Everything is within walking distance to our house - beach, train, town, playgrounds, tennis courts, ice-cream parlors, etc. The people of Spring Lake - residents and vacationers - are friendly and courteous. The stores are charming and sophisticated. The beaches are clean, the waves are great. The playground is great for kids of all ages and is well shaded for the hot summer months. It's hard to imagine a more pleasant place to spend some family time together.

Our family rented in Spring Lake for two years and we simply fell in love with the place! As homeowners now, we understand what renters are looking for and will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please don't hesitate to ask.

It really gave us a lot of freedom to do the things we wanted to, including a quick train trip to NYC for a show. The house layout was great and the backyard was relatively private and well-landscaped. The use of the beach/pool passes was fantastic - the kids really enjoyed the pool. We had a few issues on the trip which were quickly resolved, when possible, by the owner. The house does need some minor maintenance, but it was late in the summer and I know with a steady stream of renters, it's hard to get in to do those things. The bathroom shower doors could use a good scrub as well. But in general, it was a nice house and we had a restful stay."

A bright house with a wrap-around porch. The first floor is a great room including kitchen, family and dining areas. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor. Comes with 5 beach passes and South Pavilion beach locker. The house is on a well-shaded property with beautiful late day sun. Constructed in 1877, it predates the town's incorporation in 1892. It maintains some of original floor and windows. It was built by songwriter (mostly hymns it seems) and was often mistaken as the manse for the historic church (open for one service on Sundays) next door.

A spacious 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom beach rental only few blocks away from Spring Lake beaches. Newly renovated and each bedroom conveniently has its own bathroom. The home has a large yard that looks onto Wreck Pond with a private pool and outdoor dining area. Super easy access to local shore towns.

Note: Spring Lake Heights requires that we file a Certificate of Occupancy for each stay. I will need the name, DOB and pictures of the drivers license for each guest that will be staying.

The space
The house is located on a quiet street off of 71. My family also uses this place for our summer vacations, so we have poured a lot of love and care into it!

On the first floor we have a living area and kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you might need (we are a cooking family!). There is also a bedroom and a bathroom on this floor.

On the second floor is the master bedroom with a King sized bed that has its own ensuite bathroom. This bathroom also has a soaking tub in it - perfect for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is also a second bedroom on this floor with its own bathroom across the hallway.

On the top floor we have our 4th bedroom, a beautiful space that has lovely views over the pool and Wreck Pond. This also has its own ensuite bathroom with a lovely vintage medicine cabinet mirror that we found in the shops of Asbury Park!

Outside on the deck we have a grill and a seating area to take your outdoor dinners to the next level with beautiful surroundings.

In terms of exploring the local area, we provide beach badges for the beautiful Spring Lake beaches. They are a leisurely walk, 5 minute bike ride or an even quicker car ride away (although parking there can be tough on busy days). We also encourage you to check out other towns like Belmar, Asbury Park, Sea Girt and Manasquan. There is so much to see!

As mentioned in the getting around section, the property is situated along the coastal railway so the train will pass by the house. There is no access or visibility of the track so it is safe but you will hear the and see the train (above the fence) as it passes which takes about 15 seconds.

This beach home has three bedrooms and two baths and features an open floor plan. It has a beautifully updated finished basement with couches, bathroom, TV, washer, dryer and office space. Enjoy the wraparound porch; spend your mornings on the rocking chairs and your evenings on the side covered porch with drinks and food. The porch has an outdoor fan for your comfort and a TV for entertainment. The patio includes a grill and a new large dining table( pic to come). The rental comes with 6 beach passes and feel free to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, Corn Hole, Giant Jenga and board games. Besides the driveway there is unlimited street parking in front of the house. This home has everything for a relaxing, rejuvenating and fun vacation. The pool (opens May 12th- early October) is a great way for visitors to enjoy each other's company morning, noon or night! The quiet peaceful neighborhood is perfect for walks and bike rides. The space
Our home is 7 rooms, plus laundry/storage room, 1 full bath and 1 half bath. Bedroom 1 is the primary with a king bed and half bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The full bath with tub/shower is in the hallway between the bedrooms. There is also a family room, dining room, open prep area (this is where the wine refrigerator and ice maker), eat-in kitchen and finally the laundry/storage room which is off the kitchen. We like to think of the backyard as our "bonus room" because we spend so much time out there - either on the deck, the yard, around the fire pit, in the pool, or sitting by the creek.

Our guests have access to our house, backyard and pool. The Backyard has a deck off the kitchen and patio and lounge chair area adjacent to a wonderful in-ground pool. Off the Deck you have access to an outdoor grill. Beyond the pool is a large grass area with a fire pit and chairs to relax and enjoy your evenings. As you walk further back you will come upon Wreck Brook. Where we have chairs for you to enjoy the wildlife and sounds of running water. We have (2) Kayaks available on the property that are available for guests to venture down the brook towards Wreck Pond.. In the backyard shed you have access to (2) corn-hole sets and (2) pair of boots to walk in the brook.

We are right in the heart of Spring Lake, minutes from Main Street’s shops and restaurants, only 3 blocks from the beach, and just 2 blocks from the lake and park.

We do not live in the home, but it is a shared/rooming house, guests can rent one room or multiple rooms. Please inquire within about specifics!

Please note that each room is $200 a night.

There is limited parking on the premises, however, one block over offers free parking.
