The house was built in 2012 with a very high standard. There are hardwood floors throughout the house accompanied by beautiful tiles in all the bathrooms. The main floor boasts 9 ft ceilings with some amazing trim work along the ceilings and floors. The dining room seats 8 with room for more by just adding the extra leaf. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with dual showerheads. The 3 other bedrooms all have queen-size beds with 2 of the rooms having built-in closets and the largest of the rooms has a pull out couch which can sleep two. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. From the kitchen there are double sliding glass doors that open up to a large deck, patio area, and very spacious backyard.(100x75ft).

In the morning you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee while sitting in the sun on the large front porch planning your day. Maybe it is a day at one of the beautiful beaches, some shopping and excitement in NYC, or just relaxing with a good book while enjoying the sun in the spacious backyard. The back of the house has the sun from noon time until it goes down.

While there are many good restaraunts to choose from in the area, like Charleys Ocean Grill, North Beach Grill, or one of the many others at Pier Village, you can also choose to eat in. There are plenty of supermarkets, fresh markets, and even a fish market where you can purchase everything you would need to make a wonderful dinner at home. The kitchen features a large gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all amenities needed to make the perfect dish. There is also an extra full size refrigerator in the garage perfect to fill up with all types of drinks.

A little piece of paradise by the shore! This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house has been completely renovated from top to bottom and a second story addition added. Brand new fully stocked kitchen with white shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, granite countertops, wine fridge, island and pantry.

Brand new furniture in all rooms. Hardwood floors throughout.

First bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed, 2 closets and 2 dressers for plenty of storage. Upstairs bedroom number 2 has a queen mattress with luxurious linens and full closet and dresser. Upstairs bedroom number 3 is set up perfect for families. It holds a full bunk bed with luxurious serta mattresses and a full closet. There is a large shared bathroom between the upstairs bedrooms with an oversized double vanity a tub/shower combo.

This space is the 1st unit of a 2 family home. It has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay, with lots of sunlight! You will find an immaculately clean house with all the comforts of home!

The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, cups, and other gadgets to assist you with easy meal preparations. Feel at home watching it our Smart TV with cable. Stay connected with free high-speed internet/WiFi. Sleep well in our comfortable beds and the couch in the sunroom also extends into a bed. There is a large full bathroom, with towels, washcloths, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a lovely sunroom, which has a handbook and games.

The yard is nicely groomed. Enjoy a nice meal outside on the grill provided along with table and chairs. You will also have access to the driveway which has space for 2 vehicles maximum.

Location, Location, Location! This pristine home is located across the street from gorgeous Pier Village. All summer long you can enjoy all that Pier Village and Long Branch has to offer. Free concerts every Thursday night, wonderful dining options, special events(including car shows, Kite days) and things happening every weekend. You are less than 800 feet from our sandy shoreline and can be at the beach in five minutes. The home is a two bedroom , two full bath house that can easily accommodate 5 people. Every room has been recently updated to capture the Jersey Shore Theme. The house is only 18 years old. It has a dining room, large living room and well equipped kitchen. There are walk-in closets in each bedroom, a washer and dryer. The living room has a fifty inch smart TV, WiFi and cable are included. The master bedroom has a 36 inch TV and a small walk out balcony perfect for morning coffee. This is a pet free, smoke free home! The house has central air conditioning but don't be surprised that you rarely use it...the ocean breezes are terrific!

The rental includes a safe, beach chairs, bikes and two season beach badges. Finding a house so close to the beach is not easy! you have everything you need within footsteps. Don't be surprised if you never move your car. Everything you could possibly need to call this your home is provided. Your private driveway can accommodate two cars.

The house is next door to the owners main house and they are there to help you with anything . You can enjoy the shaded porte carche that has a table for outside dining and chairs for lounging next to a lovely water fountain. There is also a private eating area, grill, fire pit gazebo area solely for your use. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and midsummer there usually is a variety of fresh organic vegetables from the vegetable garden .The house is within walking distance of amazing restaurants, two pharmacies, the train station, Dunkin Donuts and supermarkets Pictures can not do it justice .

Long Branch is the perfect summer spot in New Jersey. Philadelphia, and Atlantic City
are 85 miles away, while New York City is only 54 miles away. I have recently updated the cooling systems in the house based on reviews. One room has a queen bed with a 2022 Hisense 8000 BTU window unit. The second bedroom has two beds (queen, full, and an air mattress) and a 2022 Midea 12000 BTU Window unit. The rest of the house is an open layout with one small air conditioner and an industrial fan.

Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs.

Bikes and kayaks available.

Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).

The space
I like to create serene spaces. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. With great Wifi, it is also perfect for a work vacation by the beach. The chairs are newly reupholstered. The queen size bed is new with a Stearns and Foster mattress, and the twin size French antique daybed has a 13 1/2 inch mattress. Sheets are all organic cotton. Mini-split airconditioning keeps you cool in silence! Everything has been selected for understated luxury, softness, and comfort.

Guest access
It is easy to drive everywhere. There are two parking spaces on the driveway. Beach parking is free except between Memorial Day and Labor Day. You may wish to use the (2 adult) bikes available for you.

Other things to note
Going kayaking straight out of the backyard is a special treat. The creek takes you to the bay - all part of the Shrewsbury River Estuary which runs into the ocean at Highlands.

The house has all the modern amenities that everyone loves to see in a vacation rental. With plenty of space and a BIG backyard with Gazebo and bar area with tv and refrigerator to spend time with friends and family while having BBQ. Its located 800 ft the closest Dunking donuts, and many other stores. One mile to the closest beach and 1.5 to pier village.

SECOND FLOOR
Master bedroom with a KING size bed.
Bedroom with 2 twin beds. If you have kids I can set the their room with special sheets and comforter with kids decorations please ask for it when you make the reservation.

Full bathroom with tub and with 2 doors. One door leads to the king bedroom and the other door to the hallway.

OUTSIDE
We have a HUGE backyard. Beautiful balcony with seating area to enjoy a BBQ with family and friends. Large backyard with a cozy Gazebo and a Bar area with Tv . Wood fire pit. Inflatable pool for kids and Camping hammock. Some outdoor games for adults and kids.

Other things to note
- No unregistered people.**Only guests included on the reservation are to be on the premises and using the door code. Please register all occupants & respect the total occupancy count (babies included in count.) Seek host approval for any visitors.
-No smoking 🚭 $500 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home
- Pet friendly w/ 100 fee per each . Maximum 2 but ( Dogs only) we don’t allowed pets sleeping in the beds or couch. We do charge $300 if we find dogs hair in the beds
- No events, party or large gatherings
- Must be at least 23 years old to be the primary booker
- The person who booked must be present during of the stay.
- beach badges are NOT provided
- we don’t accept requests for refunds for last minute cancellation or if you have to check out earlier than expected.
- A fee of $25 if we have to mail any items that was left behind.
-A fee $100 for late check out .
-The is a fee $ 100 for early check in or late check out and it needs 24 hours notice so the cleaning crew have to move their schedule around.
- if any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure ( stained rug, clogged sink,excessive pet shed/ mess, excessive garbage left around the house, stench, etc ) there will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.

Guests who fail to adhere to the above can face extra charges/cleaning fees, and/or immediate loss of their reservation without refund.
**Any unregistered people charged at $150 per person/per day - but over max occupancy charged at $300 per person/per day.
