Welcome to our beautiful pool house, located in a small, quiet beach community. Conveniently located just 6 blocks from family-friendly Union Beach, on the Raritan Bay between Keyport and Sandy Hook. Leisurely walk to the beach.

The house is a short drive to other popular destinations including Historic Keyport (5 min drive), Keansburg Beach and Amusement Park/Water Park (10 min drive), Sandy Hook beach and recreation areas (20 min drive), and Six Flags (45 min drive). The location provides easy access to other Jersey Shore beach destinations for convenient day trips. There is also a great park less than a block from the house (just on the corner!), Scholer Park, with a playground, pickle and basketball courts, and more. Take a stroll/bike ride on the nearby Henry Hudson Trail.

The property has a private, heated salt-water pool (complete with hot tub and waterfall) open May through early September. (We may be able to accommodate beyond these dates by request.)

Inside, the house features an open-concept, fully-stocked kitchen and living area with sliding doors that open out onto the deck and outdoor dining area. Steps from the deck lead down to the pool with additional dining and lounge areas.

Off the kitchen is a large dining room with plenty of seating. An optional high chair, booster seat, and children's chair/table set are provided for little guests. There is also a convenient half bath and large laundry room on this floor. The remote-controlled gas fireplace in the living room provides coziness and warmth throughout the seasons.

Top floor features 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths:

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed w/ En-suite full bathroom, featuring double sinks and full shower with glass doors/rainshower shower head. Large wall-mounted TV. There is also a desk/work area in this room, as well as a walk-in closet with built-in drawers and shelves.

Parking: There are two garage spaces and two driveway spaces, plus additional storage space on the ground level.

There is an amusement parks and nice water park within a 2 minute walk. We drive into NYC a couple of days with an hour drive. We enjoyed a cup of coffee in the front porch each morning, listening to the ocean. The house was exactly what we needed with so many extras that we didn’t realize we would need. Pat thought of everything. He was very responsive to a couple questions during our stay. We cant recommend this enough!"

Our home is super clean! We do the highest standard of cleaning! Is a great getaway for any guests looking forward to relax and enjoy the beach life.

You are literally few steps away from the water. You can enjoy the view of the beach and New York Sky Line directly from the balcony, and don’t forget your early morning coffee with a spectacular sunrise!

And if you are a family with kids and pets? It’s a perfect spot to entertain! Our home is kids friendly with a room full of games, fully fenced backyard and a doggie run. Outdoor bbq, gas fireplace table, dining table all under awning covered area for the hot summers days!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire property and the house with the exemption of a garage. Garage is locked and under 24/7 cameras. Please do not pick and open the doors from inside the home as it will trigger separate alarm system.

The property manager was responsive and attentive to our needs, and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. We couldn't have picked a better home base for our trip. While I was annoyed at the circumstances initially I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful home,she has everything you could need for a wonderful stay near the beach! Family home in the suburbs, close to Bell Works and Sandy Hook. One hour from NYC. Asbury Park about 30 minutes away. Red Bank 15 minutes.

Train station is a 10-15 minute walk.

Guest access
Access to a shared bath down the hallway, fridge and microwave/coffee maker in the kitchen, and the backyard where you can lounge or swim when the pool is open.

We have dogs so if you are allergic to dogs this will not be ideal. If you prefer to not have the dogs around in the yard please give me notice when you will use the yard.

During your stay
I work full time and am not able to act as a concierge, so please consider a hotel or a host who is more hands on if you are looking for that level of attention and assistance during your stay.

I will welcome you when you arrive and show you around the home. I am available to answer any questions you have and can give local recommendations. I can not fulfill personal tasks or provide transportation.

We have 2 dogs and they stay downstairs.

Other things to note
AIR CONDITIONING: We have central AC and use it in the summer when it is hot but we also like to conserve energy so the AC may not be on when it is cool outside and to also keep windows open for good ventilation keeping COVID safety in mind.

There is a standing AC unit in the room for added comfort when the AC isn't on and it is warm outside. Please do not leave the unit on when you leave for the day.
