About our Home...
Just 4 homes separating you from the award-winning Avalon beach. Our home boasts four large bedrooms and three full baths that combined sleeps 11 (in beds)+ a spare pull-out couch. A large upstairs open living area consists of two bedrooms, two full baths, living, dining room, and a nicely equipped kitchen.

There is a large front deck with ocean views and a rear private second story deck overlooking the pool.

The lower level consists of two bedrooms, full bath, plus a large den with a beverage and snack area that I great for entertaining. The best part is that the den has direct access to the pool area that opens to an outdoor protected entertainment and lounge area.

We offer all of the amenities you need for your home-away-from-home. Gas grill, patio furniture and loungers, wet bar for the adults. X-box, WiFi, multiple TVs, Streaming devices, DVDs and a huge 12 x 34’ pool for kids of all ages.

Please note that like most Jersey shore rentals we only offer weekly rentals during peak season (Mid-May - Mid Sept) with check-in and check-out on Saturdays. Long weekends and other options available with a 3 night minimum during the rest of the year. To the rear of the second floor is the large master bedroom (king bed) equipped with ensuite bath, walk in closet and private fiberglass deck great for relaxing and viewing the backyard pool.

The third floor is completely dedicated to the 2nd master bedroom (king bed) with large private bath and walk in closet.

Your private fenced in backyard includes a heated pool with a cabana and plenty of seating. The cabana is equipped with a beverage center (fridge and sink), plenty of storage space and TV with electric roll down shutter. We are a DOG FRIENDLY rental home with some simple stipulations (leash walking, clean up, shots,) for your dog.

This rental is great for families with children and grandparents. One of the master bedrooms is on the first floor if you don't want to climb the stairs. Three of the four bedrooms have private sinks and toilets. There's a large outside shower that guests love. An enclosed sunporch to read the paper in quiet relaxation.

The kids can be by themselves playing games or watching their shows in play area upstairs. The rooms are spread out and large enough to accommodate many in your group, giving all their 'own space' as needed.

You can walk to the beach or just one block to the 74th Street playground. Great for young ones!

Teenagers can walk to the recreation courts on 80th street or the 20 blocks to Stone Harbor shopping. Adults can take classes at the recreation center just 5 blocks away.

Our beach is wide, beautiful and quiet, just a one and a half block walk.

So, bring the grandparents, the kids and the dog to have fun in the sun and play at the Jersey shore!

This unit is the top floor unit of a duplex located on 20th Street between 4th and 5th Avenue. It is a 5 minute walk to the center of Avalon, 10 minute walk to the beach and 200 yards to a public swimming dock on the bay. There are 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 2 single beds), 1 full bath, along with a half bath attached to the master bedroom. Many updates over the last few years including new floors in main living area, paint throughout, new kitchen counter & backsplash and a new central a/c unit. There is a large private deck off the LR with a partial bay view, private outside shower, and driveway parking for 2 cars. It has all modern amenities including central air, fast wifi, washer & dryer, dishwasher, etc. Well-behaved non-shedding dogs are welcome. We cannot accomodate high school or college students / senior week, etc.

This a clean, comfortable, updated unit in a GREAT location. Most of these types of properties have either been knocked down in recent years or have been taken off the rental market.

- "We absolutely loved staying here, it was a one night trip for a cycling race, but so much better than a hotel room. My 17 year old and his girlfriend loved the pool and jacuzzi. The only thing that was an issue, we were supposed to get a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 double beds which we only received 2 beds. The couch had to be used instead, not ideal for comfort. But overall the place is immaculate, the check-in was simple and location was perfect. "

My niece has a six month old so we put her and her husband upstairs in the master so they can be in a quiet place in the evenings when the baby went to bed. There is a second bedroom upstairs that my sister used to assist with the baby if needed. On the second level is the living room/kitchen/large deck and two additional bedrooms with (2) baths. This was perfect for my mom and sister with two children. The bottom floor has a bonus room that closes with French doors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry room. This was like having your own little suite downstairs. The couch is a pull out so provides additional sleeping area. The walk to the beach is 2 blocks; however, very long blocks. Fantastic location for sun and fun with the whole family! This home is in the heart of Avalon on the highly sought-after west block of 21st street, one block from the beach and short walking distance to the business district, shops, restaurants, and Veteran Plaza. Enjoy relaxing under the canvas awning porch or in the Florida style sun room overlooking the rear yard bricked patio. Three bedrooms and two full baths on 1st floor. Two bedrooms and 1 ensuite bath on second floor.

The space
An ideal location for families and friends to gather and relax. You are welcomed into a large dining room with beautiful bay window, ceiling fans and original knotty-pine wood walls with lots of natural light. It flows easily into the kitchen which features an electric range and pantry for food storage. There is also a cozy TV room just off the kitchen which is great for relaxing with a glass of wine before dinner time.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed (and a tv) and two with queens. Ideal for families with an older relative who does not want to traverse the stairs. There are two full bathrooms on the ground floor one featuring a shower over bath and one with shower and separate large tub. There is also a stacked washer/dryer.

At the back of the house is the sun-filled Florida style sitting room with large TV. A great space to cozy up on a rainy day with a book or gather for a family game night or chat. Up the stairs you will find a large master suite with king size bed and ensuite shower bathroom. There is also a smaller bedroom with a set of bunk beds, ideal for traveling with the little ones. Also available are travel cot, changing mat and various games/toys for little ones.

At the front entrance, there is a lovely awning-covered porch for sitting out at golden hour to enjoy a glass and watch the world go by, as well as a bricked patio in the backyard with a large table and chairs for outdoor dining with a bbq grill. There is also a convenient outdoor shower to wash off sandy feet or indulge in a shower al fresco after the beach.

The position of the home is ideally situated for those who want to enjoy easy access to the beach while also being only a short walk to the Diving Horse (1 block), the Princeton (two blocks) and the bustling shops along Dune Drive.

This is our family beach home where many wonderful memories have been made. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TV/internet/cable/wifi service. Comcast cable is notoriously inconsistent in their service and we can therefore not guarantee service during your stay.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Entry to the house is provided via a lockbox as there will be no face-to-face check-in. Check-in is 3.30 PM and check-out 10.00 AM (strictly enforced).

HVAC ISSUES: The Landlord has put in place an emergency service contract for heating, ventilation and air conditioning issues with Coastal Comfort, 612 Dias Creek Road, Cape May Court House, New Jersey. The tenant is authorized during their tenancy period to contact Coastal Comfort if there are any issues with the heating, ventilation and air conditioning that are under warranty and covered by the current service agreement with Coastal Comfort. The Landlord recommends the tenant contact Coastal Comfort in the first instance and follow up immediately by contacting the Landlord, as this will expedite remediation of any issue.

Have fun enjoying the Merrimac Resort!!!..Super laid back resort which although is right in the mix of everything is also very relaxed during the day and quiet at night.

You will have the entire condo to yourself. Easy first floor access just one step into the condo. Great for Families with children... NO LUGGING up and down stairs. The heated salt water pool features a "kiddie" end that is great for the little ones to splash about while mom or dad relax on the side. Six days a week there is an on staff member that keeps the grounds pristine.

4 BEACH TAGS INCLUDED, 4 pool passes, 2 beach chairs and umbrella all included. There is a bike rack around back for locking up your bikes, gas grills for easy cooking and plenty of space around the pool to lay out.

5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom BAY FRONT home completed in July 2022. Whether you spend your day at the beach or on the dock on the bay, you won't want to miss the amazing unobstructed and beautiful sunsets. Located at the end of 21st, you are minutes from town, but also in a peaceful and quiet part of the island.

The space
You access the house on the level above the ground floor, up ~12 steps. As you enter the will be a bayfront bedroom to your left which includes 2 sets of bunk beds, as well as access to a deck. To the right you will find the downstairs bath with a walk-in shower, and 2 additional bedrooms each containing queen beds.

As you go up the stairs you will enter the 2nd floor living space in the spacious kitchen. You have a large island at the center, with seating for 5. There is a separate bar area with a built in beverage fridge and ice maker to have you prepared to entertain all your guest. The laundry room and a seperate 1/2 bath are at the front of the house. As you move towards the bay you will find a large, round kitchen table great for eating as a group or gathering at other times for games, puzzles, or just hanging out. There is an L shaped sectional that anchors the family room, with views of the bay from all the seats. In the cooler months light the fireplace to create a cozy, warm space. The deck off the 2nd floor contains 2 tables with seating for up to 8 to watch the amazing sunset views!

The top floor of the house contains the master and jr suites, both with their own in suite bathrooms. The jr suite is on the front of the house and contains a queen bed. The master is on the bay, with it's own private deck and the best views from the house. The master has a king bed, as well as a desk if you need to work while away.

For your enjoyment, a luxury linen package complete with bed making, bath towels and mats are included in all rentals 4 nights or more! For off-season daily rentals (3 night minimum) linens are not included, but can be supplied upon request at our cost. Our cost is what we pay the linen company and we pass the savings to you! No up-charge. Or as customary down the shore, you can bring your own.
