The space
The TINK ROOM now has AC! It is on the sunniest corner of the house. It's got a new full-sized bed. There's a work desk and chair. The house is minutes from Seven Presidents Beach and the Long Branch Promenade, and Pier Village, walking distance to great ethnic neighborhood eateries. Our home is an oasis, with porches on both sides of the house that are wonderful places to unwind, but it's also a busy place, with trains, barking dogs, people coming and going, beach traffic and night life sounds. We think it's a wonderful blend! It's our home, and we hope you'll feel comfortable here as our guests.

Guests may use the living and dining rooms, both shared bathrooms, and outdoor seating areas. Free off-street parking behind the house.

We are best reached during the day by text. Please use the back door to come and go. We are home most of the time should you have questions, need assistance or want company.

Our resident dogs are from our animal rescue. They get very excited when people arrive. It can be a little intimidating. Please do your best to ignore them, and don't let them run our the door. We'll be here almost all the time to assist.

This Beach Home is bright and comfy. Close to the beach & Pier Village in popular Long Branch. Restaurants, shops, ice cream polars all minutes away. Enjoy the beach under the palm trees or bike-riding on the dedicated bike path next to the lovely Boardwalk. Monmouth Race Track in Oceanport is only 1.2 mi away. Many events will happen from May-September in parking lot areas including live & local Music Festivals, BBQ &Craft Beer Days, Surf & Turf Festival and Family Fun Days etc.
