Location is the key! This cottage is located a half block to the beach and is one street over from the main street, Garfield Parkway. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and an outdoor shower. This cottage was completely renovated in 2006 and includes a modern kitchen and so important to a summer house at the beach central air conditioning through out. The kitchen has all new appliances, family size (92 inch) table that seats everyone comfortably, The living room has a new flat screen, with cable and wireless internet throughout the house. Enjoy relaxing afternoons on the outside back yard deck and quiet summer evenings on the front screened in porch. 3 bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has 2 twin beds. Linens (bed linens, bath and beach towels) are included from Memorial Day through Labor Day Week. The first bedroom provides a queen-size mattress, the second is equipped with a full-size mattress & the third is furnished with 2 single-size mattresses. Make yourself at home in the inviting living room with a sleeper sofa. The dining area and well-supplied kitchen are at guests' disposal. Rest and relax on the porch or outside on the deck while grilling or soaking up the sun. There is an outdoor shower for guests to use after a day at the beach. This community has two pools and tennis courts. Amenity passes can be purchased for $6/day or $40/week/person.

The local host was very responsive and immediately helped rectify an AC issue. Overall I would recommend this cabin for a family beach vacation!"

We welcome you to enjoy our four bedroom, three bath cottage with friends or family. The front porch, rear deck with grill, outside shower and fenced yard will give you lots of outdoor space to take advantage of! Inside the kitchen is fully equipped and the dining and family room areas lead to conversation and entertaining. Each bedroom boasts comfy beds and good storage with easy access bathrooms to match. Relax and savor the serenity of our home and its great proximity to the beach!
