This is the only apartment in the Blue Surf Condominium complex. Walk to the beach, the bandstand, or downtown Bethany right outside your door. Enjoy the private pool deck with side views of the ocean.

- "We've stayed at this property several times. Always easy check in and out. Condo is always clean. Great location!" - "The perfect place to stay for two people. Being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops and being right on the beach was an excellent advantage. You can park the car and never take it out until you leave. You do have to walk through the bedroom to get to the only bathroom so I wouldn’t stay here unless there are only two people or a family with young children. The unit is bigger and brighter than the pics. It has everything you need. Beach chairs and an umbrella and plenty of towels. The only drawback to staying on the boardwalk is delivery and garbage trucks making noise early in the mornings. If you’d like to sleep in bring earplugs. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely return."

The equipment, home and grounds are even nicer than the pictures with the pool and tennis/pickle ball courts within about 100 feet of the front door. This house is located just steps from the pool and a trolley stop. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. We enjoyed the welcome gift of wine, too. We saw a fox, several deer and fawns, a bald eagle and a hawk (we think Cooper's hawk). You will enjoy our 2 BR/ 2BA townhouse located within walking distance to downtown Bethany Beach and all the wonderful things it has to offer. This townhouse is located less than a mile from the beach in a quiet neighborhood of The Villas of Bethany West. Located within steps of fantastic restaurants and shops. The community has a pool, playground, tennis courts and dock access to Salt Pond. From this townhouse the tennis courts and pool are steps away. With this rental you will have access to 2 adult beach cruisers, 2 kids bikes, kayak, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.

The townhouse is recently updated and includes all kitchen appliances and even a washer/dryer that will create a comfortable stay. There is also a smart TV with login access to your favorite sites; along with cable and WiFi.

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a queen bed with a new mattress and recently renovated bathroom. The second bedroom has beautiful views of the pond and has a twin over full bunk beds; both with new mattresses as well as a 2nd newly renovated bathroom. You will need to bring your own linens for your stay; both bed and bath linens.

Off of the back deck, there are pond-facing views, outdoor shower, outdoor seating and gas grill. This community also offers Bethany Beach Trolley stops that are an easy walk from the home.

A washer dryer is free to use in the building’s separate laundry room, which is shared with the upstairs apartment. The building also features an outdoor shower (also shared with the upstairs apartment).

Just renovated for the 2021 season, this unit sleeps up to 4 guests (with pull-out sofa or, as an alternative, a host-provided air mattress in the living room), and features a well-equipped kitchen, living area, en-suite half-bathroom, and private outdoor space with grill.

Bills place was perfect for our sized group, was impeccably clean and well thought out. It is a 1 br apartment which is part of a 3 unit property, also a 2 br apartment and a 4 br house. The sense of community with the other guests was really nice but if you want privacy u can have it. The location is a 10/10 and you will most likely pay the same or more to stay in a hotel that is nothing close to what you get here! Bill is the consummate owner. Kind and responsive from day 1. This was a rare grouping for us but if it ever presents again, we will stay here again for sure !!!"

Our place on Bay Road is nestled between the ocean and the bay. It is a unique retro beach home. There are three apartments with three separate entrances. You can rent one side or all three if you are vacationing with friends or extended family. We are 200 steps to a private Beach and we have beautiful bay views from the front porch. There are refreshing outside showers to use after a fun filled day at the beach. The backyard has a gas grill that goes perfectly with the outside kitchen. This is our family beach home and our children grew up spending their summers on Bay Road. It is a very special place to us and I'm sure you will love it too.

The sun wasn’t blocked out by the blinds. - No Keurig or single serve coffee maker- only 1 of us drank coffee… for a condo that can only fit up to 5/ small family, we felt having a traditional 4 cup minimum coffee maker wasn’t very efficient. - No pepper or sugar in cabinet (there was salt) - Bathroom door stuck- didn’t close easily/ quietly. - No anti-slip mat in bathtub. That being said, we would still recommend staying here. It was a relaxing, clean and comfortable place to stay."

The apartment is at the rear courtyard of 116 Hollywood Street, a mere 200 yards from the beach, with no need to cross any major roads or highways to get there. A washer dryer is free to use in the building’s separate laundry room, which is shared with the downstairs apartment. The building also features an outdoor shower (also shared with the downstairs apartment).

Just renovated for the 2021 season, this unit sleeps up to 5 guests (with pull-out sofa or, as an alternative, a host-provided air mattress in the living room), and features a well-equipped kitchen, living area, and private sun porch—perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or an evening cocktail.
