This is the only apartment in the Blue Surf Condominium complex. Walk to the beach, the bandstand, or downtown Bethany right outside your door. Enjoy the private pool deck with side views of the ocean.

- "We've stayed at this property several times. Always easy check in and out. Condo is always clean. Great location!" - "The perfect place to stay for two people. Being able to walk to all the restaurants and shops and being right on the beach was an excellent advantage. You can park the car and never take it out until you leave. You do have to walk through the bedroom to get to the only bathroom so I wouldn’t stay here unless there are only two people or a family with young children. The unit is bigger and brighter than the pics. It has everything you need. Beach chairs and an umbrella and plenty of towels. The only drawback to staying on the boardwalk is delivery and garbage trucks making noise early in the mornings. If you’d like to sleep in bring earplugs. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely return."

The equipment, home and grounds are even nicer than the pictures with the pool and tennis/pickle ball courts within about 100 feet of the front door. Location is only a short one block walk to restaurants and amenities. Great and friendly hosts." - "We love staying in this community. This house is located just steps from the pool and a trolley stop. The house was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. We enjoyed the welcome gift of wine, too. Everything was labeled and easy to find. One of our favorite things about this community is that you're about a mile from the beach, but also see some wildlife. We saw a fox, several deer and fawns, a bald eagle and a hawk (we think Cooper's hawk). You will enjoy our 2 BR/ 2BA townhouse located within walking distance to downtown Bethany Beach and all the wonderful things it has to offer. This townhouse is located less than a mile from the beach in a quiet neighborhood of The Villas of Bethany West. Located within steps of fantastic restaurants and shops. The community has a pool, playground, tennis courts and dock access to Salt Pond. From this townhouse the tennis courts and pool are steps away. With this rental you will have access to 2 adult beach cruisers, 2 kids bikes, kayak, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.

The townhouse is recently updated and includes all kitchen appliances and even a washer/dryer that will create a comfortable stay. There is also a smart TV with login access to your favorite sites; along with cable and WiFi.

The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master has a queen bed with a new mattress and recently renovated bathroom. The second bedroom has beautiful views of the pond and has a twin over full bunk beds; both with new mattresses as well as a 2nd newly renovated bathroom. You will need to bring your own linens for your stay; both bed and bath linens.

Off of the back deck, there are pond-facing views, outdoor shower, outdoor seating and gas grill. This community also offers Bethany Beach Trolley stops that are an easy walk from the home.

A washer dryer is free to use in the building’s separate laundry room, which is shared with the upstairs apartment. The building also features an outdoor shower (also shared with the upstairs apartment).

Just renovated for the 2021 season, this unit sleeps up to 4 guests (with pull-out sofa or, as an alternative, a host-provided air mattress in the living room), and features a well-equipped kitchen, living area, en-suite half-bathroom, and private outdoor space with grill.

Bills place was perfect for our sized group, was impeccably clean and well thought out. It is a 1 br apartment which is part of a 3 unit property, also a 2 br apartment and a 4 br house. The sense of community with the other guests was really nice but if you want privacy u can have it. The location is a 10/10 and you will most likely pay the same or more to stay in a hotel that is nothing close to what you get here! Bill is the consummate owner. Kind and responsive from day 1. This was a rare grouping for us but if it ever presents again, we will stay here again for sure !!!"

Our place on Bay Road is nestled between the ocean and the bay. It is a unique retro beach home. There are three apartments with three separate entrances. You can rent one side or all three if you are vacationing with friends or extended family. We are 200 steps to a private Beach and we have beautiful bay views from the front porch. There are refreshing outside showers to use after a fun filled day at the beach. The backyard has a gas grill that goes perfectly with the outside kitchen. This is our family beach home and our children grew up spending their summers on Bay Road. It is a very special place to us and I'm sure you will love it too.

I suggest replacing with a Roku TV like in back bedroom. - No Blackout Curtains in bedrooms- we wanted to sleep in on vacation but were unable to.. The sun wasn’t blocked out by the blinds. - No Keurig or single serve coffee maker- only 1 of us drank coffee… for a condo that can only fit up to 5/ small family, we felt having a traditional 4 cup minimum coffee maker wasn’t very efficient. - No pepper or sugar in cabinet (there was salt) - Bathroom door stuck- didn’t close easily/ quietly. - No anti-slip mat in bathtub. That being said, we would still recommend staying here. It was a relaxing, clean and comfortable place to stay."

Our place on Bay Road is nestled between the ocean and the bay. It is a unique retro beach home. There are two apartments with two separate entrances. You can rent one side or both if you are vacationing with friends or extended family. We are 200 steps to the Ocean with a private beach and we have beautiful bay views from the porch. There are refreshing outside showers to use after a fun filled day at the beach. The backyard has a gas grill that goes perfectly with the outside kitchen. This is our family beach home and our children grew up spending their summers on Bay Road. It is a very special place to us and I'm sure you will love it too.

- "The hosts have set a new gold standard for VRBO rentals - this property went so far beyond our expectations, especially with attention to every detail that a guest might need. Our family of 7 adults, one 3.5-year-old and one 1-year-old took full advantage of the many living areas inside and out, the fabulous hot tub, as well as the swimming pool/tennis courts/playground which are just a few minutes' walk away. The house is so well-equipped, including the kitchen, high chair and pack and play, to make it very comfortable traveling with children. (There are even games and puzzles available.) Everything looks new and has been maintained impeccably. Communicating with the hosts was easy at every step of the process and they responded instantly to any questions that came up. I cannot give this stay a higher rating or recommend it more highly. We can't wait to return!"

Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. Please note, linens are not provided for futons.

Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. - "This cottage property was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Bethany Beach. It was only a short drive from Bethany Beach proper, but with the wonderful added benefit of a quiet neighborhood and short walk to the beach. We drove to Bethany daily for different restaurants and visiting the boardwalk. It was also a nice property for our 7month and 2 year old - 1 floor/no steps, spacious living room area and enclosed porch were safe areas for the kids to play. Some items in the kitchen were a bit dated, but it was added character that we didn’t mind at all. New washer and dryer were a great asset to us! The property doesn’t have ‘baby’ gear but we used a local rental company to drop off and pick up for our stay and it worked great for us! We are already excited to plan a trip next year and if we return to Bethany we would absolutely stay here again."

The soaring ceiling in the wide open great room and large multi-level wrap-around deck is just as comfortable for a small family gathering as it is for a large group celebration.

Sliding glass doors allow an abundance of sunlight and ocean breezes to fill the home. Off of the great room, you will find a sun room which has peaks of the ocean and could easily be converted to a fifth bedroom.

Four bedrooms and two full baths are on the floor below with easy access to cozy covered decks. This beautiful and spacious beach retreat is the perfect place to create memories for years to come!

Step inside from the covered front porch and you are greeted by warmth and bright light featuring traditional furnishings in the living room area with a queen sleeper sofa, seating for five plus three bar stools for additional seating and a 46' TV with HD cable, WIFI and DVD.

A cozy kitchen fully equipped with new appliances, laundry closet with washer and dryer, living area exits right to the patio with picnic table, shower, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Access to a vast woodsy community yard is also located on the first level.

Two bedrooms are on the second level; one with a king bed, TV and bathroom in-suite with shower and bath and second bedroom with two twin size beds, comfortable bedding and a shared bath with shower and tub.

This host do not provide linen. The house has pillows, blankets, comforters etc but you need to bring sheets and towels.

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

The space
The beach is a 10-15 minute walk or you can catch the tram across the street. Tax-free shopping and restaurants are a short bike ride away in the charming boardwalk town of Bethany Beach. Our central location also provides easy access to other popular communities in the area. Within 10-30 minutes you can find additional shopping at outlet malls in Rehoboth, play golf in Fenwick Island, kayak on the bay, visit amusement parks in Ocean City, or spend the day on the Assateague National Seashore where wild ponies roam free on the beach!

Guest access
Guest amenities badges must be purchased directly from the Beach Shoppe in the Sea Colony Marketplace complex in order to use the facilities. Even if you do not wish to use the pools, private beach, fitness center etc. you are still required to purchase and display your badges in order to be on the property. To get your badges (and courtesy parking passes) you will be asked to show a copy of your Airbnb rental confirmation page at the time of purchase. The fees vary by season and are charged as follows for each guest over the age of four:

$25 from May 3 to June 6
$55 from from June 7 to September 12
$25 from September 13-19
$15 from September 20 - March 31, 2026
Payment of the fees allows unlimited access to all facilities including parking, a half-mile of private guarded beach, 12 indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and saunas, indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball and basketball courts, ping pong tables, stocked fishing ponds, bocce, shuffleboard, a putting green, hiking and biking trails, picnic areas and playgrounds. Tennis and pickleball instruction, yoga, water aerobics and other activities are also available for an additional fee.

The smart lock code for self check-in will be sent a few days in advance of your arrival.

Other things to note
Please be advised that you need to bring your own sheets, plus bath, beach and kitchen towels (as well as soap, shampoo and paper products) as our cleaning service does not do laundry. There is a washer and dryer in the unit if you need to launder any soiled quilts, shams, etc. (or any items of your own). Please note that any items from the unit which you wash should be dried, folded and returned to where you found them prior to your departure.

Beautiful and quiet end unit townhouse with a pool, private dock and quick access to town center and beach! Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, screened in porch and outdoor shower. The kitchen has been updated!
The three bedrooms are all located on the 2nd floor. There is a master bedroom with a king sized tempurpedic bed . The second bedroom has a queen and a twin loft and the third bedroom is a twin over full bunkbed with an additional twin trundle bed to pull out.

This is a townhouse-style home in Bethany Beach, walking distance from the beach/downtown Bethany (just under a mile). The immediate vicinity is a nice area with many restaurants and other shops/stores. It is set in a private, cozy 8-unit condo development with friendly neighbors and free parking.

The space
**Please avoid leaving open single dates when booking during peak season. (i.e. if a 4-night block is available, all 4 nights must be rented, not 3).

This is a townhouse-style home in Bethany Beach, walking distance from the beach (just under a mile). The immediate vicinity is a great area with many nice restaurants and other shops/stores. This quiet, private, cozy condo development has 8 units with a central courtyard.

The parking lot is directly off Rte 26. We actively work to keep the house in great condition to keep the guest experience high. Our neighbors are very friendly! You can stay closer to the beach, but it can cost twice as much- this place is the best of both worlds.

NO PETS, of any type or size, no exceptions (including service & hypo-allergenic animals). Non-compliance = eviction with no refund and additional cleaning/inconvenience fees. Please think twice before you before you book, there are plenty of pet-friendly options out there.

AGE 28+: Renters must be at least 28 years of age. Sorry no "Beach Week" / high school / college / Dewey groups.

There are 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom suite takes up the entire 2nd level, has a private bathroom, new giant flatscreen, small sitting area, opens onto 2nd level deck overlooking courtyard, shaded by an oak tree. Master has ample floor space and spare air mattress if needed. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor. One has a queen bed & flatscreen; Other BR has a bunk (full size on bottom / single on top); each has sliding glass door to back deckway leading to grill area and private outdoor shower.

Total bed capacity = 8 persons. Can accommodate a couple more using air mattress (provided) and/or couch (queen pullout/sleeper). The first floor has living room with TV (cable, streaming, & DVD player), kitchen, counter w/ breakfast bar (2 stools), dining area/table, washer/dryer. There is an outdoor shower and charcoal grill (charcoal not provided).

There are several convenient stores/shops in the immediate area (~200 yards) - Grotto's Pizza (w/ adjacent Sports Bar), Wawa, Rita's (ice cream), liquor store, Bethany Diner, Bike/outdoor store, manicure place, chinese takeout, Di Febo's Italian Restaurant, DiFebo's Market Store, and "Off the Hook" (#1 rated restaurant in BB).

There's a nice nature center/trail & small playground across street. There is a trolley stop 100 yards away, a great way to get to/from the beach or downtown Bethany. Parking pass is included for designated "residential pass" parking areas for free beach area parking (please remember to replace upon checkout). No parking pass needed on premesis.

We make every attempt to supply paper products and soaps/detergents for all guests upon arrival until you're able to get to the store

MONTHLY STAYS do not include electric bill (to be paid separately at end of month). All other utilities are included in the base rate.
