- "Comfortable and clean. Close to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the bed was very comfortable. There was a small miscommunication between the innkeeper and us. We did not received the room lock combo from the innkeeper on the day of check-in. We tried calling the number posted on the inn, but the phone just rang and rang and no one picked up. I also called hotels.com to see if they had contact info for the innkeeper, but scheduled a call back because the wait time was 45min. I eventually realized the inn next store was owned by the same company and it had an on-site innkeeper so I knocked and told them I had not received the code for the cottage door and check-in was almost an hour before we arrived. He was able to get in touch with the innkeeper for our building. Andrew was very prompt at getting us the information we needed so we could get our vacation started. Later in the week the battery for the keypad stopped working and we got locked out of our room. Andrew was easy to get ahold of and was very prompt about getting it fixed. He also offered to store our groceries in another inns fridge while they got the door battery fixed, as we had just been to the store."

Welcome to Grandview Cottage!
A classic cedar shingle cottage in the heart of Cape May. A unique accommodation that exudes true small beach town feel, from exterior aesthetics, interior beach decor, and of course, the ideal location - one block to the beach.

This cute cottage is cozy and has two stories with 660 sq ft of living space. Simple open living area on the first level - kitchen, dining and living room. There is a stackable washer and dryer inside the cottage. The master king bedroom is on the second level, as well as the spacious bathroom with tub/shower combination. The bathroom has separate entry from the bedroom.

Enjoy spending time in your two private outdoor spaces, one as you enter the cottage and the other area is on the second floor accessed through the bedroom. After a day at the beach, you can rinse in your private outdoor shower. Leave your car on a designated parking spot and walk all over town.

Our house comfortably sleeps 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms: a first-floor primary and a large sleeping/office space on the second floor. The main floor features a queen size bed while the 2nd floor has two twin beds. We supply fresh bed linens, bath & kitchen towels.

There are two full baths on the main floor; one with a tub and one with a stall shower. Want to remove the sand and salt before entering the house? There is an outdoor shower at the rear of the home for a quick rinse.

There is a TV with DVD player in the living room. Plus, eash bedroom also has a TV. There’s Wifi access throughout the house.

Enjoy your meals in our dining area or have casual snacks at the kitchen peninsula. Note: the house does not have a dishwasher. If you don’t care to hand wash your dirty dishes, disposable dishware will be perfect for your stay.

When you're not sunning on the beach, you can watch the world go by in our English garden. Want more privacy, our fenced yard offers gazebo seating and a café table; perfect for happy hour and quiet time. Need to relax, have a nap on the hammock.

The property is on the East side of Cape May between Trenton Ave. and Pittsburgh Ave. This puts you about a mile from the Washington Mall, and six blocks from the nearest beach, so this is something to consider if you don't like to walk. Poverty beach, the Nature Center, and the USCG facility are all about 1/2 a mile away. The neighborhood is quiet and is a great place to relax after a busy day. I've stayed at properties closer to the town center and found that sometimes they can be noisy depending on nighttime activities. The house is on the front of a one floor quad unit and includes an outdoor shower, patio, and a reserved off street spot for one vehicle. Inside there is a enclosed porch, living room, full kitchen, 2 beds, and a bathroom. It was very comfortable for My wife, son, mother-in-law and I to share the space. The owners were thoughtful and included lots of little things to make the stay more enjoyable. There are some toys and books for young children and beach chairs. We took full advantage of the dishwasher, stove, and washer/dryer. The communication from the owners was excellent, responsive, and check-in was efficient. I felt like the stay was a great value and we were sad to leave!"

With a fine array of spices (including Old Bay and Tajin), an unopened bottle of (real) maple syrup in the fridge, a basil plant on the kitchen counter, and plenty of coffee and hot chocolate mix. We ate most meals on the deck. Kept our bikes in the spacious back yard and stopped locking them after the first day because it's clearly a safe neighborhood. Seafood is our life! This classy, nautical guesthouse shares our life by the sea. Brady is a commercial scallop captain and you'll find mementos from his fishing trips throughout.

The Scallop Shack is a two level guest house. The living room (pull-out queen size sofa bed) and dining room is on the first floor (washer and dryer included). The fully stocked kitchen, main bedroom (queen size bed and twin size daybed), and bathroom (standup shower, toilet, sink) is on the second floor. There are plenty of games and puzzles in the dining room for rainy days, along with a smart TV (Roku) to log in to all your favorite streaming service (no cable provided). WIFI is available throughout the guesthouse.

Small, private patio space in the backyard. Including propane grill. Please note that the front section of the yard surrounding the main house is private and reserved for owners.

We provide all the necessities including towels, sheets, hand soap, and cleaning supplies for spills. You may find other odds and ends to make your stay more comfortable.

Toilet paper and paper towels provided for the first 1-3 days of the trip (depending on your usage).

Please remember to pack your shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all cooking ingredients for your stay and extra toilet paper/ paper towels. Please bring laundry detergent if you plan to use the washer/dryer.

Welcome to The Little Kahuna. This cozy 715 sq. ft. cottage is tucked away at the rear of Cape May Ohana Beach Club property behind the main building. It has one bedroom and one bath, a loft , and sleeps 4. It's perfect for smaller families or a couple looking for a quiet & romantic retreat.

The main living space is open and has enough dining space for 4. The modern kitchen with bar seating for 4 is stocked with everything you may need to get started including coffee, tea, oil & spices.

Welcome to our cozy North Cape May cottage, located just a short walk to the Delaware Bay beaches and some of the best sunsets on the East Coast. In our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home you'll find everything you need for a memorable Shore vacation. Enjoy an enclosed outdoor patio space (with a grill), and a large backyard where you can sit by our fire pit or lounge in a hammock. Fully stocked garage space with kayaks and cruiser bicycles to use along beautiful Beach Drive.

The space
Our 3 bedroom, 2-bath cottage is in a quiet neighborhood, and just a short walk from the family-friendly (free!) Delaware Bay beaches. Off-street parking is available in our long driveway, leading to a 1.5 car garage. The full kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster oven, gas stove, Keurig, full refrigerator/freezer, and dining table that seats 6. This connects to the living room with a comfy sofa and chair with a 40", wall mounted, smart TV. Our first bedroom, the "North Cape May" room, has a queen-sized bed, closet, and desk workspace, adjacent to a full-sized bathroom. Our second bedroom, the "West Cape May" room, has a queen-sized bed and full walk-in closet. The third bedroom, the "Cape May Point" room, has twin bunk beds and closet, perfect for the kids (or anyone!), and is adjacent to the second bathroom, which has a standup shower. The cottage has a lounge area, the "Sunset Beach" room, with a television, pullout sofa, and can be used as a Zoom-Room, using the fold-down desk on the wall. Pack-N-Play is available and can be used in any room. The home has central air-conditioning. After a day at the beach, you can use the outside shower and dine in the screened-in patio space which has a grill, table, and chairs. In the large fenced-in backyard you can enjoy spending time around the firepit or lounging in the hammock. Pets will also enjoy the large backyard space! *Note* We do not provide sheets and towels, however there are several local linen supply companies that can provide sheets and towels for an additional cost (please ask us for more details).

Located just two houses from the beautiful white and calm Delaware Bay beaches, enjoy water views & ocean breezes from our expansive deck, living room & screened-in porch. This open floor plan cottage is the perfect retreat for families, couples & friends. Historic Cape May, the Wildwood boardwalk, wineries, breweries and restaurants are just a short drive away.

The space
You will have plenty of room to spread out in this 1000+ square foot, one-story, two-bedroom retreat with fenced yard, a comfortable screened-in porch and a large, multi-level deck with a gas grill in quiet Town Bank. There is off-street parking for two cars, and plenty of street parking. Great sunsets are just out the front door. The beach is quiet, the bay is calm, and you can walk and jog for miles on our white sand beaches. You're only a ten minute drive to Victorian Cape May and the Wildwood boardwalk, not to mention all of the world class restaurants, beaches, wineries, breweries and distilleries in the area. You are just minutes from the famous Cape May-Lewis Ferry and great shopping in tax-free Delaware. You can drive, ride your bike or go on foot. There are convenient shuttles on the other side. Closer to home you're only a five minute walk to our local hangout, Harpoons on the Bay, for good music, great food, fabulous cocktails and glorious sunsets. A shopping center, restaurants, pubs and grocery stores are a quick drive or bike ride away. Beach chairs and boogie boards are provided, along with a handy outside shower to wash off the sand.

Other things to note
We are still taking extra care to clean and disinfect our cottage by following CDC guidelines for disinfecting surfaces to prevent the spread of COVID19. Our cleaning service is using disinfecting products throughout the whole cottage and sanitize with special attention to high contact areas. At this time we are still asking our guests to bring their own towels and linens/blankets or they have the option of renting from a local linen company. We have also installed an air disinfectant/sanitizing element in our HVAC system which covers the entire house.

This charming, fully renovated house is not just “dogs allowed”, but is truly dog-friendly. Bring your best friend along and enjoy all that the area has to offer. The space
A custom built barn door separates the bedroom from the living area. The brand new 2024 sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress for added comfort! There is a gas BBQ grill, outside shower, two TV's, Washer/Dryer/Wet Bar Area. A small drip coffee pot and Keurig are provided. Enjoy the screened-in porch, on a warm summer’s night. Ride around town on the TWO BIKES provided. Play corn-hole in the front or backyard! The enclosed outside shower is perfect for rinsing off after a hot day on the beach.

The A/C is two wall units that are separately controlled, no central air. The heating system is a gas furnace and an electric floor panel, no central heat. These keep the home comfortably cool or hot but may make a little more noise then central systems :)

Plus, the five mile drive into historic Cape May means easy access to restaurants and attractions. Wildwood’s famous boardwalk is a ten mile drive.

The second floor offers a spacious master bedroom, bath with tub and tile shower, and a second bedroom with double bed. There is a single bed/reading nook in the transitional space between the two bedrooms, perfect for a teen or small adult.

The cottage offers you all the comforts of home including an enclosed backyard with an inviting outdoor seating area with grill and fire pit.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need for basic meal prep. The list includes table service, chefs knives, basic cooking spices and oils, pots and pans, coffee pot (with filters and ground coffee), and a host of other conveniences.

Guests have access to all areas in the home and yard with the exception of the owner's closet.

Other things to note
The cottage is perfect for couples and small families looking to enjoy all the town has to offer while being able to return to a more quiet, private accommodation.

You will be a short drive to Cape May City (about 10 mins) where you will find the beautiful beaches, iconic Victorian homes, the Washington Street Mall, and many great places to eat. The cottage is also a short drive to the Wildwoods and the Wildwood boardwalk.

The cottage is only a few minutes from a number of breweries and vineyards including the Cape May Brewery.

The space
The Grandview Cottage has two stories with 660 square feet of living space. There is one off-street parking in front of the cottage. Private outdoor shower.

First floor has an open concept living space with kitchen, dining and living rooms. Living area has full convertible sofa. Laundry closet is also in the main floor.

Second floor has the king master bedroom, closet, gas fireplace and a private balcony. This floor also has a spacious tub/shower bathroom combination.

There are 2 outdoor porch/balcony. The main porch greets you before you enter the home. The other is a private balcony accessed through the master bedroom. Under the deck, there is room for bikes and other beach equipment. There is an outdoor shower for your own use.

You and your guest are the only ones who will access the home.

Other things to note
Grandview Cottage is part of a well maintained condominium association. The main house has 3 units. The cottage is a stand alone structure, not connected to the main home. Parking is all the way at the end of a long driveway (on Stockton Ave.).

Linens and towels are provided. Please let us know if you will be bringing your own linens and towels. Beach towels are NOT provided.

There are hoses that can be used around the property to wash sand off equipment.

Parking area and laundry room are shared with Shell Cottage, the house located at the front of the property. We provide a laundry schedule to both units to make sure everyone has an equal turn.

The back yard is separated into designated spaces for Shell Cottage and The Loft. Each has its own outdoor shower, bbq, dining table and chairs.

We provide all bed linens, bath and beach towels, however we do not make the beds. Your clean linens will be folded by the beds for your arrival.

- NOTE: This 2-story cottage requires 3 steps to enter. There is a bedroom and full bathroom on the 1st floor; however, stairs are required to access the 2nd-floor bedroom and full bathroom
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. There is a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry and another facing the back outdoor entry. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected

You will fall in love with this cozy and quaint little cottage as soon as you step inside. It is steps from the beach, allowing you to scoot outside at the last minute for the sunset. Outside, you can hear the ocean while you relax on the hammock or enjoy the shade of the large tree in the back yard. Enjoy making smores in the fire pit. Cook up some burgers on the portable grill. Inside, enjoy the newly renovated home. Refurbished original hardwood floors and a new washer and dryer.

The space
The property is just steps from the beach entrance with a nice front and side yard and a very large back yard. The back yard has a large deck and a fire pit. We also have bicycles for you to use. The home is very cozy. The master bedroom can easily fit a pack and play or small mattress for little ones. The second bedroom is a bit small. The sun room has a large tv and a fire place. It also holds a comfy couch which also is a pull out sofa(queen). We just had new windows installed in the sunroom! (2022). The home is located on a dead end quiet street. You will see some foot traffic around sunset though!!

We do provide sheets, blankets, comforters, and pillows. We also provide bath towels. If you choose to use the queen sleeper sofa, you will have to bring your own sheets for that. We also do not provide beach towels, so you will have to bring your own as well!

Our cottage is situated in the beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Cape May Point. Park your car at the house and use the provided beach cruisers for your visit!

Take a breezy bike ride down Sunset Boulevard to downtown Cape May and enjoy the historic and vibrant Victorian homes, stroll down Washington Street for some shopping in the quintessential shops and hit the beach and boardwalk for an exciting day in the sun.

The famous Cape May Lighthouse is just down the street where you can climb to the top for scenic views, or bike through the state park.

Don’t forget to check out the nearby Nature Reserve- world famous for its variety of birds which is why Cape May Point is a Birders dream vacation spot.
