The house was built in 2012 with a very high standard. There are hardwood floors throughout the house accompanied by beautiful tiles in all the bathrooms. The main floor boasts 9 ft ceilings with some amazing trim work along the ceilings and floors. The dining room seats 8 with room for more by just adding the extra leaf. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with dual showerheads. The 3 other bedrooms all have queen-size beds with 2 of the rooms having built-in closets and the largest of the rooms has a pull out couch which can sleep two. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. From the kitchen there are double sliding glass doors that open up to a large deck, patio area, and very spacious backyard.(100x75ft).

In the morning you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee while sitting in the sun on the large front porch planning your day. Maybe it is a day at one of the beautiful beaches, some shopping and excitement in NYC, or just relaxing with a good book while enjoying the sun in the spacious backyard. The back of the house has the sun from noon time until it goes down.

While there are many good restaraunts to choose from in the area, like Charleys Ocean Grill, North Beach Grill, or one of the many others at Pier Village, you can also choose to eat in. There are plenty of supermarkets, fresh markets, and even a fish market where you can purchase everything you would need to make a wonderful dinner at home. The kitchen features a large gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all amenities needed to make the perfect dish. There is also an extra full size refrigerator in the garage perfect to fill up with all types of drinks.

First bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed, 2 closets and 2 dressers for plenty of storage. Upstairs bedroom number 2 has a queen mattress with luxurious linens and full closet and dresser. Upstairs bedroom number 3 is set up perfect for families. It holds a full bunk bed with luxurious serta mattresses and a full closet. There is a large shared bathroom between the upstairs bedrooms with an oversized double vanity a tub/shower combo.

The owners were incredibly responsive, and provided a wonderful list of suggested things to do in the area, which we happily made our way through most of the list. This space is the 1st unit of a 2 family home. It has everything you need to be comfortable during your stay, with lots of sunlight! You will find an immaculately clean house with all the comforts of home!

The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, cups, and other gadgets to assist you with easy meal preparations. Feel at home watching it our Smart TV with cable. Stay connected with free high-speed internet/WiFi. Sleep well in our comfortable beds and the couch in the sunroom also extends into a bed. There is a large full bathroom, with towels, washcloths, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a lovely sunroom, which has a handbook and games.

The yard is nicely groomed. Enjoy a nice meal outside on the grill provided along with table and chairs. You will also have access to the driveway which has space for 2 vehicles maximum.

Every room has been recently updated to capture the Jersey Shore Theme. The house is only 18 years old. It has a dining room, large living room and well equipped kitchen. There are walk-in closets in each bedroom, a washer and dryer. The living room has a fifty inch smart TV, WiFi and cable are included. The master bedroom has a 36 inch TV and a small walk out balcony perfect for morning coffee. This is a pet free, smoke free home! The house has central air conditioning but don't be surprised that you rarely use it...the ocean breezes are terrific!

I have recently updated the cooling systems in the house based on reviews. One room has a queen bed with a 2022 Hisense 8000 BTU window unit. The second bedroom has two beds (queen, full, and an air mattress) and a 2022 Midea 12000 BTU Window unit. The rest of the house is an open layout with one small air conditioner and an industrial fan.

About this space
Keep it simple. Peaceful home for nature and beach lovers. Gaze upon a pretty brook (fenced in). Welcome the sound of geese and watch ducks paddling on the water. Drive safely as you may encounter deer in the fields nearby. This home has private entrance, 2 freshly painted bedrooms, each with a lock (one of which has a kitchenette), large closet and renovated marble bathroom with shower, 4 twin beds, outdoor patio, 2 miles to beach and is close to houses of worship. Pets considered.
The space
Guest entrance is at the back of the house. Guests will walk the path between the house and the garage activating a motion light. At the end of the path guests will take a LEFT (at Welcome sign), traverse some grass (in process of adding stepping stones) and step up to the large, lighted back yard patio. The entrance to guest unit is at the end of the patio and a "Hello" sign marks guest's entrance door. (Please note in fool weather or with luggage guests may request access to unit through front door of host's house).

Enter the bedroom with wall of windows, two twin beds, kitchenette, TV and private bath. This bedroom gives guests access to second bedroom with full closet and two twin beds. Between first and second bedrooms is a small hall with marble flooring and a door that separates the two bedrooms from the main house. A dresser for guest use is located in front of the door to solidify the boundary between main house and guest space.

Both bedrooms are freshly painted and have new, luxury vinyl flooring. The renovated bathroom is all marble with a stand up shower (no bath tub). Both bedrooms have separate locks. There is no need to interact with host if not desired.
Guest access
Enter private backyard entrance with key lock. Access to two bedrooms and one full bath. Entrance is in the back of the home (not the side of the home) Enter the house between the garage and the home. Left to patio and private entrance.
Other things to note
Beautiful brook located behind fence in the back of the home. If you love nature, you may welcome the sound of geese and see a family of ducks paddling on the water. Perhaps you will see a number of deer on the street and in the fields nearby.

Private bedroom with private bathroom, in a shared home. Located few blocks from ocean, in 4-bedroom, 3 bath, large deck, screened in porch, is just a few blocks to PIER VILLAGE, shopping, the Train Station, Monmouth Medical, many restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, etc... Inside features open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, spacious rooms, large closets, Washer/Dryer on 2nd floor. Outside offer; large outdoor shower, large fenced-in yard, BBQ grill, fire pit, hammock, vegetable gardens and Koi Pond. Home comes equipped with wifi, cable and all utilities are included, beach passes, beach chairs towels, etc... Everything included. Also must be ok with a small dog.

Private entranced suite in a 1920 Craftsman style house. Extensively remodeled, yet keeping its original charm. Bedroom has a new queen mattress, private living room with 58 inch smart TV, and private bath with shower; the tub has jacuzzi jets.

Near to the beach, shopping, Monmouth Park and Monmouth University.

The space
While the suite is private, you are welcome to come sit in our kitchen/dining room area, or the cozy front porch with a swing (made better with a good book and glass of home brewed Kombucha). The back yard has several large oak trees making it a cooler place to relax and while there are several chairs, the hammock is a favorite.
