On Thursdays there are fireworks on the beach directly at the end of the lane and you can sit right in front of the house and have a perfect view.

- "The entire experience renting this property was excellent including the detailed instructions from check in through check out. The location was great as well as the property. The owners were a pleasure to work with for the rental." - "On the first day of our vacation I called Paul a few minutes before arriving. He was there to greet us, let us in, give us a brief overview of the home and how the appliances worked. He left us with house keys, beach passes, and parking passes. He was extremely helpful with information regarding the restaurants, traffic flow, parking, and general information about Point Pleasant and its locale. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The views are stunning from the window and back deck. We enjoyed all of the comforts of home. Everything was as promised in the VRBO listing including patio furniture, umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, grill, glasses, silverware, plates, cups, coffee maker, and toaster. We were steps from the beach and not far from the aquarium, boardwalk, rides, arcade, games, the Jenks bar, and Martell’s. Plus, our family had a front row seat for the fireworks on Thursday evening. The first day we arrived, there was an issue with the cable TV and Paul was on top of it. He came back periodically to ensure the cable was repaired and the TV was working properly; he was not intrusive. He was polite and very proactive. I felt comfortable having his phone number in case any questions or problems occurred. He comes highly recommended, and we are looking forward to renting from him and his sister Candace next year!"

- "Great location " - "All was expected. Could have been cleaner." - "Smoke detectors chirped all day, preheating the oven set off the smoke detector each time. Wear and tear of the flooring, and cleanliness (dust) needs maintenance. The dune is steep and hard to walk up since there are no stairs or a mat like other properties have. Washer and dryer are communal among the 4 units. No dishwasher. Half the light switches didn't work. Great location otherwise right on the beach. Parking is extremely tight if other cars are parked there. The town was repaving so we couldn't park in the street, and we didn't receive any notice. A neighbor mentioned it to us. Parking permits and beach tags were for 2022 but we stayed just before memorial day."

- "Contacted owner severe times to get some additional information before arrival never a response. Also due to accepting pets the couches were peed on and smelled horrible lady taking care of property took the cushion covers to be washed and witness the pee in the couches never returned them making one less place to sit all week also all the filters to the ac we’re disgusting had to clean myself and the smoke alarm battery was chirping when we arrived had to purchase a battery and change myself. Will not rent at this location again as i feel they dont upkeep the property Grass was long garbage area was a wreck"

The same way Airbnb connects us all, the oceans connect us all. To that end we are dedicated to living greener. Our yards are 100% organic- no pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. No chemicals at all! We have native platings to attract the birds and the bees... and butterflies. For example, you’ll find Milkweed in our yard/ it’s the only plant that Monarch Butterflies will lay their eggs on. Mo more plastic detergent
bottles. Instead, we use Tru Earth
detergent strips. We make our own liquid soaps out of soap bars to refill dispenser bottles. We have bikes in the shed for you (located in the shed behind the house next door@ 54 Channel Dr) to please use (first come first serve. There are also bike rentals in town A-1 bikes, Barefoot Realty, Casa Del Mar) No more unnecessary driving your car and contributing to pollution. We have recycling bins for you to please use, and most of the furniture we found at local shops and antique retro stores in town. (Not the beds- they’re brand new). FYI- Point Pleasant Beach has banned plastic straws and Mylar balloons. New Jersey has also banned single use plastic bags, so BYOB to stores. We participated in the successful lobbying to save 30+ acres locally (Breton Woods) We donate a minimum of $1000 annually from our rental income to Save Barnegat Bay- a local non-profit dedicated to protecting our local waterways.

Point Pleasant Beach ("PPB") is at the hub of the Jersey Shore at the top of the Barnegat Bay and along the Manasquan inlet. The home is 300 yards from the Elizabeth Carter Private Beach-8 badges included. PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides, bars and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house so you are near the action but not in it. Trains and shops, restaurants and food stores a 20 minute walk away on Arnold Avenue. Fishing, boats and restaurants along the inlet.

The space
Check in is at 3 PM and Check out time is at 10 AM (STRICT). Three (3) bedrooms and an extra bonus family room w/ balcony on 2 nd floor next to the bedrooms to relax and watch TV. Family room and Main Bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the lake. The three bedrooms have - 1 king in the Master Bedroom and a Queen in each of the two other bedrooms.

Pricing is Lower before and after peak summer season. There are 3 televisions but they are minimal for catching up on news - NO big screens or home movie theater.

The house has a front porch w seating to enjoy day or night off of the living room space overlooking the Lake of the Lilies, a wildlife and bird sanctuary. You can hear the ocean waves, especially at night. The house has an eat in kitchen island, dining room that seats 10 and a sun room with another table that seats 4 people - this also has bar seating for several that adjoins the kitchen. The space has an open floor plan on the first floor. There are steps to get in and out of the house. The house has 2 floors - the three bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a garage with 1 garage space available to park inside. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. Freezer has an automatic ice maker. Dishwasher in kitchen. Wi-Fi & Direct satellite TV for entertainment. There are 3 small televisions - 1 in sun room on first floor, 1 in main bedroom and one in family room upstairs. All TVs have Comcast Cable TB but no home theater or huge screen TVs (don't want to disappoint anyone). House has a lot of board and other games on hand and cards to enjoy in hall closet upstairs.

House has two balconies and 2 full bathrooms on second floor. Jack and Jill bathroom has a whirlpool tub - MB has a walk in shower. 3 Bedrooms have walk in closets.

In the back yard there is a table and chairs with umbrella and small outdoor gas grill. Large side yard good for Frisbee, corn hole or whiffle ball games.

There is an outdoor shower (summer) which is refreshing after a day at our private beach. During beach season (Memorial Day weekend and each weekend to Father's Day weekend then daily to Labor Day) we have life guards and gate guards on duty during day. Beach is just 300 yards from the house with 8 beach badges included, young children do not need badges. (please don't lose badges each cost $100 you will be charged to replace). Beach association rules are posted at the house - no glass bottles, no liquor. Boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas are available for use.

There are great restaurants in walking distance or short drive (less than 1 mile) and throughout the town. The boardwalk is a 15 min walk from the house and has rides, stands, bars and lots of night life. There are free concerts on Wednesdays on the beach in July and August. Every Thursday in the summer there are fireworks on the boardwalk which you can go and see or watch from the house. On Sunday nights there are talent shows on the beach in the summer and other activities. The boardwalk is fun to jog or walk on in the morning or to just watch the people. You can rent a bike and ride through town and through the surrounding towns.

The downtown Arnold Avenue is about a short drive (about 1 mile) or 20 minute walk away and has great shops including consignment shops, restaurants, antique shops, and Uncle Vinnie's comedy club. The train station is also downtown about 15-20 minute walk from the house in downtown area. The trains can take you to and from New York which also stops at Newark Airport.

We provide a list of restaurants of all types and those with great seafood. PP Beach is home to Joe Leone’s Italian Specialty food store, Jersey Mike’s and Hoffman’s ice cream. Also fun to explore the other towns near by ... Asbury Park, Bay Head, Seaside Heights, Ocean Grove, etc. If you sail you can rent a sail boat about 35 minute drive to Tom's river just to mention a few. Also the town is a fishing town - fresh seafood, you can watch the boats come in and you can go out fishing locally on a day or night trip or half day or go deep sea fishing. You can fish along the Manasquan inlet about 1 mile from the house or from the beach. You can also surf the beach in the non-swimming areas.

Guests have total access to entire house EXCEPT for the hot tub, storage shed in back of house and one closet in the house where we keep our personal belongings (PLEASE) Respect that) and one (1) inside Garage parking space and 4 car parking in the driveway. We also ask that you do NOT use the couches for sleeping. You and your guests should use the beds in the three bedrooms for sleeping.

Note, the old bikes in the garage are not available for use as they are not reliable. There is a place in town that rent bicycles or bring your own and store them in the garage. Call Angel if you need information about bike rentals or google bike rentals in Point Pleasant Beach.

Please enjoy our quaint little family beach house... our bright living room will welcome you with a comfy sectional and a beach-themed feel. The kitchen is stocked with aluminum foil, saran wrap, dish soap, hand soap, and all the basic needs. As you carry your bags down the hallway you will pass the half-bath and full-bath, please continue to the main and guest's bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, and a full-length mirror. The back bedroom has twin beds, a double closet, and a dresser. The third bedroom has a double bed, an open closet organizer, and a tall dresser. All beds and pillows have allergy mattress protectors. Each bed comes with a pillow per person and a quilt. You will have full use of the interior of our home. Which includes the first-floor living space and the basement to access the washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. We have an outdoor covered patio with an eating and seating area. **No Grill will be provided.** There is a one-car driveway and free parking on the street. We will provide 4 beach chairs and beach towels.

Other things to note
**No pets and No Smoking allowed due to severe family allergies.

** This house is located in a residential neighborhood.
1) You and your guests must follow the Point Pleasant Beach noise ordinance which is...quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM
2) Minimum night stay of 7 days or more.
3) Most neighbors are year-round residents- please be mindful of your noise and activities.
