Our home has the highest cleaning standards. Every surface is wiped down, cleaned and sanitized. Our linens are washed and rotated between every single stay. Every mattress and pillow has an encasement.

The house is a 10 min walk to the beach, a 5 min walk to the lake (Lake Como), 20 min walk to Spring Lake downtown, 12 blocks to the train station. Walking distance to the multiple restaurants and bars.

There are five bedrooms, all with king and queen beds, 3.5 baths, an outdoor shower, and a huge back patio with a bar to relax after a day at the beach.

We fell in love with Belmar several years ago and look to share our experience with our guests for the summer months. Our goal is to offer a vacation home where our guests feel like they are home. We worked to ensure everything you need is available, from books, games, TVs, things needed to make dinner, grill or entertain with family and friends. If we felt we needed it to do the same we made sure it's available for our guests. Having rented for many years ourselves, we learned what we may have missed or felt we needed to make our time on vacation easy.

We are a short walk to the beach and just as equally a short walk to town. Giving you the opportunity to never get in your car. There are a number of great places to go with family and friends.

We rent this property from Saturday to Saturday, June 27 - August 29. Have an extended family joining you on vacation? Need more rooms? The cottage proved to be spotlessly clean, even when I “dared” to store something on high cabinet shelves in the kitchen. I would give it six stars for cleanliness if I could. The cottage was excellently equipped, with all the pans, bedding, coffee filters, etc that we needed during our stay. The grill had plenty of propane. The owners were very friendly and accessible. Although they lived in the cottage next door on some days, we still felt like we had full privacy. Speaking of great privacy, this house has a town park behind it, instead of more houses. The Spring Lake beach is an easy 0.6 mile walk away, although we often chose to drive. Free parking was plentiful. We had a great week at the shore, and would definitely stay here again."

Belmar has free summer concerts. Check out the Belmar.com tourism page. It lists a self guided walking tour, the “treasure trail”. There are several public golf courses near-by as well as a driving range. The ocean is less than a mile away and we provide 4 beach badges and chairs. We have parking for 4 cars in our driveway. We have two kayaks and several bicycles for your use, and a grill for barbequing.

So much to do, or relax and do nothing.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood where quiet hours are enforced after 10pm. Parties or additional guests are prohibited. We have a security camera in the patio/pool area for safety and security. The surveillance feature will not be used while the house is occupied, only the motion detector to turn on the security light. Our landscaper will be by once a week to trim the lawn, but only the front and street area. We will come by to clean the pool on Thursdays between 1 and 3pm. Or a different time at your option.

Walking distance to Belmar main street where you can find shopping and great restaurants. Belmar ( NJ transit ) within 15min walking distance which is approximately just over a 1hr 1/2 to Manhattan(NYC Penn station). Avon by the sea is a 10 min car ride. Asbury park is a 20 min car ride

Please read carefully. The boat is from 1984 Kiri model 29 boat is almost 40 years old and it is rustic inside meaning it is not perfect.
Boat is conveniently located on the border between two towns, Belmar and Neptune, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches, cute cafes, wonderful restaurants, and hoppin bars. Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a party-filled weekend at the shore, cant find a better location. You cannot take the boat out. The boat must remain docked.

The space
The boat is a spacious 29 footer. The interior has a kitchennette, dining table, seating and two double size berths. Additionally, you have access to a facilities building (showers, toilets, resting area with table). Running water is on the deck. Please use the bathroom in facilitate building. Portable party potty by request if need it. Marina is very friendly for fisherman. The boat comfortably fits two people, but is technically designed for four.(price is set up for two people if more additional charge will be applied ). Portable AC by request .

*V-berth is a bed in the front of the boat that has a triangular shape

By request, we can provide you with two kayaks for free. If you would like to rent bicycles, the cost is $15 per bike per day. You must take the bikes for your entire stay and will be charged for each day. Other items available by request only include: tennis rackets, fishing rod, volleyball (for nets at the beach), extra cooler, iron, fan, umbrella, etc. Due to the limited space on the boat , you must request any amenities at least 24 h before check in. Other things to note
Be aware: you are staying on the water and you have to be extremely careful with fire and alcohol. Remember the docks are narrow and you can slip and drown if you are not cautious at all times. It is more like camping than a hotel but a heck of a lot of fun ;) .

The Marina has its own set of rules, including, but not limited to: being courteous to other boat owners, keeping the facilities room clean, and keeping noise levels down between 10pm and 8am. Most boats in the Marina are fishing boats. A few organize fishing trips for very reasonable prices. We could help you arrange such a trip, if you are interested. Boat smells are common to all boats and are part of the experience. I do not recommend this boat for people very sensitive to smells or folks that perhaps have asthma. No parties allowed on the boat or on the dock. The dock must remain clear at all times - this includes personal items, bikes and kayaks. No riding bikes on the dock. Access to the engine and mechanical compartments is strictly prohibited. I make every effort to accommodate all my guests, recognizing that every person is different and has unique preferences. The bedroom has a queensize bed and there is a flat screen tv in there. There is a large leather white couch in the living room area. There is also a futon, and two blow up air mattresses. There are extra pillows and blankets in the house. It has a dinette where you can eat with two chairs. It has gorgeous big windows throughout the home, as well as a jet tub in the shower. Please bring beach towels. There is an area outside with sand all along the side of the house, and chairs on it. Out doors there is 4 chairs and two small tables for when you want to sit out doors.

The beach is a 10 minute walk straight down at the corner near the house on 18th ave. It will lead you past Joes Surf Shack resturant, and near the popular strip of restaurants and food options along the beach. The house has a very nice yard and table outdoors, and has hammock for guest to enjoy and relax.

Baby and family friendly- The house comes with many baby Amenities for the comfort of hosting little ones. There is a folding crib, a Pack and Play, a Bottle warmer, and a baby Bottle Sanitizer.


The master bedroom has a queen bed, and a folding bed in the closet.

Free access to L-Street bathing beach located few blocks from the house. Short walking distance to the Belmar Marina, the best Belmar nightlife, and great dinning establishments, such as Bar Anticipation, Marina Grill, 9th Avenue Pier, and the Windmill. Also, the New Jersey Transit train to New York City Penn Station is a short walk from the house. Also, short walk for Whale watching, fishing and para sailing.

In addition to walking, local taxis, and bike rentals are available. A short walk to bike rental shop located on Main Street.

All the main living quarters are located on one floor. Master bedroom has a safe for valuables as well as Queen bed with double closets and private half bath. Kitchen is equipped with large pantry closet and mud room. Large deck equipped with patio for sitting and umbrella. The home has central air and ceiling fans. Both bedrooms, dinning room and game room has ceiling fans. The home also has an outdoor shower with changing room. Parking space for multiple cars on one sides of the home and single space in front of the garage. Small garage for storing bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, tennis rackets, single fishing 🎣 pole, and guest luggage’s. Washer and dryer on the premises. High speed internet for gaming and streaming.. Bedroom closets has yoga mats 🧘‍♀️.
The kitchen cabinets and refrigerator has the following items for all guests: cooking oil, salt, sugar, tea 🍵 bags, coffee grounds and water.
Master bathroom vanity includes hair dryer, flat iron and basic toiletries. In case guests have forgotten tooth brush, paste, and shaver etc.
Only registered guests are permitted access and can remain in our home overnight. No pets or visiting pets permitted in our home. Also, no smoking or vaping in our home.

The space
Heating and Cooling - Our home has central air cooling and heating on the entire first floor. The second floor bedroom has electrical heating for the winter months and an AC window unit for cooling in the summer months.

The property counts with 4 entry/exit points. Guests will have access to enter only through the main front door, but they can exit through any of the 4 doors as they wish; Do not worry, all doors will securely lock behind you once properly closed.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement.
Guests also have access to the large private driveway attached to the property. (can fit up to 4 cars)

Other things to note
We provide ear plugs for guests who may be sensitive to the train noise at night - you can find them in each bathroom!

Guests may flush toilet paper in the first floor bathroom, in a moderate matter of course. Please do not flush wet wipes, makeup wipes, feminine hygiene products, etc - these must go in the trash bin.

The smaller bathroom in the lower level of the home has smaller plumbing. In order to avoid inconveniences to our guests, we ask that you refrain from flushing paper-waste down the toilet in this bathroom - this includes toilet paper, wet wipes, makeup wipes and feminine hygiene products.

--Foyer with ceramic tile, leads to half bath on the main level, large family room with sliders to the rear yard. Enjoy the Basement Game Room/ hang out spot.
--On the 2nd level you'll find gleaming hardwood floors, a spacious living room with Smart TV, and open concept Dining Room & Kitchen to allow plenty of space for entertaining. All the essentials are provided.
--The kitchen and both bathrooms have been totally renovated and spared no expense, thus you will get the ultimate lux feel while on vacation in this gorgeous home
--Ceiling Fans and Window AC Units are provided throughout the house and heat is electric Baseboard heat which can be adjusted in each room individually.
--Top level provides (3) beautiful bedrooms (2 with king size beds) and 1 with (2) single beds.
Each bedroom is equipped with a dresser, ceiling fan, window ac unit, Smart TV, luggage rack, clothes hamper, hangers, extra linens, blankets and pillows.
--Enjoy the patio, Propane BBQ Grill, and fully fenced in yard.
--Ring Security cameras are strategically placed outside around all 4 corners of the house to offer greater protection, security and peace of mind to all of our guests. Cameras are located at the front door (doorbell camera), 1 on either side of the pathway towards the back of the house, and 1 directly located at the back of the house facing the rear yard.
There is (1) Camera on the inside of the garage. This is mainly to monitor if one of the doors with entry to garage are left open.

Access Code will be provided prior to Checking-in, on the day of Check-in ONLY.
Access to the home will be via a Key Pad on the main front door.

Guests will have access to the entire house including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Family Room, Basement, Rear Yard and Garage (for access to yard games and patio cushions only). Guests can use the Grill, relax on the patio and enjoy the large, fully fenced in yard.

MINIMUM AGE required for Booking: 25 years old

NOISE: Most of the neighbors are full time residents of Belmar so please be mindful of those around you and please obey Quiet Hours between the hours of 10pm-8am.

GARBAGE: Please follow the garbage and recycling rules carefully. The town does not allow Recyclables (bottles, cans, cardboard) to be disposed of in plastic bags. Garbage bags will be provided for the INTERIOR garbage cans, but please dump out recyclables directly into the plastic refuse container (with no bag) located outside on the left side of the property. Thank you for your cooperation & understanding.

Belmar Police Department: Please be aware that Belmar police takes short-term rentals very seriously as they want to serve & protect all visitors, while simultaneously protecting the full-time residents of the town. They will not hesitate to give out noise ordinances, parking tickets, and violations for improper garbage disposal and loitering. Please keep this in mind when visiting. All Guests will be solely responsible for any fines and or violations incurred during their stay.

# OF GUESTS: This house is meant for (6) people as a general rule. We will allow additional guests, up to (2) additional, for an extra fee of $15 per each additional guest.
ADDITIONAL SLEEPING: The couch in the Family Room on the 1st Floor is a Sofa Bed that can accommodate up to (2) people.
