About our Home...
Just 4 homes separating you from the award-winning Avalon beach. Our home boasts four large bedrooms and three full baths that combined sleeps 11 (in beds)+ a spare pull-out couch. A large upstairs open living area consists of two bedrooms, two full baths, living, dining room, and a nicely equipped kitchen.

There is a large front deck with ocean views and a rear private second story deck overlooking the pool.

The lower level consists of two bedrooms, full bath, plus a large den with a beverage and snack area that I great for entertaining. The best part is that the den has direct access to the pool area that opens to an outdoor protected entertainment and lounge area.

We offer all of the amenities you need for your home-away-from-home. Gas grill, patio furniture and loungers, wet bar for the adults. X-box, WiFi, multiple TVs, Streaming devices, DVDs and a huge 12 x 34’ pool for kids of all ages.

Please note that like most Jersey shore rentals we only offer weekly rentals during peak season (Mid-May - Mid Sept) with check-in and check-out on Saturdays. Long weekends and other options available with a 3 night minimum during the rest of the year. Your private fenced in backyard includes a heated pool with a cabana and plenty of seating. The cabana is equipped with a beverage center (fridge and sink), plenty of storage space and TV with electric roll down shutter. The middle level is all living area containing a large living room, with 75 inch TV. Dining area and professional grade kitchen including a Thermador dual fuel 6 burner gas range-electric oven, in-island microwave and beverage fridge. No expense was spared creating this chefs dream kitchen! Find a KitchenAid mixer, blender and other small appliances in the pantry. Off season rentals typically have relaxed arrival and departure times. Off season includes sheets, bath and beach towels for 10 guests, no one wants to lug that stuff! We call it 'hotel style', simply pack your toothbrush and clothes.

Bedrooms and bathrooms (of which there are many!) are all a good size and comfortable. This was truly a retreat for our family, despite less than ideal weather. The 3 decks and pool area are fantastic too, though we didn’t get to enjoy them to their full potential. The pool, while not huge, is plenty big to cool off in and entertaining for young kids. Location is wonderful. Linda was an amazing host - great communicator, friendly and organized. It is clear she takes great pride in her home and sharing it with others. This property is definitely one we will stay at again. I highly recommend!"

We are a DOG FRIENDLY rental home with some simple stipulations (leash walking, clean up, shots,) for your dog.

This rental is great for families with children and grandparents. One of the master bedrooms is on the first floor if you don't want to climb the stairs. Three of the four bedrooms have private sinks and toilets. There's a large outside shower that guests love. An enclosed sunporch to read the paper in quiet relaxation.

The kids can be by themselves playing games or watching their shows in play area upstairs. The rooms are spread out and large enough to accommodate many in your group, giving all their 'own space' as needed.

You can walk to the beach or just one block to the 74th Street playground. Great for young ones!

Teenagers can walk to the recreation courts on 80th street or the 20 blocks to Stone Harbor shopping. Adults can take classes at the recreation center just 5 blocks away.

Our beach is wide, beautiful and quiet, just a one and a half block walk.

So, bring the grandparents, the kids and the dog to have fun in the sun and play at the Jersey shore!

Bud's Market was walkable too! Rarely used our cars! Her home has 2 nice size first level bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a quiet sunporch for early risers. We also really appreciated the well stocked first level kitchen connection to the back deck, as we spent a lot of time outside. Awesome location with a terrific host. Thank you Joan!"
