Master bedroom has 2 full size beds, a dresser, nightstand, private full bathroom, ceiling fan, a huge closet, double sliding doors that opens up to a beautiful deck and a beautiful new flat screen TV. The private bathroom is equipped with toilet, shower and tub ,sink and cabinet with a mirror.

We have 24 hour 7 days a week security cameras on the outside perimeters of our property for your security.

Rental details:

Our daily rate is considered to be a minimum 3 night stay during the weekdays. We can accommodate 10 guests comfortably.

.Rental Guest understands’ that we will accept families, couples and responsible adults over the age of 25 ONLY. Guest(s) agree to not exceed more than the number of people stated in the reservations. Rental guests will use premises in a way as to not disturb nor offend any guest. If a violation is occurred the owner may terminate this agreement without notice and Guest(s) shall vacate the premises immediately.

NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

Check IN : 4 PM - 11PM.

Check-in Procedure: Guest will receive either a text or an email from me one day prior to arrival. In that email or text there will be a 4 digit security code for the front door. Guest will also receive a 4 digit code for the lock box to unlock keys to open doors.

Check-Out:
Please when checking out be sure that house is clean, all trash removed. Also if any dishes or pots were used please clean them and return them to the original place. Also please make sure fridge and dishwasher is empty. Please return keys to the lock box.

We have a smart key deadbolt lock with a custom code for every guest. You will get the code one day before checking in.

Laundry.: We offer a washer and dryer at an additional cost. It’s located in the hallway with a locked door. If you pay for this service we will then give you the code to unlock door. It’s an additional cost of $25.00 per 0-7 days 7-14 days $40.00 14-21 days $60.00 21-28 days $75.00. For longer stays inquire for pricing.

Parking : One car in driveway. We do have plenty of street parking.Quick note when parking on the street there is alternative street parking please pay attention to the street sign on what times you can park.

One night we had to park 2 1/2 blocks away, the second night 4. And this was after driving for 10 or 15 minutes looking for a place. This was a major irritant after spending the evening in NYC. 2) There were no night stands next to the beds, so phones & watches being charged needed to be on the floor or away from the bed. We could not have a glass of water bedside. 3) There is baseboard heating, but apparently no ability to cool or ventilate the rooms.4) There was a Keurig type coffee maker, but not a single k-cup of coffee. Who packs k-cups when they travel??? Surely a couple of k-cups next to the coffee maker would be appropriate. "
