Located on a quiet street in Red Bank, NJ. Walk to restaurants, Count Basie Theatre and a 10 minute drive to the shore. Loaded with character, huge rooms, 9 foot ceilings. Freshly painted, brand new roof, new fridge and washer, steam heat and hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen is gorgeous and features in-laid cabinets, granite, wet bar, eat-in-area and a side door to a private patio. Patio has 2 grills. Gas fireplace in living room. Master bathroom and hall bath was just refinished in August 2021. All bedrooms are upstairs.

- "We had a lovely stay at this unit. The layout worked well for us ( a couple traveling with no children) with the living room and lounge space on one level and bed and bath on another. The lawn and grounds are beautiful and the neighborhood spectacular. We were in town for a birthday and family reunion and had never been to Rumson before. We had dinner in Seabright and a great breakfast at the French Market. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our relatives."

Cathi is a wonderful host and made sure our stay was comfortable. The home is great and had many enjoyable nights sitting in the backyard enjoying the summer nights. Red Bank is such a great town and walked to a fantastic coffee shop Coffee Coral which has outdoor setting and live music. Also walked to many great restaurants as well. Even found a nice park down the street with great biking and running paths. I’m looking forward to renting this home again sometime soon. The wifi was great and was able to work from this home as well with no issues. The neighbors were very friendly as well and the driveway for three cars was a fantastic feature. It was exactly what my husband and I needed for our weekend in Red Bank to see a concert at the Count Basie Center. It also was within walking distance to down town and all the restaurants and theaters. ► CLOSE TO FIRE STATION - if the fire alarm goes off you will likely be startled.
► ON STREET PARKING - although there is a small parking pad your car, most likely, won’t fit without blocking the sidewalk. You can park safely on the non-busy street.
► 2ND BEDROOM IS SMALL - it was a summer cottage built 100 years ago. We don’t hide the fact that the bedrooms are smaller. Nonetheless, the main room is lofted and spacious. It is endearing and cozy but please respect the occupant limits.
► NO YARD - there is not a backyard for hanging out and for kids to play, however, Fair Haven is home to many parks and most are within walking distance. Across the street from an open area where you will see many of the neighborhood dogs playing.
