Freshly painted, brand new roof, new fridge and washer, steam heat and hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen is gorgeous and features in-laid cabinets, granite, wet bar, eat-in-area and a side door to a private patio. Patio has 2 grills. Gas fireplace in living room. Master bathroom and hall bath was just refinished in August 2021. All bedrooms are upstairs.

- "We had a lovely stay at this unit. The layout worked well for us ( a couple traveling with no children) with the living room and lounge space on one level and bed and bath on another. The lawn and grounds are beautiful and the neighborhood spectacular. We were in town for a birthday and family reunion and had never been to Rumson before. We had dinner in Seabright and a great breakfast at the French Market. We would definitely stay here again when visiting our relatives."

Cathi is a wonderful host and made sure our stay was comfortable. The home is great and had many enjoyable nights sitting in the backyard enjoying the summer nights. Red Bank is such a great town and walked to a fantastic coffee shop Coffee Coral which has outdoor setting and live music. Also walked to many great restaurants as well. Even found a nice park down the street with great biking and running paths. I’m looking forward to renting this home again sometime soon. The wifi was great and was able to work from this home as well with no issues. The neighbors were very friendly as well and the driveway for three cars was a fantastic feature. It was exactly what my husband and I needed for our weekend in Red Bank to see a concert at the Count Basie Center. It also was within walking distance to down town and all the restaurants and theaters. ► CLOSE TO FIRE STATION - if the fire alarm goes off you will likely be startled.
► ON STREET PARKING - although there is a small parking pad your car, most likely, won’t fit without blocking the sidewalk. You can park safely on the non-busy street.
► 2ND BEDROOM IS SMALL - it was a summer cottage built 100 years ago. We don’t hide the fact that the bedrooms are smaller. Nonetheless, the main room is lofted and spacious. It is endearing and cozy but please respect the occupant limits.
► NO YARD - there is not a backyard for hanging out and for kids to play, however, Fair Haven is home to many parks and most are within walking distance. Across the street from an open area where you will see many of the neighborhood dogs playing.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Near a great downtown that’s a 5min walk. 10min drive to the beach and 15min to sandy hook state park.
I live hear full time but I travel a lot so you will be able to see that someone lives here, I will take half the clothes out of closets and dresser. I will also do the same with cabinets and leave the fridge fairly empty. It is set up for basic cooking. The tv’s have an Amazon firestick. Check out reviews.

The space
Place is very clean with a comfortable bed that I use a mattress protector for guests. It’s is in a 4 unit condo. You can use the bike shown.

Designed as separate and private from the rest of the home, this apartment with it's own entrance has every amenities incl a smart TV area, strong wifi, kitchen, in-unit washer dryer, spa bath & more! In warmer weather enjoy big backyard patio & grill. A 10 minute walk to downtown Red Bank restaurants, arts & theater district and 10 min drive to all beaches! One flight of steps and please no smokers!

This deluxe lower level is artfully decorated and an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Red Bank! Ideal for a couple or for a single guests. Spaces is a totally renovated apartment complete with large full bath with tub! Home is also surrounded by gardens on a corner lot. Queen bedroom separable living room with comfy couch. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS! Small dog s and cats ok. Unit is separate and private from the rest of the home with your own secured entrance to your unit.

Guests will have access via side door of home along driveway. Ample street parking in quiet neighborhood. WE DON’T ALLOW SMOKERS! Small dogs and cats ok.

Private Room/Shared Bath in family home. My space is good for solo travelers, interns, and students. It is not recommended for couples as there is little privacy. It is not recommended for beach goers as there is no outdoor shower. It is also not recommended for children as the house is not child friendly and there are many stairs. It is a great space for students and interns as the room has good wifi and a desk. The house is occupied by myself, my son, and often other guests.

Other things to note
The house has many stairs. You need to climb 2 sets of stairs to get to your room.

Ideal space for students or interns needing an extended stay, or single adults needing a quiet space to sleep and shower. It is not recommended for couples, (little privacy), beach goers (no outdoor shower), or party people. There is a strict no smoking, vaping, or alcohol. The space is also not child friendly. There are many stairs.

The house is occupied by my family, and sometimes other guests, All other spaces, including the bathroom, are shared.

The Red Bank Retreat is a cozy second-floor apartment just a 7 minute walk from downtown Red Bank’s shops, cafes, and restaurants. The space features a king bed in bedroom with a walk-in closet, a den with a standing desk and twin daybed, a full kitchen, and a relaxing bathroom with a tub. Enjoy a comfy living room with a smart TV.

Note: Jersey Shore Beaches and Trains/Ferries to NYC are nearby. Train noise may be heard at night; no dishwasher, no washer/dryer, and no automatic ice maker.

Second floor apartment with private entrance above our family home. Has a king size bed in bedroom and a separate workspace with a standing desk that’s perfect for working remotely. The apartment also includes a dine-in kitchen, roomy living room, and walk-in closet.

This stylish first floor 2 bedroom place to stay is perfect for a couple or a few friends. A few steps to all the hot restaurants and shops in town. Walking distance to train station. Close to the Molly Pitcher Inn which offers day pool passes. Also, a ten minute drive to the Jersey shore beach. Great neighbors and plenty of parking.

Public beaches in Sea Bright, Sandy Hook National Seashore, Monmouth Beach, and Long Branch are within 15 minutes’ drive. You will need to pay to park for beach access from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
NYC is an easy ferry (45-min) Seastreak - or train ride (75 min) NJ Transit - or car ride away.
