The balcony ran the whole length of the hotel, and there were chairs and benches outside of your door to enjoy the view. The Bathroom is small, but who goes to the ocean to hang out in the room? The other guest were very friendly as well. The office is located straight across the alley at the sister hotel. I feel there may have been rooms in the basement as well, but I would not think they had much for windows. When we needed something like ice or extra towels, I went over to the office and asked, and they happily got them for us. This was a reasonably priced hotel For being directly on the boardwalk. You did have to pay to go on the beaches and they closed at night with a gate and officer located at each. However you can go off the board walk and enter the beach. No life guards there tho. City parking in front of hotel and only 10 spots for guest in lot across "

Enjoy, relax and have fun at one of the most wanted vacation resort, Seaside Heights, on the Jersey Coast. These units ( studio, 1 bedrooms, and two bedrooms) have LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION. These units have air conditioning and heat for rentals seasonal and Off Season Get-A-Ways. Guests can expect their rental experience in a quiet, relaxing environment.

We provide units that sleep two guests, four guests, and five guests. All rental units have one (1) car parking in our parking lot. We are on Ocean Terrance & Sampson Avenue. All units are freshly painted and beautifully decorated with new showers, televisions, coffee makers, stoves, sinks, refrigerators, furniture, bedding and pull out couches to provide additional occupancy in the units. Our property owner managed and professionally cleaned.

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST BRING your towels and linen (FULL) for your stay at our location in Seaside Heights. We provide you with two additional options, if needed.

Option One: Order from Jersey Shore Laundry and Linen Rentals. Their contact information will be in the WELCOMING LETTER after you make your reservations. Their prices are as follows:

We respectfully request for all our guests to wait until the last day of their checkout, if desired to get a Henna tattoo. The ink of the tattoo leaves a long lasting stain in our sheets/comforters. There will be an additional $50 charge to your security deposit of any linens that have a stain with this type of ink on them. Thankyou.

Guests will have full access to the entire house including the shared backyard patio and outdoor, private shower. Sheets and beddings are included - you may also bring your own if you wish. We do not provide beach/shower towels, or continuing supplies of soap, paper towels, and/or toilet paper.

Other things to note
**Fully refundable security deposit: $700 regardless of length of stay. This must be paid within 48 hours of booking to secure reservation. Pending no issues, it will be refunded within 48 hours of checkout to guest.**

As per town ordinances, Seaside Heights does not allow anyone under the age of 21 to rent the home between April 1-June 30. There is a fine if the person who booked the home does not stay there for the duration of the trip. Ring cameras and security does monitor and enforce this rule. No exemptions.

While smoking is not permitted in the house, it is allowed outside and on our back fenced-in patio.

Pets are not allowed.

We only provide an initial supply of essentials (I.e, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.) upon move in regardless of length of stay.

Attached to the second bedroom is a charming secondary sitting area, complete with a desk — perfect for remote work or a quiet reading nook.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire downstairs two bedroom apartment and game room. There is parking on premises for multiple vehicles however parking is shared with the upstairs unit.

Other things to note
Please note that due to the layout of this unit, the HVAC fan is located in a utility closet connected to the primary bedroom. When in operation, you may hear it from within the bedroom. This is a normal part of its function. While some guests may not mind the sound, others may find it noticeable. We kindly ask that you consider this before making your booking.

Additionally, this is the downstairs unit of a two family home. Parking is plentiful, but shared with the upstairs guests. Noise, such as footsteps may be heard at times from the upstairs guests.

A separate waiver must be signed after booking before access to the Hot Tub is granted.

No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in.

All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.

Aggressive dog breeds or dogs with aggressive dispositions are not permitted to stay.
