It was obvious they didn't want us there. The TV didn't work-no controls for the air-no wi-fi absolutely nothing was the way it was described in ad. Tried to get cancelled but ended up staying first night and left the following morning. Was told that since we didn't cancel before our trip (after driving from Mich.) we expected to stay there but couldn't. we had to spend the remaining 3 nights in a motel which we had to pay for over and above the cost of the rental. I have used VRBO many times and never had a problem. I think you should refund at least 1/2 of my money because of this terrible listing!! "

**Long-Term Stays**

1) It is required that guests remove garbage from the home during their stay. The current guest will pay any garbage or automotive-related city fines during their stay that are imposed by the apartment complex or otherwise. We are not responsible for any city fines.

2) It is required that guests will need to pay for extra cleanings during a long-term stay of 30 days or more. We require that a cleaning of the home be necessary (1) once per month. Fees will be applied to the platform or payment method of the original reservation.

3) We will, from time to time, stop in to check in on the home with monthly inspections. Guests will be informed 24 hours before arrival.
