- "Superb! The hosts,Dave and Erica, are such good people. They were both so kind and helpful and I’m so grateful we found their place. They’ve thought of every detail inside and outside from a hairdryer right down to reusable grocery bags. There’s a Keurig and an assortment of kcups for renters to enjoy and a basket of complimentary snacks along with beverages in the refrigerator. The place is clean and every word written in the description is true. Awesome real arcade game machine which my husband and daughter had a blast playing, the best selection of board games and some nostalgic toys that had me feeling like a kid in a candy store. The Wi-Fi is really good, the water pressure from the shower is top notch and the tile work in the bathroom is beautiful. Granite countertops, nice new waterproof floors, plush carpet in the bedrooms, cozy beds. Everything is included (bedding, towels, beach chairs, sand toys you name it! The view is gorgeous, we admired all the beautiful waterfront properties. The neighborhood was safe and perfect for walking our dogs. The set up in the back in unlike any other! There is a little beach with the softest sand I’ve ever felt, a massive hot tub, lounge chairs, a kayak, paddle boat, inflatables galore. The kids loved it! My husband and daughter were jumping off the dock as soon as we got there. Perfect location! Close to a ton of playgrounds, the boardwalk, shops, restaurants but still far enough away that you don’t hear all the noise. 5 stars!"

only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide a copy of employment contract or verification of home ownership. Zoning for our properties prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

Disclosure; Sept 1 - May 15. - Off Season Short Term Rentals do not allow pets and occupancy is limited to no more than 1 guest per bedroom. 2 BR suites have a maximum occupancy 2 guests from 3 BR permits 3 guests, 4 BR permits up to 4 guests. OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
As per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. Maximum is 10 adults guests an 2 children under 12.
