The house was built in 2012 with a very high standard. There are hardwood floors throughout the house accompanied by beautiful tiles in all the bathrooms. The main floor boasts 9 ft ceilings with some amazing trim work along the ceilings and floors. The dining room seats 8 with room for more by just adding the extra leaf. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with dual showerheads. The 3 other bedrooms all have queen-size beds with 2 of the rooms having built-in closets and the largest of the rooms has a pull out couch which can sleep two. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. From the kitchen there are double sliding glass doors that open up to a large deck, patio area, and very spacious backyard.(100x75ft).

In the morning you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee while sitting in the sun on the large front porch planning your day. Maybe it is a day at one of the beautiful beaches, some shopping and excitement in NYC, or just relaxing with a good book while enjoying the sun in the spacious backyard. The back of the house has the sun from noon time until it goes down.

While there are many good restaraunts to choose from in the area, like Charleys Ocean Grill, North Beach Grill, or one of the many others at Pier Village, you can also choose to eat in. There are plenty of supermarkets, fresh markets, and even a fish market where you can purchase everything you would need to make a wonderful dinner at home. The kitchen features a large gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all amenities needed to make the perfect dish. There is also an extra full size refrigerator in the garage perfect to fill up with all types of drinks.

A little piece of paradise by the shore! This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house has been completely renovated from top to bottom and a second story addition added. Brand new fully stocked kitchen with white shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, granite countertops, wine fridge, island and pantry.

Brand new furniture in all rooms. Hardwood floors throughout.

First bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed, 2 closets and 2 dressers for plenty of storage. Upstairs bedroom number 2 has a queen mattress with luxurious linens and full closet and dresser. Upstairs bedroom number 3 is set up perfect for families. It holds a full bunk bed with luxurious serta mattresses and a full closet. There is a large shared bathroom between the upstairs bedrooms with an oversized double vanity a tub/shower combo.

Downstairs bedroom number 4 has a queen size bed and bathroom with walk in shower as well. Great room has 65 inch TV with comcast & DVR, sectional sofa with plenty of seating and a rustic dining table that seats 6. There is also seating for 3 more at the kitchen island.

The owners were incredibly responsive, and provided a wonderful list of suggested things to do in the area, which we happily made our way through most of the list. We will need to return soon because there are so many fun things to do in the area. But the house is so beautiful you will be tempted to stay and enjoy all of its comforts as well! They handle it all like they have been doing it for years and are pros at it. The house is fresh and new, it was just as it was advertised and how the photos portrayed it. The beds were comfortable,the kitchen with the large farm sink and the gas stove was fun to prepare meals in. The bathroom was the prefect size for a two-bedroom home, and we could all relax in the living room to watch a movie at the end of the day, The beach is very accessible, off-street parking was an immense help. The backyard was comfortable, and we broke-in a brand-new grill. It kept the cleanup in the kitchen to a minimum. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach passes...it's all there! The hostess was fantastic keeping us informed where to grocery shop and other places of interest and activities to keep us busy when not on the beach.
