KITCHEN with all necessary supplies such as microwave, coffee machine, cooking pots, frying pans, and toaster. Everything you need to make a homemade meal.Also, I always keep in the apartment olive oil, salt, pepper, and coffee filters.

EAT-IN KITCHEN - our kitchen table perfectly fits a group of 6 people, where you can get your meal together or it can be used as a working space as well.

BATHROOM we do provide for all our guests with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer and other toiletries. Also, in the apartment, you always can find basic first aid items and earplugs for you to use.

A LAUNDROMAT - we don’t have laundry in the building, but there’s a laundromat in the corner of our block. Drop-off service available.

Public Transportation:
It's about a 25 minute walk to the PATH station along Washington St (Hoboken's main street of stores, restaurants, etc). There is also a bus you can take to the PATH. Alternatively there is a bus 2 minutes from the apartment that goes directly to midtown Manhattan, as well as ferry service about a 10 minute walk away. The ferry is more expensive, but there are free shuttle buses on the other side to several parts of Manhattan.

Parking:
Parking in Hoboken is limited to pay-by-app parking on one side of the street only unless you are a resident. Be mindful of the signs. There are paid parking garages nearby,. If you do plan to visit with a car, we can give you information to help you work that out. Of course there is so much to do in Hoboken without a car, as well as easy access to NYC, Met Life stadium, Madison Square Garden, Broadway theaters, and all sports and concert venues using public transportation.

Convenient to the Grove St PATH (5 min walk) and JC Med Center (not HOB-JC banned). Short term stays are the focus for the room as this is a sublet. Room and restroom is private however a few of the permanent tenant's belongings are maintained in the room.

Nice quiet street and blocks to everything needed on foot. Great for quick business trips as we're a quiet (non-party) bunch. Prefer quiet/drama free folks or consultants since it's a few night's stay.

The space
Yes, a no frills kind of place so book/understand accordingly - it's someone's home. Don't expect (or review for) a door-man highrise building/luxury/amenities. Expectations should be managed.

Wood floors are old (not necessarily dirty) but original. So if youre a design/architecture buff you'll appreciate/understand. We're here to provide an accommodation for various purposes, not an 'experience', and the price reflects accordingly.

Plenty of eateries, shops etc by foot. You’ll love the place because of the location. Great for solo adventurers, traveling consultants, or business travelers. Shared (rarely) but newly remodeled restroom.

Given our schedules and work environment, it will feel as if the place is all to your own!

Ask away about the neighborhood and surroundings. As a long-time JC resident I won't steer you wrong!

Remember - the room is still maintained by the tenant. It's just free for use occasionally. Pics/description are pretty straight forward so there shouldn't be any surprises.

Homey and spacious apartment gets tons of natural light with window facing East and West, high ceilings, hardwood floor, large living room, well-equipped full kitchen, full bath, central air, dishwasher, free washer/dryer in the apartment, high speed Internet, lots of plants, easy access to rooftop. Neighbors are quiet and friendly.

The bedroom is facing the quiet side of the street. There's a table and work chair in the room. Clothing and dresser space available but limited as it's a lived-in space.

There are a number of ways to get to the apartment in Hoboken from all major airports. They range from expensive to cheap.
Expensive: Uber/Lyft/Taxi - From EWR about $50 ++, and will take about 20 - 30 minutes depending on traffic. From JFK or LGA $100++ can take 50-70 mins depending on time of day and traffic
Cheap: From EWR: AirTrain to NJ Transit to Newark Penn Station to PATH(get tickets from machines before getting on train) train to Hoboken(need to change PATH trains), from here take taxi or #126 Washington St bus(Pay $1.50 cash) from Hoboken station to apartment Get off at 14th and Bloomfield St stop. . About $10 to $15, 60-70 minutes, a couple of train changes.
Cheap : From JFK or LGA, Bus (NYC (URL HIDDEN) to Port Authority Bus Terminal, change buses to NJ Transit #126(get ticket from machine) to Hoboken. Get off at 14th St and Bloomfield St stop. Can take 60-90 mins depending on time of day and traffic.

This is a lovely modern studio apartment in the heart of Hoboken, 5 min away from the Path train, a grocery store on the corner and plenty of restaurants nearby. We'll give you a list of places to visit in New Jersey and New York, answer all your questions and greet you with a complementary bottle of wine! We have a private garage (1 guest space) if needed. Please, LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE if you need it. You'll have a private entrance to the apartment, some snacks for the day, and bottle water.

The space
There's a flat screen TV in the room, a good size kitchen with a dish washer, a full private bathroom with a shower, drawers, and a huge closet for your clothes. It's a sunny apartment with 2 big windows. You control Air conditioning / Heating. It has a queen size bed, a sofa, a kitchen table, a kitchen counter with 2 chairs, and all the necessary toiletries for a comfortable stay. Plus lots of snacks and a complementary bottle of wine!
PARKING: you can access our garage through the main entrance (keys are in the lock box if self-check-in), press the button inside the garage to open/close it. Please, park all the way in. Thank you!

One Room Located in heart of Dutch Kills Long Island City, 3 very short block to Manhattan subway stop. Only 10min ride to midtown Manhattan. Bathroom is shared with 1 other roommates who are hardly ever home. Access to backyard with a BBQ and fire pit. Washer and dryer is also included in the basement laundry room.
