The 1st floor offers large windows welcoming natural light from the morning sun. The front door opens to a foyer with tall ceilings, a living area to the right with a gas fireplace, that opens to a dining area and custom chef's kitchen with a breakfast nook overlooking the pool, backyard and afternoon sun. To the left of the front door there is another living room that has French doors for added privacy and a 1st floor master suite to the rear. There is a second entryway off the rear deck that opens to a mudroom with plenty of storage, a powder room, utility closet and full service laundry room. The 2nd floor offers a seating area with french doors opening to the 2nd floor deck, 4 more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A rare oasis, BELA is nestled within a casual, chipper community overlooking an resort-ready, undiscovered beach on the Delaware Bay. Seclusion is easily abandoned by driving to any number of festive towns, award-wining vineyards, up-and-coming breweries or party-going beach towns; all 10-30 minutes away.

The proximity to the beach can't be beat. Its only 50 feet away! It's so close you can easily keep tabs on everybody regardless if they are are lounging in the water, swimming, building sand castles, chasing crabs, fishing or sunbathing on the third floor.

Turnkey Fun! We provide access to some bikes, chairs, SUP, kayaks, rafts and other assorted beach toys and gear. Even fishing gear.

BELA's multiple levels and various indoor and outdoor conversation areas make for an ideal vacation home, especially for groups. We have 3 bedrooms having full bathrooms (King, Queen, 2 twins which are often pushed together), 1 room with a daybed and the third floor has futons and a pull-out sofa.

The neighborhood is comfortably active; almost exclusively populated by families. The streets are residential and slow, except for beach goers transporting their boats/kayaks/boards and families.

There are a few restaurants within a short walk/bike ride, the famous ones being- beach shack Harpoon Henry's, On the Rocks and 5 West, and the more active Victorian Cape May area is a quick 10 minute drive/cab.

- "Great house for a family getaway ! Lots of room for everyone. The garage is filled with fun, bikes, tubes, kayaks, ect. While you dont have the bigger waves in the water as you do on the ocean side, you can kayak or float around in the water for hours if you want to. It worked very well for the younger children with us." - "We could not have been happier staying at Beautiful Bela! The house is clean, roomy and literally on the beach. We brought our adult children and everyone had an incredible time. We were able to enjoy family time with out being in each others way. The house was well equipped with bicycles, beach chairs, and even toys. There were several outdoor areas to relax that were shady at different times of the day if you were taking a beach day off. We also enjoyed the local winery and walking to Harpoons. Our favorite time was watching the incredible sunsets from the top floor covered deck. Looking forward to next year!!!"

Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three is our bunk room which has a full (double) over full (double) bed.

The main living space is open and allows everyone to be together. The gorgeous modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to get started including coffee, tea, oil & spices.

The private porch is the place to relax with coffee in the morning or your favorite evening cocktail while taking in the views of the beach and all the bicycles going by.

We had fun riding the bikes, water pressure in the shower was the best, eating breakfast on the front porch while staring at the waves, 10 min walk to the Washington St Mall, and the shortest path to the beach… all part of what you are paying for. Definitely worth the splurge if you’re comparing prices. We’ll be back."

- "Just-opened beautifully appointed, very modern, clean and well stocked 3 bedroom apartment with a fantastic view of the beach and ocean from the front deck. The apartment met all of our needs. It is a very short walk to the beach. We had dinner one night on the deck and the outdoor table was comfortable for the six of us and a high chair. We also enjoyed the firepit at night and the bikes in the morning. The supplied linens and house towels are top quality. Having extra beach chairs and kid’s toys available were handy. The main bedroom has a large bathroom with a double sink, the other 2 bedrooms share a smaller bathroom. The main bedroom and another bedroom have king beds (plus the other bedroom fit a portable crib) and a small bedroom has a bunk bed with double beds. Each bedroom and the living room has a smart tv. The owners were very accommodating, friendly and quickly responsive to our questions and requests, eg, for extra flat sheets. We would stay there again next year, except we are expecting another grandchild and the small bedroom could not handle a portable crib."

Situated on our beautiful stamped concrete patio is the outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining table, outdoor living room and Hot Tub Gazebo. The Gazebo is fully enclosed and houses a 4-5 person Jacuzzi making it comfortable + peaceful all year-round! When you're all done coming in from the beach or going into the Jacuzzi, the large private outdoor shower is great for a rinse.

HD Fire TV's in EACH room! (ESPN+, Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu available so you don't miss a thing!)

We also provide access to 4 bikes ( 1 Tandem bike, 1 adult trike, and 2 Adult/Teen bikes), a rolling cooler, 6 beach chairs, water guns, beach games, and inflatable chairs and loungers for the water!

Guests have access to a large shared driveway, a private fully fenced and gated backyard with all of its amenities, and the main home. There is a fully fenced off detached guest house on the south end of the property that you do not have access to. It has its own access from the street and in no way affects or shares your private amenities below. (The last picture on our profile shows an overhead view of the property and parking). There are 5 cameras on the exterior of the home overlooking entrance points to the property for our insurance requirements (one facing the patio gates, two overlooking our shed and side yard, and two overlooking our front yard).

This modern unit provides a full kitchen, office area, dining area for four, washer and dryer. The bedroom offers a king bed and full bath the additional sleeping area is a queen pull out sofa in the living room. The apartment is also supplied with linens, eco-friendly bath products, beach, chairs, towels, umbrellas, bikes, and bike lock up area. Guests will also have access to a shared courtyard with fire pit, grill, outdoor shower and parking for two cars. Parking is located down the driveway to the left side of the Mission Inn. You will pass through the shared courtyard to enter this unit. Entrance is on the second floor the cottage building. Bicycles and beach equipment are located in the first floor of the cottage through the entrance on the front of the cottage. This property is no smoking anywhere on premise.

Parking on site was extremely helpful, as sumner parking in Cape May can be difficult. We made use of the bicycles available in the Mission’s garage. The bike lane is directly in front of the Inn. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available if needed as well. The washer and dryer seemed new and came in handy. The grounds are beautifully maintained and include a colorful courtyard with furnishings and solar power lighting. A perfect retreat in Cape May!"
