Rental details:

Our daily rate is considered to be a minimum 3 night stay during the weekdays. We can accommodate 10 guests comfortably.

.Rental Guest understands’ that we will accept families, couples and responsible adults over the age of 25 ONLY. Guest(s) agree to not exceed more than the number of people stated in the reservations. Rental guests will use premises in a way as to not disturb nor offend any guest. If a violation is occurred the owner may terminate this agreement without notice and Guest(s) shall vacate the premises immediately.

Check-in Procedure: Guest will receive either a text or an email from me one day prior to arrival. In that email or text there will be a 4 digit security code for the front door. Guest will also receive a 4 digit code for the lock box to unlock keys to open doors.

Check-Out:
Please when checking out be sure that house is clean, all trash removed. Also if any dishes or pots were used please clean them and return them to the original place. Also please make sure fridge and dishwasher is empty. Please return keys to the lock box.

We have a smart key deadbolt lock with a custom code for every guest. You will get the code one day before checking in.

Laundry.: We offer a washer and dryer at an additional cost. It’s located in the hallway with a locked door. If you pay for this service we will then give you the code to unlock door. It’s an additional cost of $25.00 per 0-7 days 7-14 days $40.00 14-21 days $60.00 21-28 days $75.00. For longer stays inquire for pricing.

The room was clean and neat and the owner responded promptly to our 1 question, but the following issues caused us to reduce our rating to 3 stars:1) Street parking only! One night we had to park 2 1/2 blocks away, the second night 4. And this was after driving for 10 or 15 minutes looking for a place. This was a major irritant after spending the evening in NYC. 2) There were no night stands next to the beds, so phones & watches being charged needed to be on the floor or away from the bed. We could not have a glass of water bedside. 3) There is baseboard heating, but apparently no ability to cool or ventilate the rooms.4) There was a Keurig type coffee maker, but not a single k-cup of coffee. Who packs k-cups when they travel??? Surely a couple of k-cups next to the coffee maker would be appropriate. "

My newly renovated apartment is located in beautiful and convenient Clifton New Jersey! While the apartment is only 1 bedroom, the open and airy layout can accommodate up to 4 people. We offer what you need to make your stay perfectly comfortable.

The home is furnished with one queen-size memory foam bed in the bedroom, and one queen-size air mattress (available if requested) in the living room. The optimal amount of guests would be 1-3 people. But we can definitely fit 4 if you are traveling with additional guests. Please keep in mind, this is an apartment not an entire house.

Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, drinkware, and plates you will need to cook yourself and your family dinner from scratch!

The living room is furnished with a 55in Smart TV where you'll be able to Netflix, Hulu, and chill with friends.

In terms of amenities, I've got you covered! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, coffee, and portable fans. Additionally, there is an in-unit washer/dryer which is a luxury in the metro NYC area.

- "The three of us wanted a weekend to enjoy NYC. Decided to stay further out in Jersey to save some money. Honestly, we only stayed at the rental for sleep and showers. We were out and about most of the day, not returning till 3am or so. The property is extremely clean. It is about an hour's bus drive into NYC. Cons: even with short showers, the water in the shower quickly turned cold, not even allowing the 3rd person to shower right away. There was a lot of noise upstairs, footsteps of running children. There was an issue of the washer and dryer running at the same time. The owner had to check the fuse box and fix it. But even after that, the dryer didn't dry the clothes fully. Even with a small load and overnight drying, everything was damp. The info for wifi was not readily available. We had to go upstairs to get that info from the owner. All in all, the rental served its purpose for 3 young adults looking to take in as much as NYC in a shorttime. "

It's also accessible to major NJ highways, away from the bustle of NYC, but close enough to commute as well! The neighborhood is safe and I have very friendly neighbors. There are plenty of public street parking spaces available (no permit needed).

The house is heated through an efficient steam-heat system in the winter and I offer a window A/C unit during the summertime. My place has South-Western light that keeps it warmer in the winter and a great leafy Oak tree and conifer keep it 10 degrees cooler in the summer!

I have two security cameras that are outdoors on the front porch and a doorbell. The cameras record video and audio.

We currently have two dogs, a French bulldog and a bully. Roman and Paxton are super friendly, quiet, crate train and house trained.

The house was built in 1924, so the heaters may whistle during the cold season. Despite its age, the house holds a certain charm with its vintage architecture and unique character. The creaky wooden floors and intricate moldings add to its nostalgic appeal.

Our American Bully, named Roman, is a loyal and playful companion. With his muscular physique and striking coat, he never fails to turn heads when we take him for walks in the neighborhood. Roman has become an integral part of our airbnb, bringing endless joy and laughter into our lives.

As the cold season approaches, we prepare ourselves for the familiar sound of whistling heaters. Although it can be a bit startling at first, we have grown accustomed to the occasional symphony of whistles, It adds a touch of character, reminding us of the house's history and enduring spirit.

To combat the chilly temperatures, we make sure to stock up on cozy blankets and hot cocoa. We create a warm and inviting atmosphere that shields us from the cold outside. Despite the occasional whistling, our home remains a haven of comfort and love.

This home away from home is the perfect solution for a pre-medical student doing an internship, a college student or for long- term business stay. Your stay will feel like home away from home because my mom is the sweetest lady you'll ever know. She will take you in as one of her own but at the same time respecting your space and boundaries. In return we ask respect and consideration of the belongings in the home and of the other residents within the community.

Guests have access to the entire home, though the space is shared with the host/owner, who may be present at times. We respect your privacy and are available if you need anything during your stay.

- Additional Room: If you need more space, an additional room may be available for booking, as long as it’s not already occupied. Please inquire for availability.

- Parking: One parking space is included. For street parking between 6 PM and 11 PM, please get a parking pass from the owner. A $30 fee will be charged if the pass is not returned at checkout.

- Kitchen Supplies: Kitchen essentials are provided for your use and will be clearly labeled for convenience.

- Recycling: Please dispose of recyclables in the appropriately labeled bins for plastics, paper, etc., to help us maintain an eco-friendly home.

- To maintain cleanliness and comfort, we kindly ask that guests remove their shoes upon entering the home. Additionally, we request that all meals be enjoyed in the kitchen or dining area.

Other things to note
We currently have two dogs, a French bulldog and a bully. Roman and Paxton are super friendly, quiet and crate train and house trained.

The house was built in 1924, so the heaters may whistle during the cold season. Despite its age, the house holds a certain charm with its vintage architecture and unique character. The creaky wooden floors and intricate moldings add to its nostalgic appeal.

Our American Bully, named Roman, is a loyal and playful companion. With his muscular physique and striking coat, he never fails to turn heads when we take him for walks in the neighborhood. Roman has become an integral part of our airbnb, bringing endless joy and laughter into our lives.

As the cold season approaches, we prepare ourselves for the familiar sound of whistling heaters. Although it can be a bit startling at first, we have grown accustomed to the occasional symphony of whistles, It adds a touch of character, reminding us of the house's history and enduring spirit.

To combat the chilly temperatures, we make sure to stock up on cozy blankets and hot cocoa. We create a warm and inviting atmosphere that shields us from the cold outside. Despite the occasional whistling, our home remains a haven of comfort and love.

Male only (due to shared bathroom). A large private bedroom that features a dedicated workspace, 32 inch TV with Amazon Firestick, large closet, compact (and quite!) private fridge, a recliner chair. The room also has a curved bay with 4 large windows to enjoy the morning sunlight. The bathroom is shared and is conveniently located close to this bedroom. The room is located on the second floor of the house.

The space
This Stately Queen Anne Victorian house has an original wood inlay and beautiful chestnut doors, window trims, and staircase. You're surely going to have a remarkable experience.

The house is on a quiet street. You could walk to supermarkets, restaurants, banks, laundromats. It's also accessible to major NJ highways, away from the bustle of NYC, but close enough to commute as well! The neighborhood is safe and I have very friendly neighbors. There are plenty of public street parking spaces available (no permit needed).

The house is heated through an efficient steam-heat system in the winter and I offer a window A/C unit during the summertime. My place has South-Western light that keeps it warmer in the winter and a great leafy Oak tree and conifer keep it 10 degrees cooler in the summer!

I have two security cameras that are outdoors on the front porch and a doorbell. The cameras record video and audio.
