towels are included. In bedroom you have twin sized mattress bed. There is also small closet.

Location is great. Just 25-40 minutes by convenient public transportation to Manhattan and just 10 minutes by car. Walking distance to Liberty State Park with beautiful views of Manhattan, there is recreation area, jogging paths, playground, barbecue areas, Science Museum and the ferry to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty.

There is 15-20 minutes walk from historic downtown Jersey City with trendy restaurants, bars, and shops. From there you can take the PATH subway to Manhattan (2 stops to the World Trade Center or 4-5 stops to midtown - 34th street).

Our home, Brown(stone) House of LaPetiteStays, was designed to bring joy to the heart and an aesthetic feast to the eye.
